My wife and I visited this location on Saturday 10/30 after visiting several modular home dealers over the last few months we feel we have found a home run . We were greeted by a sales person his name is Jeff we were quite impressed with his attitude and his approach to us. Being in construction myself and having some sales experience it was pleasant to meet someone who knew you could tell was proud who he work for and extremely knowledgeable about his product, more importantly the process that we were facing. This is why we are leaving this review we felt we learned more with Jeff then we had in the previous 5 months of shopping everywhere else. My wife typically doesn’t care for sales people at all not the case with this one she felt he was knowledgeable and honest with us. If I could give zero stars I would! My husband and myself decided to purchase a home from this company about 6 months ago. We looked through all the negative reviews and were very skeptical but decided we would go into the office in Tavares and see what they had to say. We spoke with Jeff, one of the salesman, and he assured us that the reviews were all just from disgruntle customers and that they have been in business for so long and have a longer list of satisfied customers than they do of the bad. This was the first lie told! We should have listened to our gut instincts and the reviews about this company but due to our limited time frame on closing on the house we were currently selling, we decided to proceed. Seems to be one of the biggest mistakes that we made! Here we are six months later we are still not currently in our home!! Our first mortgage payment is due in less than a week and we are about to be homeless and this company does not care that their house is still not put together or ready to be closed and finished and given the seal of occupancy! We have contacted everyone that you could possibly contact in this company including Keith, the owner of Prestige, and still I sit here today on my doorstep with no one in site to finish this home! All I know and all I can say to anybody interested in buying from this company, RUN AWAY!! Do not trust anything they tell you!! My next step is to contact the news and BBB!!

I was thinking about a trip to Leesburg to purchase a manufactured home in a 55+ community or probability buy a new one and have it built for a ROC lot. Was leaning towards a new one since so many used I have found were built in the 70s. So not wanting the problems of an almost 50 year old home, after reading these reviews I will not consider a Prestige Home. I am glad I read these reviews.

We purchased a home from Prestige in Tavares, FL. Eileen McCormick and Jeff Saucier were the sales people that we dealt with. Because of their willingness to work with us and to make sure that all complaints were properly addressed, we wound up with an absolutely gorgeous home! At the end, Jeff went above and beyond the call of duty. Nobility delivers well made, beautiful homes but sometimes their factory is short on quality control. Thanks primarily to Jeff, each and every issue (and there were several) was addressed to our satisfaction. We are delighted with the result! If you decide to purchase your home from Prestige....remember to be patient and positive. Your reward will be a beautiful home!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I bout a home from them for $127,000. 2,000 square foot. It took 5 months longer than they said it would. Their sub contractors are the absolute bottom of the barrel. I have had a leak in my roof since day 1 thats almost 3 months now!!! I have 3 leaks in my plumbing. The curtains were hung wrong, Im missing caulk everywhere, my French doors were hung crooked, every cabinet door is different and spaced crazy, they didnt put on my electrical panel, my shower door was put on upside down and backwards, they spilled paint all over the carpet, there is soft spots in the floor, my bathroom has 2 sinks but only 1 works, the drywall is horrible you can see every seam, the border all the way through the house doesnt meet correctly, 7 power outlets dont work, and 3 doors dont close all the way because they were hung wrong. Supposedly they were supposed to do a final walk through and they didnt even do that. Ive been calling for 3 months and cant get anyone to do there job.In a nutshell DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CLOWNS!!! They took what should have been an amazing experience and STOLE MY MONEY!!!

I went to Prestige homes in Tavares Fl for some infomation on there home,,To get information out of there sales rep. was actually almost impossible,,Also when I told them I was going to use my VA benefits they insisted I did not and to use a conventional Loan becuase a VA loan takes to long,,I told him that I did not want to use a conventional loan and they kept trying to convince me not to,,I dicided to leave..Apparently Prestige homes is not VA Friendly,,so look out Vets.

Im giving 5 stars!! This mobile home manufacturing location in tavares, they have done an Amazing job with keeping in touch with us throughout the process of the manufacturing of my mother-in-laws very own home. Tim Hawk kept his word on everything we discussed in the beginning up to end. Timeline was spot on with every..step! We have a few small things we need looked at possibly but nothing major . All and All I would definitely recomend This company.

