I had a great experience purchasing my pool table from Tommy at Diamondback Billiards. He and all of the staff I came in contact with were very helpful and courteous. The Olhausen Grand Champion III looks and plays fantastic and was well worth the wait.

I would give zero stars if I could and you should read this before ordering anything from this outfit. Their post order/delivery service is horrible and thats if we receive a response. AND if you ask for owner because youre having issues and cant get answers, FORGET ABOUT IT! Weve had several questions and issues with a shuffle board we purchased and have been trying to order a part that broke for 2 months now and nothing has shipped and of course, like stated before we go NO answers. We were looking into buying a pool table and wouldnt think twice about ordering through Diamondback and you shouldnt either. Great operation! We had them move and re-felt our pool table last year and went back in to get a wall rack for our pool cues and they had just what we wanted. The man we spoke to was really nice and helpful - he was even able to recommend a pinball machine repairman that my parents ended up using who was willing to travel to Munds Park. Above and beyond!

Bought a table few years ago, spoke to an associate that offered consignment or credit. Went to tempe store and everyone has a memory loss and doesnt remember deal offered to me due to owner saying just this week jo more consignments per Ryler. So apparently all deals made prior to this week are no longer applicable. BAD BUSINESS practice to not honor the agreed deal. Naturally the associate is at another store and doesnt recall. 👌

I have no complaints about the service or product I purchased. The owner himself came to my house and did the measurements and made sure the pool table would fit in the place I wanted it to go. The price was fair and the service was good. I would purchase from Diamondback again.

From the get go Rusty was amazing. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and very honest. I did a lot of research and got a lot of quotes before deciding to go with Diamondback Billiards to refinish my dads pool table for Christmas. Diamondback was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, pretty much middle of the pack price wise.Their work was outstanding and now the pool table looks brand new. The guys who came out to the house to do the work were very professional and courteous. Daren, Mike, and Rusty really went above and beyond in finding me a pool table that was of great quality and decor, especially after Presidential Billiards completely dropped the ball and told them the day my pool table was supposed to ship that it didnt even get made and that it was completely out of stock. Bought our new pool table (Olhausen) from Michael at the Diamondback San Tan Mall area store. Michael was very helpful and kept in contact with me through email as we were debating on when to buy or to wait while we were building a new house. Michael would answer our questions when ever we asked him while we decided. Once we decided Michael assisted us in picking out the right table that we wanted to build. It took about 9 weeks for our table to come in. I would have no issues buying from Diamondback Billiards. Thanks Michael.

So my husband decides he wants a pool table in our formal dining area but I still wanted a formal looking dining room. We were looking for a dining top for our new pool table and werent having any luck. We looked locally but either couldnt find anyone or the only company available was way too expensive. We looked online but again the prices were too high or the only dining tops available were the flimsy kind. We finally found Diamondback Billiards and spoke with Steve who helped us purchase a reasonably priced table top (for half the price of the local ones!) and was able to get it delivered and shipped within 1 1/2 weeks, literally just in time for Thanksgiving! When we received the dining top the quality was very surprising and we were more than pleased. It looked so good and so much like a part of the table when family came over for Thanksgiving they asked us where our pool table was lol! About five years ago I was at the home show and the gentleman at theDiamondback Billards booth stopped me and we talked for a while. I did notwant to give my name or email because I did not want to get bombarded with emails. He assured me that would not happen, and he kept his word.For that reason, when I am ready for a purchase I will visit Diamondback Billiards.

