I counted my pills & was 1 pill short. But I went thru drive thru so theres no way 2 prove it. This is the 2nd time now. So no more drive thru pick ups 4 me.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for almost 6 years. Haven’t had any issues until now. My doctor called in a prescription on may 3. It was early. I tried to fill it on time on may 13 and they claimed they never got the prescription. I have proof they did get it. I always get a message saying it’s to early to fill when my doctor calls it in. I had that message from the 3rd. Pharmacy kept saying well we don’t have a prescription. Uh huh... I don’t believe you. I’m concerned that when my doctor calls in another prescription tomorrow that they’ll claim the same thing. Why all of a sudden is there a problem with my prescription?!? I’m so angry!

This place is horrible tbh. We called to get a covid test and we were told we could come in the morning by an employee, and apparently thats not true. We were not only told that we couldnt do that, but that we needed to fill out a form and couldnt do same day appointments and that it was 139 dollars. They neglected to tell us this at all. Dont make this place your pharamcy.

As I read the last review I had to wrote my own I also have seen a mouse and mouse droppings in the store mainly in the candy / food isle it’s disgusting I would never buy another thing in that store again they don’t even deserve 1 star

Always have received friendly, fast service at the pharmacy and in the store. Reasonably priced on most items; even when compared to the giant box discount retailer across the street!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Someone should call the health department on this location because there are literal rat droppings and mice all over the products by the food items and on the shelves. I was horrified when I saw rat droppings in the candy boxes. I notified an employee who just stared at me like I was crazy.

I havent used the pharmacy but I often shop here. Its very convenient and clean. I have always had good friendly service. I have gotten photos here and they werent the best quality. Overall I enjoy shopping here and will be back.

Im putting two stars because most of the problems are not the actual pharmacy staff. Aside from the female pharmacist, the staff is reasonable, polite and accurate. They are overworked and understaffed. Ive been put on hold for 35 minutes, and I stood in line waiting to pick up after its filled, for 45 minutes. Even the prescribing physician was put on hold for 25 minutes only to be told by the pharmacist that she was uncomfortable filling a prescription because it was one day early. People working within the healthcare chain, its not about THEIR comfort, its about the PATIENTS comfort, with ethical and legal boundaries. But this wasnt her judgement call, it was the doctors. And there was no ethical dilemma. So she made a miserable situation even worse. I could even deal with the other staffing issues, but this is too much.

Very friendly customer service. The pharmacy is very busy. Our perscriptions have always been very accurate. Pharmacist is good at giving shots. Store is always clean.

The person who took my prescription should have told me they didnt accept my insurance or wasnt contracted with my Dr when she took it instead of making me wait 2 hours

3ervice at the pharmacy is TERRIBLE when you ask someone to tell the mgt. Thet CLAIM its busy because they are the only pharmacy in town.NOT TRUE there are 3 more.

Terrible pharmacy service! I dropped off a prescription for cough syrup, and I was told to give them 20 minutes to fill it. I know that they can get backed up so I decided to give them a full hour at least. I came back and stood in a relatively long line, only to be told that it hadnt even been filled yet because they were waiting to hear back from the doctor to clarify directions. I never received a phone call or alert that there was a delay in filling my prescription. When I asked why I hadnt been called, the pharmacist merely shrugged her shoulders and said that they were kind of busy. Thats no excuse for terrible customer service. My time is just as valuable as yours. I wasted my time and gas to come back to this place specifically get my prescription. They could have taken 60 seconds the moment they hung up calling my doctor to inform me that it would not be ready until they heard back from him.

Awesome store good prices and good service

They messed up filling my prescription, I asked them to call me if there were any problems since I was traveling through the area. They didnt. Very poor service.

New to town. Only been to the drive through twice. 20 minute wait both times. Very slow inside and out. Under staffed.

Terrible service. Never anyone around to help me. Most staff seems to have negative attitudes, and like they dont even want to be there or help you. One of the managers is highly disrespectful.

Do not ever believe the times. i went in just after 6pm one day after work yo pick up a prescription and they were closed and asked me to come again another day. Do not use this pharmacy!

I called in a prescription almost two weeks ago and it is still not ready. My husband went last night and and the girl working in the pharmacy let it slip that they have a list of patients they fill prescriptions for. My husband asked where I was on the queue and she started back peddling. This explains why they keep pushing the date out for when it will be ready!
