I visit this location multiple times a week with a bunch of packages. I’ve easily been to this location 100+ times in the past 2 years.The staff:They’re all awesome. They work super hard and it’s pretty normal to see them working as quickly as they can to assist customers with all sorts of requests.The customers:It’s pretty common to see customers roll up to the counter all unorganized and expect the staff to know exactly what they’re needs are.My wish:Move the dollies back to the front of the store please!

Went to go get a notary signature but they said I was missing a whole page to it so they couldnt sign it. However they didnt know what page I was missing. I definitely was not missing another page, so I went to the UPS in West Jordan. They signed it no problem, save yourself a trip and dont go to the Taylorsville location

It should not take 5 minutes to mail a letter. But thats about how long it took for the girl to ring up and print me out simple stamp for a small letter I was mailing. Yes I went right up to the counter and she started helping me with what I thought was a simple transaction. Apparently its more difficult than I thought if it takes 5 minutes. I may as well have waited in a long line at the post office.

Such a stellar staff. Ive gone there for at least a decade. Ive been meaning to write a letter to the chairman of UPS about how helpful they are, especially through the illness time. Always cheerful and helpful and helped me figure out some huge speakers may not be worth it because theyre so big and heavy. On and on. Endless stories. As Tina sang, SIMPLY THE BEST! Better than all the rest!

I have been going to the store for years, it is professional fast and the employees are wonderful. I especially like Janet. I would highly recommend the store. The location is great if you live in Taylorsville.The prices are good, and they are always willing to help you out.

Every time we go in to collect our mail from our box, we are always acknowledged with a hello and a goodbye from the wonderful staff. They were really patient with us when we got our passport photos taken. It is also so easy and convenient to take our Amazon returns there. We love this particular UPS Store!!!

I went in and they are now charging $1.00 per minute to use a compute. So basic to go in and print a few documents from my email will cost $1.00 per minute and $.60 per page. (I totally understand a cost to print)Such a rip off, spent an extra $15.00 and bought my own printer. Just insane!Let not even talk about the customer service....

The manager in this store wanted to charge me for closing my box with used tape and because I told her that tape is supposed to be used by everyone she said to shut up and to leave and she refused to attend me infront of my minor children, this happened today Saturday, July 24th at 1:30pm

Seems to me they are using COVID to make money. I am in customer service and understand that things can be out of our control but they took my money for a service they cannot provide-what’s happening that corporations like this one can take our money knowing we have no recourse-Amazon only from here on out. Hopefully UPS eventually feels the repercussions from poor customer experience.

Customer service: 11/10Speed of transaction: 10/10Packaging & shipment: 10/10 very carefulI had an issue with my package being damaged & the company that was processing the package tried pinning it on UPS, after further investigation we found it was NOT UPS or this UPS stores fault.They were very nice here, & made sure to inform me about their insurance on packaging which basically saved me during this very expensive shipment.They made sure to keep up to date with me on the insurance claim & worked on this case very critically. Rest assured you can trust this store & the great & friendly workers here! They handled my package very carefully & I will be using this store from now on to ship.

I’ve gone into this store and have had some very good experiences. They recently moved just a couple store fronts down. When I went last, none of the workers were practicing social distancing or wearing masks or gloves. I brought that up and one of the workers grabbed my receipt and then rubbed it over and over between her hands saying, “none of this is real!” I called her out for her total lack of safety for customers and for her actions. Never going back. Never using UPS again.

I called and asked for a notary and asked if I needed an appointment they said oh no just come in we have two people who can do that.. we get here and she acted like she knew who I was and said no they cant the notary stepped oh... been here 10 minutes still no one... abhorant customer service. The two agents just sat there and laughed... avoid this place

Worst experience.rude girl employee she has a very bad attitude everytime we go there i hope they improve the way they treat customers.we always go there.last time we went there and dropped a return and havent shipped it back right away it took awhile before it got returned. Seems like this location forgot what customer service means. They weren’t able to print a prepaid return label, offered a self-serve computer that doesn’t work that we could pay for to print our own label. And then told us we could go to the library and that they’re busy with other packages. Luckily other locations offer better service, so we will go somewhere else.

The ladies at this store helped me from having a complete meltdown yesterday. I had been running all over town trying to ship packages using my companys UPS account. I tried to ship from a UPS store near my hotel. The man helping me said they had no way of looking up a company account number and said I had to go to the UPS hub near the airport. I was heading there anyway, so no problem. I arrived at the UPS hub 20 minutes later and they had closed early. I called UPS customer service who promised that another UPS store about three minutes away could help me. The ladies there said the same thing as the guy at the first UPS store. The difference is that these ladies came up with a creative solution to my problem and I was able to ship my packages successfully. Thats true customer service which the guy at the first store didnt bother to provide. Incidentally, he also sent me to the wrong UPS hub, according to the gals at this store. Thank you so much for helping me keep my sanity! You ladies are the best!!!!

