They were very nice! Great jumpy house! Great prices! Great service! Communicated with us before hand and were on time. Very efficient as well! Will definitely be using them again in the future!

We rented a tent, table and chairs for my kids birthday cookout. They were scheduled for delivery from 8 to 9:30 a.m. for our 11:00 party. The woman on the phone was courteous and let us know the drivers were running late. After a few more phone calls back and forth, the drivers couldnt be located. After 11:00 and as our guests were arriving we were notified that our rentals could only be delivered at 1:00 p.m. the earliest. I cancelled the order and luckily only put down a deposit, which I expect will be refunded. We were offered a credit toward another party.It was above 95 degrees today, I rented because I wanted to make things simple. Instead, we were left borrowing pop-up tents from generous friends and we didnt have tables at all. We had to use blankets and whatever chairs we had in the house instead. Lucky for friends we were able to offer a bit of shade for my family and friends. I hope others who rented today had better luck than we did.Edited to add: Tara was very courteous. She reached out the next day and offered a $100 credit toward another rental. Our deposit was refunded as well.

I called well after hours on a Saturday, for a last minute order I needed next day. Amy the owner assisted and confirmed they’d deliver for me & laid all my anxiety to rest. Will rent again!

Ive used Itz My Party every year, for the past 3-4 years. The company has been SO wonderful, between booking, discounts, constant communication, earlier delivery time, and the cleanliness of their bouncy houses!We have a Memorial Day party every year, and they have ALWAYS made sure to arrive extremely early in the morning, and then pick up the following day. This year, theyre even dropping it off a day early! We really appreciate Tarra, and her father (who has done some deliveries in the past!). Its nice to find a small family owned company that excels in customer service.I will continue to book them for EVERY party!

We were very impressed with the level of service and professionalism we received. We booked everything on-line and received follow up emails as well as a call close to delivery date. Our bounce houses were delivered well within the time frame we were given. The driver was very kind, gave great instruction, and took his time cleaning upon set up as well. We had rented both a bouncy house and the double slip Ns slide with a pool at the end. Everything was picked up early the next morning as well. I will recommend Itz My Party Rentals to anyone who is looking for a bounce house for any occasion! Thank you!!

Horrible company. They don’t even answer their phones. The new owners have no clue what they are doing. Will be renting elsewhere.....

Drop off was well before start of party. Delivery person was very personable and spent quite a bite of time cleaning the inside and out of the bouncy. I would recommend them to all.

Delivery arrived well within the time frame! They set it up and cleaned it all up so we could use it. Very professional staff and I would highly recommend itz my party to anyone! Only place Ill ever rent from!

The owners are so friendly and the equipment is so clean! We have used this company multiple times and every single time is 10/10, from drop off to pick up!
