This location has friendly and helpful staff. They got me in and out with my windshield replacement quickly. I watched as a number of people got rock chip repairs done fast. They helped people through insurance claims and talking to insurance claim adjusters. I was impressed with their willingness to help.

They were professional and efficient. Called me right when it was finish and gave clear instructions on when to take the tape off. They also handled everything with my insurance so I only had to pay my deductible! It was the easiest and most efficient windshield replacement I have gone through!

I could never reach a person to get an answer to a question - just a damned recoding that kept sending me in circles. Poor excuse for customer service! This is the only place I have had glass work done.

I recently visited Safelite in Taylorsville to have my windshield replaced. When I arrived I found out it was going to take much longer to put the new windshield in then I originally thought. The staff at the store helped me tremendously by arranging a ride home for me so that I could get back to work while they worked on replacing my windshield.They went above and beyond and all of the staff was very friendly.THANK YOU.

Going online was pretty simple. Representative Stacy M was not very helpful on the chat, She ended a chat conversation because I didnt respond immediately. I started a new chat and she was the same representative that answered but then after my inquiry she never responded back. I drove to the location closest to me, 3564 w 6200 s. Karen had Cory look it over to see if I needed a repair or replacement, took me right in because of an appointment cancelation, I was taken care of within an hour. They were fast and friendly, but damaged the A pillar on my car by chipping the clear coat of badly. i will not be returning to this location or recommending them to others. i was told that this is a common issue, if so, your fix-the windshield price should include a fix-the paint that you messed up too, price!

The seal on the windshield was broken. I took my vehicle down first thing in the morning to see if they could get me in and get it fixed. It was a short wait but they got me in and got it fixed. I really like this shop. They are friendly, professional, and they do a great job.

So when I called the number I didnt get the answers I wanted my husband booked an appointment to get my daughters windshield fixed that was easy. When the guy came out the next day to fix the rock chip he found 2 1 bigger then the other one he fixed them both they look amazing. The funniest thing my daughter said that the rock chip she got on Monday hit the same place but it was so close we laughed about it. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you

I got there and they stated they were all to lunch. I was told to come back in 15 minutes. When I got back, there were 3 other people ahead of me. I ended up waiting for an hour for a rock chip repair. The were very friendly and helpful. The wait was the only problem. They were busy, so its understandable.

I had a chip in my windscreen for about a month. It was fine, but i figured I might as well seal it. Had it repaired at this location and it went from a chip to a 4ft crack OVERNIGHT. Safelite denied that it was their workmanship that caused the crack. Also, they explained that their Lifetime Warranty covers the workmanship only, not the repair. So now I have to pay my deductible to replace the entire windshield. I go to do that today and after several email and phone confirmations I was informed once I arrived that the replacement glass was not available. I understand logistics issues. What I dont understand is the lack of accountability this company has for their customers. Even when I called to cancel my appointment after all of this, they didnt seem to care or ask why I was canceling. Its a shame, Ive had about 5 windscreen replacements through safelite over the past 6 years. I will have to shop for a new company now.

They returned for the second time to install my windshield because they installed a defective windshield the first time. The install of the 2nd windshield went okay beside the fact that the technician damaged both of my vehicles in the process. It looks like he swung my truck door open and chipped the paint on both of my vehicles. Ive emailed their Customer Service Department multiple times with no response. I will not recommend them to anyone. Still waiting on a response from them by the way its been almost a month now.

This place SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!They were 5 days out before I could get my car in to their shop. OK, no problem. I had an appointment when they opened at 8 AM on a Monday so they would have all day to work on it since it was a 2016 and needed the cameras to be calibrated.By the time I got home I got a call saying they got the wrong part and would try again and should know by noon, if not they would need to order it from the dealer. (Over 2 weeks to get it). So, I crossed my fingers and waited to hear from them. I didn’t here by noon, so I called. He said no I don’t think it came in yet. Here checks. Oh, yea it here, came in a while ago.So when will it be ready? Oh, were all booked up and can’t get to it today. OK, keep your cool Mike!!!!So when can I schedule and get it work done. OH, next Thursday. OK, How about 8 AM. I say OK.Bring it back Thursday at 8AM. The manager is chewing the fat with an old bud. He finally gets to me and ask me what I wanted. (like I was bothering him) I give him my name and keys. He asked me if I was going to wait. I said no, since you need to perform the camera calibration.He says, OH you are not scheduled for the calibration. I all full up. Like it was not his fault.That was the straw that broke my cool. It was like I was putting him out. At this time, I had enough and as for my keys back and told him I was contacting Satellite, USAA Insurance and going to write this on his web page.

The guy took my car keys and I didnt get them back until over 24 hours later.

We had Safelite repair a rock chip. Within hours of getting the car back a huge crack had formed across our windshield. This has never happened to us before. Not only did their repair not fix the issue, it completely destroyed the window, which now needs to be replaced. Save yourself the headache and have your auto glass needs taken care of elsewhere.

Took my vehicle in for a rock chip repair, while waiting a longer time than they stated the tech took the manager to the back where he informed him he cracked my windshield. Well fine, but when they just sent us on our way and told us to contact our dealership (new vehicle) as they didnt have the windshield. They didnt even offer to reimburse us for their mistake. Will not use this company again as they dont take responsibility for their mistakes.

