Bill Carlson gave us an excellent Customer Service. He listened to our needs and gave us a few options we can choose from. He explained the differences between EVERYTHING I asked him about. He went above and beyond for us. We are truly happy with our mattress. He also knew we had a budget to meet so he worked with us with a few different options.If I could change one thing, I wish their mattress cover was a thicker liner. I have a fully enclosed mattress cover for my FULL mattress (purchased elsewhere) that is way thicker than the one I got for my KING mattress from Mattress Firm.But the exceptional service we got from Bill, made it all worth it. So THANK YOU Bill. Because of you, we are both sleeping soundly.

Told the person that was helping me shop I was in a time sensitive situation because I was moving, he told me that I was able to get the mattress on Thursday, he told me it would be coming with the transfer truck, and he even said hed call to make sure it got on the transfer truck the day after, guess that didnt happen. Called the store and they told me it would be arriving 2 days after it was supposed to be there... Overall the mattresss are nice, but theyre expensive, definitely not worth the wait, spent last night on my hardwood floor, youre better off going somewhere that if you have to pay a lot they at least have it in stock so you dont have to wait forever

Everything was great at the store in the day of purchase nice and helpful people...the problem started when the bases we received started to short out. Called the store and they get me new ones when it get home then ones they believed where not the same ones I had they were much cheaper looking and miss features.called the store and take to them about it and was told that this was the right one just update..........if this is an update then they are going back in time ......one of the features miss was the under bed light and she said that was on the bed so I had to take pic and send to her to prove that it was not on there so she said she would talk to the manager and call me back.well today I got a call and was told I have to call the manufacturing place about it..when I ask why it was my job to call he got mad and said that how it works so I ask to have the manager call me and i am still waiting.......just want to return and get my money back

We went in today to buy a new mattress for our RV, we didnt want to be hounded by a sales person but we wanted to know our choices, Bill was amazing and extremely knowledgeable in helping us find the perfect mattress, he was also so nice and calm with us having our 2 kids there & he did not force us in any way to make a decision, he helped us bring home the perfect mattress with no Hassle what so ever. When I went to the store, I didnt want to be hounded by a sales person. I wasnt. The lady that helped me was really informative and nice. She wasnt clingy and gave me my space to look. She was there when I needed her and didnt stalk me the whole time like they do at other competitive stores. Because of my experience at this store, I was more inclined to buy from there because I didnt feel like she was pushing for the sale. It was a great experience all around and Im also happy with my purchase. The delivery guys were on time, took my old mattress and box springs, which was AMAZING, they were fast and did a great job setting the bed up. They were like really fast!! It was awesome. High recommend this store, especially this location.

The lady that had helped my wife and I was very professional. She was super nice and patient while we looked for the right mattress for us. The website for their warehouse was not up to date so the ones we liked we couldn’t get soon even though at first the dates were saying with in a few days. But then changed saying they would be weeks before we could get them. Again excellent staff.

This not the first time I have gone to mattress firm, but it may be the last. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman that took my parents straight to the top of the line mattress and proceeded to spend 40+ minutes trying to sell them into a mattress that was was out of our price range. He never once asked what our price point was but by the time I mentioned it to him he seemed irritated that we werent going to buy something that day. They also only had the top of the line mattresses to lay on. We will be shopping around.

Went in to buy a mattress I saw online. I showed it to the sales associate, Bill, and he immediately walked me over to the mattress so I could try it out. Got a $7,000 bed with base and when the remote became unprogrammed i was trying to program the bed and so I crawled under the bed and I realize that the $2,000 bed i bought was damaged.. the control module has a huge dent and its broken. Im suprised the bed even works... Not good avoid this place.

My husband and I went into this Mattress Firm because it is close to our home. I would say that when we walked in I was glad to be greeted by John. There was a warm and friendly presence about him. He was very patient with us (especially me) and was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses. I take my time and like to try all the beds when I make a choice. John was very helpful and patient as we talked, never indicating a hurried attitude or trying to up-sale us. The prices here are a pretty high, but the staff is super nice. They were really helpful, but you can find the same mattresses cheaper in other places.
