Quickly and easily repaired a side view mirror, while also providing a free mirror while the new parts came. Both friendly and effective.

Brought my jeep Cherokee there a couple of times. The first time for a water pump replacement and the second time to diagnose an issue with difficulty starting the car after driving it. When the issue did not present itself after testing it, they recommended using fuel system cleaner and told me I could bring it back if it happened again. I really appreciated the honesty and helpful advice. The car has been running well since.

Eli looked at it, found the simple problem that should have been covered, did the work quickly and expertly. I have been using Eli Auto for about 5 years now. They are extremely dependable, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I recently took in a car for a side mirror replacement. When I called for an estimate they told me one number. They called me back an hour later apologetically to say the parts dealer had called them back and raised the price on the part. I asked them to do the repair with the higher price. When I picked up the car they said that they charged me the lower price because that is what they had quoted me originally, even though the difference came out of their pocket. This is the kind of place they are. I feel very fortunate to have them as my local mechanic. My father even brings his cars in to this shop from Long Island. Highly recommend.

I am surprised to see so many good reviews for Elis Auto Service Repair, must be friends and family members because my experience was horrible. I brought my car to the shop to check an engine problem, the owner did not want to give me a battery boost to turn the car on, instead he was trying to convince me to purchase a $200 battery on the spot before he even inspected my car. I could get a battery for half that price. After I had to convince the owner of jump starting my car, he says the engine is the problem and in total the repair cost would exceed $3000. This estimate comes from just him looking at the vehicle, without even taking the proper diagnostics. Then when i respectfully decline, he does not want to give my battery a boost to help me turn the car on, and I had to walk a few miles home and back with a 50lb battery since he wanted to charge me $35 for a boost. When came back with my new battery which I purchased on my own, i did not have the proper tools to remove the battery and when I asked the owner he wanted to charge me to use a wrench. Overall, these people saw me struggling with my car and did not even blink an eye unless I was willing to pay $3000 for a repair I have no knowledge about. I honestly believe the goal at Elis Auto Repair is prioritize profit margins over the quality of repairs and customer service. This was my experience, hopefully yours will be better but I am for sure not recommending anyone over here.

One stop for all my repair needs! They always come through with a quick resolution to my problem. Today is was tires, a few weeks ago it was brakes. Eli auto is thorough and honest.

Yoram and his staff are simply the best out there - if you need any help at all with you car, they will know what to do and give you the fairest pricing. One time I went to get my brakes repaired, and upon examination Yoram told me he needed to fix them for me immediately since they were completely shot. Unfortunately I did not have a way to get home with my infant and his car seat, and decided I would drive home and bring the car back at a different time. Yoram insisted that he drive me back to my apartment so that he knew myself and my son would get home safely, and then turned around and drove back to his store to fix the brakes on the spot. I highly recommend Eli’s auto for any auto needs!

Repaired the damage from an accident quickly and professionally. Plus when the car was ready, we were all in quarantine so they dropped the car off at our house and then, the owner called a week later to check in and had food for shabbat delivered to our house.

This is the most honest mechanic i have ever come across. Went to the dealer and was told i have a to do a bunch of things to my car that i didn’t even need to do. Ended up going to Eli auto where i quickly found out that the dealership was trying to rip my off by selling me a bunch of things i didn’t even need to do. Ended up saving $2600 by bringing my car to Yoram. They are great at what they do and always fix my car in a timely and professional manner.

Please don’t bring your car here..I said my breaks are not good and he wanted to check it. I already told him the problem at the beginningHe just drove half the block and asked me 450$+tax. When I said I wanted to check other mechanic for price, he wanted me to pay $49 for cheking.They did NOTHING, not even take the wheel out or lift the car. just drove half block.

Eli auto service is the place to go for an honest mechanic. They always fix my car fast and efficiently. It is very hard to find an honest caring mechanic these days. I also recommend them for body work as well, when I crashed my car they repaired its fast and did an excellent job.

I having been using Eli Auto for 25 years, having utilized them through their initial business in the Bronx. If anyone is qualified to review the shop, it is me! They have done minor work for my car and major work as well. They have changed an entire engine for my mother and have done body work for autos of family members as we get into minor or major accidents over the years. I have never, ever had a bad experience with them. Each and every experience has been excellent- excellent work, excellent service and care. As i stated, for over 25 years in my life, the one thing i never had to worry about is my car.

Had one screw on a hitch mount that i didnt have access to screw in.under my car. decided to try Eli Auto service. he said that he needed to re tread the hole which would cost about $100 + tax. it made no sense to me and he got very upset and aggressive. I decided to take my business elsewhere and found out that he unscrewed some of the bolts that were already in nice and tight. they didnt want to close them back...I went straight to sears, resolved the issue in about 10 minutes charging me $20.