First of all a big thank you to diamondback billiards for ruining my 50th birthday celebration. The salesman sold us a cocktail arcade table and a virtual digital pinball machine (the pinball machine was my 50th birthday gift). We noticed some issues and found out that the salesman quit. We did have an issue with the cocktail table which was solved under the warranty. Ms. Pacman and other games were playing faster than they should and also the machine did not have D,E, & F buttons. I was told that their distributor changed the supplier. Then the screen on the table was changed due to a defect. These problems were handled professionally but not timely.My bigger issue is the digital pinball machine. The salesman, tech/owner of a one man IT company that partners with Diamondback Billiards (Gotit), and other staff including the owner Rusty doesnt know anything about these machines they are selling. These machines contain user created tables that are pinball tables made worldwide. One of the websites even has a warning not to purchase a machine from a retail establishment if they contain these games because they are created through a user virtual pin forum and are free to download. One big issue is the machine came with Chinese Windows XP which was discovered a few months after we purchased the machine. Some games that require an extra keypress from a keyboard were not mapped to any of the buttons (Why include a game that is not fully functional. Because of the Chinese Windows XP there would be no way to update the games on the machine if a patch or fix came out for that particular game. Also the machine did not come with a keyboard or mouse and the windows XP would not allow any user interface device other than the buttons on the controller of the machine. Some of the games the machine came with are great others really stink.While the tech was at our home, he mispriced an upgrade to the pinball machine and we had a meeting with the owner Rusty. During that meeting we discussed our concerns and came to a solution to keep us happy. My wife and I were a little unaware that the tech had never changed operating systems, added memory, DMD screen, harddrive, etc to one of these pinball machines.The tech came to our house a few times. We even fed him dinner once. (Who in their right mind would be so nice to do that? Me and My Wife because we are nice and care.) The tech was supposed to come back in August to figure out a frontend menu and never communicated a return date as he promised to finalize and get various issued finished from a list we created. I did text him once and said not urgent and he replied he was eating dinner. I said to give me a call or text me back and never heard from the guy. He never came back when he promised and probably was never planning to.In all hopes at the beginning when we purchased the pinball machine I was planning on writing a really nice review but after receiving Rustys letter on my birthday which is attached to this review (please feel free to read it) and some of the more negative experiences that we faced along the way that are too lengthy to write about. We were told call Rusty anytime and every time called were told he was either busy or not there. They did not fulfill their part of the agreement and really left us hanging due to their lack of knowledge, customer service skills, and unwillingness to help us out. We continue to pay for this machine through the loan company and hope to either figure this out ourselves or seek help by someone more knowledgeable.My wife and I feel taken advantage of at their expense and we spent way too much time and money in this endeavor. If I had any knowledge of where this machine came from it would help me tremendously but there are no marking or identifying company parts on the machine anywhere to help me solve the current problems. I purchased a pool table from Diamondback Billards from the actual owner at the Tucson home show and was given a good deal initially until i go the table home and found multiple scratches and all the pockets were torn. Three weeks later, they sent guys out to repair the pockets only to find out that they had brought the wrong replacement pockets. Easily the worst decision Ive ever made and i would recommend anyone buy their tables.

My experience of finally getting a pool table is not the one I thought I would have. My wife surprised me one day when we stopped in at this location to look around with making a decision to purchase a pool table for my birthday in October. I would have never have given the final go ahead of I would have known how long it was going to take for my table to get delivered and till this date Ive yet to receive my table top that we ordered with this table. The table itself didnt come till after Christmas. Every time I call its always its almost ready well call you to deliver the table top. Darren the sales manager did give me a pool stick corner holder right before New years and stated would have my table top at the beginning of January but that kind gesture is out the window. I would highly recommend to think long and hard if you want to go thru the process my wife and I have been thru purchasing a table from this place. Matter fact I wouldnt recommend them at all.

When I went Into the store, the seles man was very entergetic. So I put a down payment on an arcade machine. He called me almost every day after i left to get the final payment. Once I have The final payent. End of October .........CRICKETS..... WAs suppose to get the machine last week of November. Nothing.. called several times and got the run around. So when back to the store.... one or the lead sales men started talking to me.. was very apologetic for what was going on. We set another date now two months after I purchased The machine. I got A call for delivery.... called back to set up the delivery but nothing... I think Her name was Ann.. love the voice mail... we are here to help... bla bla, bla...... Ann never called me back even after I left Three messages. It was finally deliver by two of the sale mes. They were professional and helped me set up the machine.Now the machine was built very solid and sturdy. I have no complaints about the product.. just the company. I warn Anyone. The customer service is sub par.

I am extremely happy with our installation experience! My hubby won an ASU pool table from a Diamondback Billiards & KTAR Territorial Cup contest last fall. Diamondback has been very patient with us.We were ready to take delivery in December, but due to some family issues that came up, we were unable to. They stored the table until we were able to get our room ready (get new floors installed).Jerry and Deryl were very professional, efficient and kind. They did a great job, were on schedule and communicated very well. Couldnt have asked for much better.My hubby is a giant ASU fan. We have football season tickets with his brothers. Special shout out to Scott and Rusty for providing us with this opportunity to have this beautiful table in our home! It is so beautiful! Thank you, so very much!
