They had our ride on mower for 3 month, to tell me that it had no fix that it would not be worth fixing cause it was too much.But never gave me a straight answer to what was wrong, they said we could leave it there to settle the bill. We decided to pick it up instead and pay what they charged for the diagnosis, over the phone they said it was $110 and that if I wanted to I can just leave the mower there and the bill would zero out. When we got there the guy said it was only $78, we decided to take it to someone else and in 3 days they have it fixed all for $160. So I want to say they didn’t even take a look at it cause the mower was where we left it and now they cannot find the key and where very rude.
I had my tractor in for a major repair in mid-May. It was going to be a two-week turnaround. But by the end of May, ten staff got hit with Covid, including the service manager, Jay. His assistant, Greg, was left holding the bag with minimal service techs. Greg was under a lot of pressure and stress.If anything could go wrong with the my repair, it did. The new evaporative cooler was delivered with a hole in it. So the whole job needed to be done again.Greg was calm, courteous, and accommodating throughout. The two service techs that worked on my tractor, Glen and Nick, were also awesome despite all the pressures (non pun intended 😊).So kudos and a big thank you to everyone in the service department.
Needed a quick repair of a lawnmower. Taken care of by super friendly staff. A week to repair, but not unexpected since I essentially live in farm country.

Went in to get an accessory item for my tractor and the lady behind the parts counter was friendly and polite and she searched multiple site to try and find the accessory I was looking for but it was not in stock
Went out to look for commercial mower. Talked with Michael. Very impressed with professionalism and knowledge of machinery. Definitely buying mower from them
My wife and I have decided upon a model 5065E tractor and implements for our 45 acres ranch after looking at several other manufactures. We’re happy to learn about the lack of professionalism and politeness at the Taylor TX location while admiring the tractor from the shoulder of the roadway, behind the fence. We were rudely warned from the PA system that we were on private property and to come back during business hours. It seems to me that Saturday afternoon at 2:00 pm is normal business hours, especially if none are posted at the gate. We will be making our purchase in the next few weeks but not from the Taylor dealer. Thank you for the warning!
Poor customer service, poor quality work, poor attitudes. Its worth driving an additional 30 miles to another Deere dealer than deal with this business.

Just took delivery of a JD zero turn from United Ag. Communication was great and Wes was awesome to work with. He took the time to get me set up and teach me some things as this is my first John Deere machine. Really appreciated his genuine desire to make sure everything was perfect. Great experience!
We are doing our annual fundraiser and we are giving away a John Deere Gator yet again.David is easy to work with. Loves helping the kids. And supports them personally.They give us a great deal on what we purchase and having that green machine helps the kiddos.I personally am working with them to get a skidsteer or track machine for myself.They have asked the questions I didnt know I needed to know about machines.You need parts, they have them in stock.Popcorn. Sure thing.Jeff fixed my mower every single time I have hauled the ancient machine.Go see them. You will not be disappointed.
My husband and I were recently in the store. We were appalled by the behavior of one of the employees. She addressed herself as Angie when she answered the phone. We are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. Two hundred thousand people in the US have died. She not only was not wearing a mask but discussing in detail with the customer in front of us (also not wearing a mask) how ridiculous it was to wear a mask and how she just refuses to wear one. It is the ignorance of people like this that many more lives will be lost.
These guys are salt of the earth. I went in for random part but ended up chating at length with salesman. Well, totally unrelated to the visit, I told the salesman I had a zero turn mower that was having issues and after hearing the issue the salesman told me the exact solution to fix the problem. I mean that was probably a 1000 dollars worth of advise. So 5 stars cause they always have what I need and so much more. You cant pay for that kind of service these days.

My husband is a farmer with John Deere tractors and equipment. Have been going to John Deere since 1976. Never a problem to gets parts. Since United ag took over it’s like they NO longer have the parts o if they have to order parts the CUSTOMER PAYS to have parts shipped no matter how long it will take to get them That should be the company paying for parts. Also there is no one that works at Taylor store that can help you if you need something worked on (tractor), it’s not going to happen cause all the mechanics QUIT or we’re let go. So much other things that are no good since United Ag and Turf took over they are no longer supporting the farmers they support the ones moving in with 3-5 acres to mow. This is about the worst company we ever had to do business with. You’re not caring and service to the several farmers still around. Nobody has any respect for the ag industry anymore. So you have made it very inconvenient for farmers in this area and around n then if you order a part for the farmer you charge shipping and handling. HOW SORRY

Went in there, wanting to buy a tractor and a side by side. stood there for about 15 minutes, everyone seems they dont want to work on a rainy day. Me and my wife went out to look around came back in for another 10 minites hoping someone would help us out. Nobody. Not even the lady at the front would greet. Given we are young and maybe looked like we couldnt afford anything there but...is this a john deere dealer thing? Or just United ag?.Edit: David their service manager personall called me to address the issue. Plan is to buy a tractor there!
