NAPA has all the parts you need. Knowledgeable staff, clean store, good prices. I don’t go anywhere else except NAPA for car parts. They now even sell Craftsman tools. That’s Napa Know How!

This is my second bad experience. Today I came in to have a hydraulic hose made and they refuse to make it because it was for a water system and not a standard application which I don’t even mind but they were pretty rude about explaining it . Six months ago I picked up some fluid film and it was bad I’m not sure if it was stored incorrectly.

Went there for a piece of fuel line. They were very informative, and helpful. They got me exactly what I needed. They actually explained I need it they got a quality fuel line, and the right clamps to go with it. Very inexpensive. I probably would have paid more somewhere else. If you ever need parts in the area go there first

Friendly and helpful help at counter .I have noticed napa has raised the bar as far as products and tools.the store looks great and they had some excellent tool displays.the parts at napa are hi quality and always have been a cut above the discount stores and they can match or beat their prices

Bought a set of brakes a few months back never got around to putting them in my Jeep so I wanted to return them. They wouldnt take back the brakes because the box was wet.

Website is great, and true that they have a lot of stuff but cant find the stuff on sale so that sucks because nothing on the store floor prices markee on them so basically you got to go back and forth back and forth to find out prices on things you want but the quality on the things they sell are good.
