Had Torres Auto Body do the repair work to my 2011 Nissan truck and they did a GREAT job! I would definitely go back . One has to remember that repairs dont happen overnight. My truck was with them for about 2 weeks. The results were great. Patsy is your contact there and she does her best to get back to you in a timely fashion. She is BUSY!

Through no fault of my own, I have had my truck repaired twice this year at Torres. And if I should require any other repairs in the future, TORRES will continue to be my go-to shop! They do exceptional work with great customer service. And when the work is done, they deliver a TOTALLY clean vehicle. My truck never looks as clean as when I drive off their lot. Recommend them- you bet.

Someone sideswiped my car while parked on Paseo del Pueblo. Being fairly new to town, I had no idea where to go. My research showed that Torres had good ratings so I gave it a try. Pleased to say, I was not only NOT disappointed - I was amazed at the level of professionalism, the cleanliness of the shop and the quick repair. Patsy was a pleasure to deal with and clearly knows her business. I’ve always been a fan of the saying “The speed of the Leader determines the rate of the Pack” and my guess is that Patsy sets a high bar for the performance of her team. I didn’t meet the techs but the job was perfect and the car was cleaner when I got it back then when it arrived!! Highly recommend.

Following a serious accident (skidded off the road during a snow storm) I found my way to Torres Auto Body. I was immediately impressed with the office surroundings-clean and well organized. Patsy Torres spent about an hour looking over my car, then working from her computer to produce a repair cost estimate, then emailed the estimate and photos of the car to my insurance company. Within about 40 hours, I had settled with my insurance company, with the agent there commenting on how precise Patsys analysis was. I was impressed that State Farms independent valuation of the car almost exactly matched Patsys evaluation!It took me about a week to obtain a new car, but Torres Auto Body kept my damaged car in their garage, along with all my camping equipment, at no charge until I could return and move my belongings to the new vehicle.Overall I was treated by Patsy and Jessie Torres like a member of the family, which is a complement both to their professionalism in this business, as well as to their character.If you are ever in need of auto body work while near Taos, Go To Torres Auto Body!
