The staff here seemed to be in their own world. They did not seem very inclined to help out the fellow customers. Hopefully in the future things may be better.

Im from out of town first off, and I have to say that I was given undivided customer service from a pretty worker named Kimberly. She helped me out when I asked for certain items and which department, and she responded with genuine manners being polite and dedicated. Thank you Kim. ☺️

Good store but for me was to crowded and I personally dont care for that. Thats the only reason for the 3 stars. Other wise great selection and they have daily coupons so make sure you check.

My go-to clothing store in Taos. Not only do they have a huge variety of styles and brands, they have extremely reasonable prices, great sales, and a rewards program where you can earn points to save even more money! I shop often for myself, my husband, our 10 year old daughter, and our 13 month old son. I recently bought him two of the cutest outfits from The Childrens Place (their main brand for 0-24 months). They were originally priced $16 and $18. After sales and rewards, I walked away with them both for 84 cents!!!If their in store stock doesnt provide you with what you need, you can also order online and have your order shipped there to save on shipping costs and have a quick, easy pick-up.The specialty stores here are nice every once in a while for a special occasion but Bealls is the place to go to really stock your wardrobe with nice clothes without breaking the bank!

This Bealls is very large. It has a great selection of clothing, housewares and TONS of shoes. I highly recommend this store.

Nice smaller store. Dressing rooms are kept locked. When you enter hallway a doorbell buzzer goes off, presumably to alert staff you’d like to try on something. Bell rang 15 to 20 times. Salesclerk was re-stocking 3 racks from hallway. No one ever offered to help. Manager and employee “hanging out” at register, thanked us for stopping in as we walked out. Only about 5 customers in the store. Worst Beall’s experience ever.

Customer service went beyond what I expected they did everything with a smile and information was provided and they helped throughout my whole shopping experience. Ive been through a lot of shopping experiences in department stores and the bealls and Taos exceeded that. They exceeded that by a long ways. Thanks and treat your self!

Customer service is very good but not a very big selection on shoes or any sports items i.e. beanies scarves gloves...

Went to the colgone section and all the sales associates looked really standoffish. They did not even ask if we needed anything. Not the customer service I am used to.

Horrible they didnt honor the prices that were marked on some of the items that we wanted to purchased. we were in there for over an hour to be told that theyre understaffed and customers are the ones that move things around. We wont go again.

Amazing deals on name brand clothing. Bought a $40.00 overall outfit for my 16m old son for free.

They have a good sale going on, going out of business to bring in a Goldstrums.
