Stopped in to this shop and talked to the owner Bobby about the problem I had with my bike from the repair shop next to him. He was very nice and stopped what he was doing to talk to me about what I need done to my bike. His prices are better than the other shops and seem to be a nicer shop inside and out

We brought my bike here on a rented U-Haul truck expecting to have to leave it and pick it up in 3 or 4 days. We had it running but couldnt get the idle speed adjusted. Darius dropped what he was doing to come take a look. He told us not to unload it and then went for some tools. In 5 minuets he had it purring like a kitten! He wasnt going to charge anything but I tipped him anyway. This is the kind of unexpected service that earns a 5 star review and a big shout out and thanks to Darius!

So I stopped into 352 Motorsports after leaving the big dealership in town to get a quote on service for my bike. As soon as I entered Bobby immediately greeted me asking how he could help me. I spoke with him on what I needed done and he said no problem they can have me done within that week. I returned 3 days later after him calling me to let me know it was done. I originally came in for my oil change and noticed that he took the time to adjust my air pressure in my tires and chain for no extra charge! Bobby then informed me on upcoming services that it will need. I will definitely be returning!

Owner bobby is a great stand up guy. Hes honest and knows his stuff. Stop in and check his shop out and see for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to give kudos for an impeccable experience. My daughter needed new tires for her KTM 150, and I always feel like the big dealerships upsell you and charge too high of fees. This was a referral, and I’m so glad we took her bike here. The owner is super personable, not pushy and very transparent with fees of service. This may be your neighborhood shop, but the level is expertise is superior! 352 Motorsports is my go to shop for all my toys. I brought in my Yamaha Zuma scooter after it was having problems starting. Chris at 352 tried every trick in the book until he found a solution to problem. I was very impressed with the determination to find the problem and solve it. He even taught me a few things about my scooter that way I knew what to look for if I ever have another problem.If I have a question about a motorcycle the boys at 353 are always happy to help me out.If you live in Central Florida this is the place to go to!

I was told I had bad bearings, I didnt have bad bearings. They are tapered bearings which is why they were moving. I was dismissed and basically ignored and shuffled out the door. You may be a fine repair shop for metric bikes and ATV work but arent up to par for American bikes in my opinion.

Previous experiences with others in Lake Couny were less than pleasant. One even charged me $350 for a service on my Honda RECON 250. I almost fell over. Highly recommend 352 !

Im a new motorcycle owner without much mechanical know-how. I took my Honda 250 enduro to 352 Motorsports to have the oil changed & the chain tightened & to see if it needed anything else. They got my bike in & out within an hour and charged me half what the local Honda dealer would have charged me. Great experience, and happy to be able to support a local small business owner. Highly recommended!!

352 motorsports its supposed to be a recommended facility to perform oil changes and do small fixes, it is not a recommended place for engine repairs or any other engine problems. I went to get services for my quad bike because it was smoking and needed to get fixed.. they used after market parts, after that they returned my quad bike several times. In those times I picked up my quad bike, nothing was done or fixed on the quad bike. They told me they added a water pump seal, so then I went to the yamaha dealer to double check and yahama told me that they never touched the pump to fix it thus still charging me the full amount for fixing the water pump seal! Not satisfied, bad service! I waited 4 months to get it fixed there and I lost time and money! Not recommended.

If I could give a 0 I would! Worse customer service I have ever experienced!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Bobby the owner here at Motorsports Inc. He told me he didnt know much about it, but as soon as I started pointing out problems he changed his story to I had a mechanic inspect it and he the check engine light is only on for 02 sensor he told me the extreme creaking was just because of control arm bushings.He asked me to only test drive it on the one road and to turn around and come back, I should have taken that as a red flag and walked away, or at least should have taken it to get the codes scanned. I was naive and believed I could trust the owner of a vehicle repair shops word.Immediately after purchase I took it to a gas station where it stalled out, luckily started, but stalled out several more times on my hour drive home. (I told him before arriving I would be coming from over an hour away)Got it inspected the next day and my mechanic could not believe an owner of a vehicle repair shop let me drive it over an hour home in the condition it was in. Between it barely running once it warmed up (the reason he only wanted me to drive it on the one street I believe) the front tires were worn to the inner threads and not safe to drive on, and the tie rods and ball joints being blown out, it is amazing I made it home safely. I then found it it had multiple codes and found out it had an engine swap that was done extremely poorly.I know buying a car off the internet like that is a done deal, but my mechanic told me I should reach out to him and try to get info on the swapped motor (what vehicle it came out of, and how many miles were on it approximately)Bobby responded and said he knew nothing about it and just took it in on trade. He stated he knew nothing about it which directly conflicts what he said about having it inspected by a mechanic prior to my purchase. He then immediately blocked me on FacebookSorry it was so long winded, end of the story is I was naive and took this business owners word and trusted him I was taken advantage of and have been going through hell and over $1k trying to get this vehicle safe enough to drive.I would strongly suggest if you are looking to have someone trustworthy that has integrity that you find a repair shop elsewhere as this man is clearly just out to make a quick buck and is not concerned with customer safety.

I’ve use these guys twice now with two different bikes. Both times everyone there has been great, all reasonable, and fast with service. I dropped my last bike off with them Monday, and I got the bike back within the same week. All around great group of guys; and will definitely be using in the future. Take my ATV to the guys at 352 motor sports, they are very professional and the prices were very reasonable and fix my ATV in a timely manner. Dave and help me load it up and went over everything today had repaired on it. I’ll be back with my other ATVs for them to take care of.It’s nice finding a hometown shop that will cater to their customers

The owner is always very helpful. Friendly staff works with my son on his bike and deals with him in a business manner to teach him because hes on the autism spectrum its very hard to find businesses willing to do that. They really go the extra mile

Darius at 352 Motorsports are very helpful. I brought them my tires they had them installed and no time at a fair price. They even adjusted and lube my chain and check my bike over to make sure it was safe for me to ride. Youve earned a lifetime customer for going the extra mile and getting my bike in and out the same day I dropped it off and you had no problem with me bringing my own tires.

Staff was professional. No sugarcoating, estimates up front. You can take it from there. I would and will return.

I feel this shop did great work in the past now it seems to be understaffed and very slow. Dont expect to have your machine fixed and back hitting the trails in a timely manner not even a few months. Closer to a year honestly this place has changed. Still waiting on my quad to be fixed smh very disappointing.

I had my scooter at another shop for repair next to this one. After about 4 months of it not being fixed. I stopped in and talked to Bobby and he told me that he could have it fixed within a couple of weeks.Bobby called me 2 weeks later and said it was done and it was cheaper than the other shop that was dragging their feet. Since then Ive brought Bobby 2 more of my bikes for service and tires and he has been fair and prompt,on time to get them done. This is a shop that you can trust

Found this guy by accident just riding around one day. Very easy to work with and his prices are really unbeatable. I have two KTMs and its hard to find anyone that will work on them short of a dealership that wants $110 per hour. Hes far more reasonable and he has a couple of KTM dirt bikes as part of his stable. Ive been using him ever since I stopped and talked to him one day.

Shop is a joke as an online seller. Purchased an item from them on eBay on a Tuesday morning at 11am. I emailed that day and asked if items had shipped and mentioned that I really needed them by Friday. No response, so I email on Wednesday they said items had shipped, eBay still showed no shipping activity. I emailed again on Thursday and they told me they shipped that day and would be here by Saturday..Not once did they apologize for the late shipping or for the inconvenience of me missing my first night on my camping trip, which I mentioned, and that made me VERY unhappy.Very poor customer service and very unprofessional attitude after theyve gotten their money.
