When I first got home after finishing my program I was scared. I knew what I was supposed to do, what I had to do to stay sober but, being back home isn’t exactly easy. I called my aftercare specialist almost daily for the first month. She was amazing. Always patient with me, making sure I was okay. She talked me through every single emotion I was experiencing or having problems with. They are always there for you even when youre already out of the facility. You can always reach out to them
