So I almost hate leaving a somewhat negative review, but hopefully this can save someone else some time. I would like to say that the staff at the UPS store is usually super friendly and helpful.I started a new, remote job recently and had to get an I9 form notarized. Went to the UPS store on Saturday only to discover that their notary only works from 11-4 on weekdays. As on, when most people who might need to get something notarized are probably at work. Disappointing, but not that big a deal as Im remote now anyway.Came back on Tuesday to be told that they wont notarize an I9! 🤷 Asked why that was and no one seemed to know. They also failed to mention this on my previous trip.So.... If you need a notary Id suggest Postal ASAP. Literally 100 yards or so from the UPS Store. Notarized my I9 without any issue there.

We opened up a postal box here a few years ago after we had a package stolen that was delivered to our mailbox in Bear Valley Springs. It has been SO worth the money we pay to have a box here -- to know that our packages will get to us safe and sound EVERY time we order something. We order a lot of stuff from Amazon (and other places. We have almost all of our packages sent to our UPS Store postal box address. I also use a mail-order pharmacy for my medications and it is very easy (and SECURE) to have them delivered here. Im going to repeat myself and say that it has been SO worth the extra money we pay to have a box here just for the simple fact of having PEACE OF MIND knowing that our purchases will get to us safely and securely. Also, the employees here are very nice and helpful!

Since we moved to Tehachapi in 2016, we have had nothing but outstanding help from our UPS Store.We get our mail and packages there and they all are so courteous, kind and go the extra mile to help those who are elderly. They have excellent communication skills as well.SincerelySara M. Hart Tobin

This is actually Clifford wife Krista. I was at my daughters An son in laws taking care dogs An Ups guy came by with 5 packages An I had gate closed. He first called my daughter Katherine Lamm An she called me its a driveway you climb up. I ran out to drive car down to get them but he waved me up An he pulled all them up the driveway An into garage An stacked them for them. Super nice guy. Typically we have a great experience with UPS, but when they delivered our package today, it was crushed. The box was so damaged it looks like someone played soccer with it. Our item’s box was damaged as well; It’s frustrating paying for shipping and handling and having it handled like this.

Excellent customer service; Evan was great. When I walked in he was already serving a customer on the phone, he directed me to put my box on the scale. By the time he finished on the phone he was ready to give me options and prices on my shipment!

I went in to get something notarized and faxed. Besides the customer service which was whatever because I don’t expect a lot from UPS, what I had notarized was dated 2022 by the notary so it wasn’t accepted, so my husband who is in another state had to take it into another UPS. Just a waste of time & $20.

Over this past Christmas holiday season, I needed to ship packages and print out emails sent to this UPS store. The manager, Braulio, was extremely efficient, personable and professional. He handled my needs as well those of other customers in rapid fashion. He even found time to save me costs on shipping. If Braulio is on the job, you can rest assured all your needs will be handled accurately and in a timely manner. Thank you Braulio.

The staff is really what has me coming back. This location has a great set of people, they are quick, helpful, and very attentive. It was very busy the last time I dropped by but I didn’t mind waiting in line. I only had an Amazon return, no biggie. Lilly saw that I’d been waiting and quickly scanned my phone in the back and returned with a smile and my receipt. I trust the staff with all of my shipping needs and their friendly attitudes keep me coming back.

Ive had a box at the UPS store for several years now. I previously worked for the competitor in town and switched my business to the UPS store because the other store was lacking in customer service. I appreciate all that the employees at the UP store have done for us. They go above and beyond. We get a lot of packages and when I was on quarantine due to Covid at one point, they would bring my packages out to me and put them on the hood of my car. We are on a first name basis with many of the employees and our little one loves to go in and say hello to the girls at the new ps store. Nate is now part of that and she adores him too. Kudos to the team there. We will continue to be return customers.
