I prefer Budget Copy to places like UPS and Staples that overcharge for everything. Budget will open and print documents from emails without additional nonsense charges. The new manager is very nice, personable and patient- I come in with 3 kids running around! i can call ahead, email and fax. Its like having an assistant helping me!

I was initially given a quote, and told that I MUST provide a deposit. When I returned to pick up my order, the cost had gone up 100% without any previous notice or authorization. I feel that they took advantage of me, and put me in a corner. They would not return my deposit.The only choice I had was to pay for the order, or lose the deposit.Other than that I was happy?