I would strongly suggest staying away from this place. There is no communication. They will lie and quick to blame everyone else, the bank, title company, even me for my land. I wish I would of read the reviews before purchasing here. Horrible experience! Will never recommend!

Purchased manufactured home from prestige homes in Tavares Florida for my elderly parents to move into in order to better care for them. Buying process with Paul was good. The process of delivering the house though not well explained went okay. However quality control was horrible. I had to threaten lawyers to even begin to get somewhere and it took months before they finally got tired of listening to me complain and finally sent someone over to finish the repairs that should have been done to the home prior to my parents moving in it. I honestly dont know how this company stays in business with the lack of QC and care about the quality of construction or process. I would never purchase a manufactured home from them again and if nobility is the company building the homes I would run from whatever company they are affiliated with. There has to be better companies out there doing a better job than this.Extremely disappointed,Kerry julich

Absolutely horrible customer service

I purchased a home from the dealer on 441 in ocala. The owners name is Ed. Everything was going well until delivery. I have call so many time that I am tired of doing so. This guy is a liar first class.i went to him with a list of problems I had with the house back in October 2019 and I am still waiting to having them taking care of. I am force to look for legal help to see if they get it done. The address on top it is the wrong address. I am talking about the place on 441 in Ocala.

They have more than enough choices and the the sizes of homes to fit anyones housing needs. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff.

Home was delivered in march 14th, live in an t.v. Park so had to move to a temporary lot until home done. Was supposed to move in onthe the 25th of march, went from a 50amp lot to temporary 30amp one stillhave not in home and I cannot run my a.c. Unit and my oxygen at the same time, very infuriating, would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy. April 3rd still not in the home.Finally in our home but nothing is fixed that needs to be

Made an appointment to look at mobile homes for purchase for our mother. Was given a key, told to walk ourselves around the lot by ourselves. Asked for pricing, and what may be included in the price, was given dirty looks and felt like prying teeth. Paul, the person on site, would not stand up and seemed more interested in his lunch than wanting to give information for us to purchase a $86k trailer. Will never go back, recommend, etc. Will go to Baird Mobile Homes for the new trailer.

Wow i dont know where to start. From the start this has been a nightmare. Not sure if they will ever finish. I have been in my house for 2 months with no keys. Front and back door does not close enough to lock anyways. The tie down company put doors in and left them knowing they dont shut. They stuffed parts the factory sent in a closet just so thay they didnt have to do the work. They 2 people i have dealt with in Tavares are Paul and the Manager Jeff. They dont have any clue what is going on. Called the factory in Ocala and they are just as bad. All these people do is tell you lies.

Contract said it would assembled on our property in ten days. It has taken them over a month. At the beginning they just stopped working on our trailer and never called to tell us why. After a week of no activity we decided to call them and ask what was going on. They told us there was a problem with our water lines and the plumber couldnt connect it to our trailer. Well, how are we supposed to fix that if they never called to tell us what was wrong? Moreover, turns out there was nothing wrong with our water, they lied to us. There are holes in the walls, dents in the doors, workers left trash on the property. Three off the doors were broken and needed to be fixed. One door frame was hanging off of the wall. The wrong set of stairs were delivered and installed outside our house. Failed two inspections. They installed the skirting then had to take it all down the same day because they forgot the anchors had to be inspected first. These people have no idea what they are doing. We are currently homeless because these people cant get their act together.

Dont purchase a display model. Our exprience was awful, rats made a home in every corner and unvisible spot. Nested in the dishwasher, under cabinets, closests, water heater. Cleaning crew??? Never seen one, it was our expense. Walk through? Was apparetly signed off that there was one but we seen no one. Roof is leaking now, shower stall cracked and so far just a patch. Carpets had rust stains from display furniture, it was cleaned before the move. Also had to call every week until every inspection to get it set up. We would never suggest to anyone to buy from the Tavares locaton.

I love the homes we are going to buy one because the homes are nice but staff were not nice or helpful. So we are still looking around.