I don’t know what it is about this location but I have only gone there less than 5 times and EVERY TIME I have an unpleasant experience. There is a female with long grey hair that I have dealt with twice, doesn’t greet and is just flat out rude. I won’t be going here anymore.

I really like this UPS Store. The employees are friendly, theres always parking & somehow, I always manage to catch the USPS or UPS drivers as Im dropping off.Theres rarely a line so I get my packages scanned without delays.

I called on behalf of a customer becuase she was yelled at and hung up on. When I called the woman I spoke with was very rude and refused to give me the name of a manager and claimed they have no manager, everyone is the manager here. After asking and asking, she gave me the name Jenna Roberts which Im not sure how honest that is. And the woman helping me claimed her name was Shayna Barbell. She refused to help the costomer and would not give her the UPS main phone number. Overall they have costomer service and are extreamly rude.

5 STAR FOR JANET AND UPS. ONE STAR FOR JANETS COWORKERS. JANET IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. SHE IS EXTREMELY KIND AND HELPFUL. Employees are nice enough if there is nothing out of the ordinary, but if there is even a slight problem, they have zero interest in solving it. If you just need a simple package shipped, theyre not too bad, but avoid printing or anything more complicated.

Ups guy came to my third floor apartment which nobody can see from the ground and we even have an office *surprise * gave 2 ever so soft knocks and ran! I tried to get out of bed because I work graveyards... I tried to call customer service, nothing but rabbit holes. Went to this actual store and asked for the employee number and GMs number for said employee and they treated me like garbage and told me next time request FedEx or usps Im surprised my parcel wasnt broken in a million pieces based on previous ups experience ordering from Amazon. This was a Christmas gift which makes this whole experience more than annoying. The employee should be fired for not waiting 2m to open the door let alone a second knock or maybe a harder knock. I paid for shipping and handling NOT come to my door, leave and make me drive down the street and pick it up myself!

Janet is this stores manager......wow! Never have seen someone acting so unprofessional as a manger before. I asked to print a shipping label as I have done there before and the manager Janet very rudely explained how she isnt allowing it anymore at her store.... I tried to tell her that amazon return shipping has a print at store option and so I thought that was what I had done before, was email it to the Clerk and it was printed within seconds.I completely understand if she is changing things to make it easier on her staff but the staff was standing around as Im waiting to be helped. It wouldve been so much nicer if someone explained in a nicer tone and maybe a little more helpful on taking me to the kiosk to show me what Janet was telling me. Instead Janet says shell print the label this last time. Which was very appreciative and then Janet just walked away as Im trying to e-mail the shipping label to her. I admit thats where I get a little more snippy because now Im waiting on her to finish and the other associates are in the back having a good laugh. Well I get asked from a training employee if I need help and as I let the training employee know Im waiting for Janet to get done (illegally notrising a document with out the other party present) needless to say Janet just goes off on how Im snickeing at the counter and talking down to her. Im pretty sure I was being helped by Janet and then she walked away not saying anything explaing to have me wait on her but no further communicating. After me trying to explain that to Janet, she is now raising her voice to me. Well then I asked for her managers number and she gives me hers and I ask for the general managers number and she says she doesnt have one..ok who does she report to? I dont get frustrated very often and it just ruined my day. It all couldve been avoided if Janet just had a better tone of voice and attitude. Just dont go there if you expect to be treated with some dignity and care. Wish I knew the associates name that had helped me prior to this because that person had great manners and handled stress very well. Janet just needs to help one person at a time and be polite in speaking to others. I know my family and I will avoid this location due to the unpleasantness of this visit.

Today saturday, we went to the store to send a package to Spain. The lady who was attending did not care for us, did not greet us. we asked to send the package and she only give us a prices without telling us another options because we got a quote from the ups website 100 dollars less. She said if i dont like it that i should go to another place. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY UNFRIENDLY. I dont understand how somebody like that is attending in a store. She should be behind a desk not talking to anybody. (tall woman, blue eyes, dark hair) It gives a bad publicity to the company. We went to Fedex and the people there is super professional, friendly and polite... she should go to a school to learn how to smile. I dont recommend this store at all. I will also let my friends now. Please do us a favor and QUIT!

If I could give this people no stars I would, insane how the Employee Lou treated me today, I sent a pkg from this location, go back to ask the simple question of where is it, because neither me or the receiver has it, she flips out and starts talking to me in a really bad manner, I refuse to get low and offend her so I just wanted to know how to get more info on the particular pkg, after I kept asking her to point me in the right direction she sends me to USPS to get info on a PKG that I sent from this location, the worst part about it was that in the store more customers listen to this awful conversation, even the kids, if you even care at all about reviews, please take this honest and sincere review, DONT GO TO THIS STORE.
