Nice large location, lots of costume options. Few decorative items, but its getting quite close to Halloween so I get that. I enjoyed how spaced out everything was, I was able to navigate in my wheelchair very well.

They are open for the 2021 season and they are currently located next to Einstein Bagels. They have a pretty good selection of costumes and decor, but they are a bit pricey! No changing rooms, but they take returns until the 22nd of October and will exchange sizes up till the 28th which is really nice!

I am not happy with this years trip to Spirit. I went in to get a costume and due to covid was told I would have to try it on at home but that I could return or exchange if it didnt fit. Low and behold it didnt! When I came back to the store to return it they told me that all sales of clearance items are final & that it was not eligible to be returned. No where on the receipt, posted in the store or on their website does it say the clearance sales are final. They did offer me a chance to exchange it but this was not a good option because most of the stuff in the store is too small. I doubt I will ever be dong business with Spirit again. This was an awful experience!!

Nothing like being followed around the store by security during our entire time there. He bumped into my wife and I several times and eavesdropped on our conversations twice; the second time he felt like clarifying he doesnt work there. He was clearly security and clearly not shopping. We are not thieves and we both have stable, well-paying jobs. Our experience made us feel uncomfortable and we felt like not even buying anything at all, but we ended up buying a couple of masks. We wont be shopping here in the future, though. The security personnel needs some lessons on how to watch people who are actually stealing and how to remain undercover. On top of this, they had a lot of empty shelves. We were also clearly being rushed while looking for pins to buy at the front desk. Spirit Halloween is one of our favorite stores; we wait all year to shop at their stores. The staff at this store needs to do better. They get one star, and only because it is required by Google.

This place was awesome, for a few reasons. They had an epic atmosphere, and the selection is very broad. I wasnt able to find what I was looking for but the staff were very helpful in saying when they were getting new shipments of items. I would highly suggest stopping by if you are in need of a costume, or costume component. I was impressed by the selection and just how awesome the environment was!

Loud, dimly lit, very busy, many costume and makeup options, no real surprises. Lots of hats, large kids and adult sections. Decorated, but no decor for sale.I have never been to one of these before, but do not recommend taking anyone with sensory issues. Probably more enjoyable to a pack of six people planning a group costume.

Nothing like being followed around the store by security during our time there. We were stopped as we exited the store by the security. Prior to he had been following my family and I around the store. My wife was accused of having “movement” that caused suspicion that there was a costume in her bag and that we were attempting to steal it. We were threatened with cops. Very unprofessional. I will not be shopping here ever again. I hope that appropriate actions are taken to ensure that customers are free to shop at this store without being harassed and accused of stealing.

Cool store as every year. I feel like there were a lot less options this year for decorations though.

Okay place. Some isles were pretty empty and over priced costumes. Fortunately I was able to find what I needed!

Such a big store and a TON of variety!! There were decorations encouraging picture taking and scary little walk thrus. The only thing that sucked was no dressing rooms, but I still gave 5 stars because. Im sure Covid is the reason for that. Found an affordable costume for my son and I had a wonderful experience here. We also went to the one in West Valley and let me tell you, this one is SOO much better.

Theyve got a wide variety of costume choices for all ages, staff are friendly, and overall they have a fairly decent standard for organization. Would recommend!

The manager didnt know the difference between Marvel and DC I asked her for Black Widow she showed me Wonder woman when I asked for the Marvel section she said this our Marvel section all she had was Batman, Riddler, Poison Ivy and when I disagreed with her she got rude I asked her to show me weapons that Widow would use she showed me a sword and a shield(king Arthur time) I said what about her guns,nunchucks or the taser sticks she said in a very snippy and rude manner this is all we have and walked away I told my daughter we drove an hour and a half for this if I could give it less than one star I would

The manager doesnt know the difference between Marvel and DC and when you correct her she gets rude and snippy with you and you ask her to show you accessories for the Marvel costume you need (nunchucks,guns or taser) she showed me swords(King Arthur time) and when I said again what I needed she said in a rude and snippy manner this is all I have she got quite loud and stormed off you think being a manager of a Halloween costume store would know the difference between Marvel and DC or Freddy and Edward Cullen I drove 2 hours to get there what a waste of time

Ill rate this store higher once they have more inventory, lots of empty shelves and only a couple animatronics. Half of the ones they had werent working or not working right. Staff said they are waiting for the rest of their shipments.

This location had lots of stuff I couldnt find at the other spirit stores and it was clean and organized. I was extra impressed with the cashier. He was friendly and helpful and when someone asked him about a product they didnt carry he told them of another local store where they could find it.

Overpriced, low quality products. We went to 2 stores and all of the costumes were horrible. Tried to return the one costume we did purchase because we found better costumes at target and they said we cant return anything after the 22nd even though we bought it 30 min earlier. Absolutely no signs and no one told us. We have been buying costumes from Spirit for 5 years and will never return.Go to target or walmart at least they take care of the customers, even if you do have to wait 20 min to check out!Better quality and lower prices!

Was entertaining to go too. Definitely really high priced. But the kids enjoyed it.

They didnt have the prop i was looking for however the manager went out if her way to find a location that did. She put it on hold for me. This location has great service.

Great selection but always over priced! You can usually find the same costume at half the price at walmart. Some stuff is so old from years before.

It was awesome specially thinking they were gonna be closed this year cause of COVID.

Spirit stores are always fun a lot of Halloween items and costumes

They keep things stocked decently well and its filled with a plentiful selection. They keep well updated with decorations from recent movies. Things are a but pricy, but they do well.

Very helpful staff the store was clean and stocked however the many customers who had passed through left everything askew however one of the staff took the time to help us find the costume we were looking for amongst the chaos!! Appreciated they A LOT!!