They got what I needed to get done the same day. Very efficient and professional workers. I would definitely recommend them for windshield replacement. Not fun to have to do that, especially when someone hit a golf ball on my windshield but safelite did a fantastic job!

Got there 10 minutes late because traffic was horrible and they cancelled my appointment. I was planning on dropping it off? Horrible customer service. Went to grasshopper was cheaper and free mobile service. Safelite will never get my business again!!!!!!

I called several autoglass repair shops and got live human beings and an immediate quote. When I called Safelite I got a robo system asking me lots of questions then I was put on hold for fifteen minutes with bad music and a woman telling me all operators were busy... I finally hung up. Bad customer service wasting my time. I never even got a quote. How good can their work be? I wouldnt waste time calling these guys.

I was refused service on getting a small rock chip repaired this afternoon. They insisted I could not be served because I didn’t have an appointment. Took a screen capture directly from their website which says NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. Poor service. Learn what you’re advertising and honor it or change it.

They called Saturday morning to let my sister no they was pulling her car an it would be done that day it was but they didnt call her at all when it was done I took her to get it an when we got there they were closed an Google said closes at 5:00 on Saturdays

More than just auto Glass. These guys have the technical capability to sync your windshield with the computer in your car to do everything the cars AI is supposed to do.

Im disappointed that my insurance has some kind of tight-knit bond with this company... Im not sure if it was this shop or the one in Sandy that dispatched the tech, the dispatch/call center is not very helpful. The work was SLOPPY. I have debris and pieces of rubber all over the dashboard and inside my vehicle. He tore the headliner a little, and dripped sealant on the fender! There was footprints on the bumper and both fenders. The list goes on and on... They didnt even clean the windshield after installing it. There are smudges and prints everywhere. Steer clear of this company.

My car is 19 years old with rust, but Sean replaced my windshield and went the extra mile by grinding the rust off and also applied primer! Im going back out to tip him, Thanks for doing such an awesome job and actually caring about quality work! ;-)

They do good work but need a full time person at the front desk. The guy who repaired our windshield was constantly distracted attending to other customers. A rock chip repair which should be a 15 minute job took 45 minutes. This is not a reflection on the tech who was courteous and competent, but on rather Safelite Auto Glass.

Trent was our guy! Had a great conversation with him when he came to my house for the rockr chop repair. Super friendly and the windshield looks absolutely great. Can hardly tell it ever existed. Trent quote honestly deserves a raise.

Man at the desk was epic nice good person. That easily gains two stars would been 5 if they did repair right first time and didn’t require me turning around...now where it went downhill was truck not adhering my cars camera. First time I was barely out the lot before I noticed it. Guy fiddles with it with my car door open in the rain. I mention that to front desk. I get start to drive and camera starts to pull off on its own weight as I see gap growing I turn around once more... They said they will call me with replacement part on the broken piece.... we will see :(-update Got the call back which is good!

They replaced the windshield on my 2017 Outback. They either didnt reset the EyeSight drive assist system or they aligned it wrong. Had to go back for a warranty service appointment to get it fixed. Waste of time. Will never use this shop and probably not Safelite again.

Today is Monday September 30th 2019, it was last Friday when my windshield met with a terrible fate, having been completely shattered and caved-in toward the interior of the car. I could not see to drive and I needed my car over the weekend. I called just about every auto glass repair shop on the face of this Earth looking forone that could fit me in on an emergency basis that day. There were none to behad. The soonest I could get an appointment with any of them was Monday morning at 11 a.m. and this happened to be with Safelite find 6200 South near bangerter highway in Taylorsville. This was where I needed to bring the car in myself, as they had no openings for on-site repair where I was parked until Wednesday. I hated to wait that long but it was what it was and I really didnt have any choice in the matter. On Monday morning I was there promptly at 11 and to my dismayone of their technicians was out on vacation leaving them with only 2, + Karen the receptionist, who was absolutely adorable. she was so kind and friendly and very accommodating she explained why it was taking longer to get me in then they first anticipated but I was in a hurry and I didnt mind waiting. Approximately thirty minutes later my car finally rolled into the repair shop and they went right to work on yet. 20 minutes later my car rolled back out of the repair shop, after having the workcompleted the new windshield spark of like a gym in the sunlight and it had never love so beautiful. I was so impressed with their courtesy their professionalism, and their ethics and getting a job done to my satisfaction especially at lunch time and I could tell that they were hungry and ready to go to lunch. but my car was their priority they finished it with a smile and in record time as far as Im concerned. Unfortunately the rating system only allows for five stars as a maximum reward but if they were allowed 10 maximum I would have given them 10Stars. Anyone needing auto glass repair work done this is the place to be their quality of work their craftsmanship their professionalism all were stellar and second to nobody else. Thank you Karen, and the two technicians in the shop, you definitely earned your time off for lunch and more so. I was so impressed with the job from start to finish, it couldnt have been more perfect, flawlessly orchestrated. The commercials where they use Safelite repair, Safelite replace as their slogan and marketing and advertising tool, now will not be so overbearing when the same commercial plays about 10 times every hour, because now, no matter how often they broadcast it over the media airwaves, I will smile as I think back on my day in the Safelite shop and the outstanding service from these folks in their comfortable little corner store in Taylorsville, Utah with their broken Keurig coffee maker and their refrigerator full of cold bottled water and packaged sweet snacks. I think I shall order them a parade, for they so well deserve it.
