I dont recommend cricket service for anyone in Taos County. They have little or no service in Talpa, Ranchos, Llano, El Prado...Pretty much everywhere! They wont tell you this up front. They just tell you theyre working on the towers. When you ask to speak to a manager, you get runaround. When you try to get a refund, they wont give you back what you paid for service or accessories, even though you never really had service! I ended up going to Verizon and my new phone works Inside of my house, not just outside!!! Thank You Verizon! Love my new phone and Excellent Service! BOO Cricket!

My phone was ruined on vacation by a swollen battery. Came in here and these ladies hooked my up in a matter of minutes.

I had to do their job for them. Cricket service is fine but the people working at the store have absolutely no idea what they are doing. It took 5 days, 4 store visits, a refund, starting my account over, and multiple calls & visits to my previous carrier before I discovered the error they were making and corrected it.

So happy i made the switch love cricket..
