Bad parts, bad service, bad company. The word Hoax or Scam is probably excessive, but you get what you pay for. THERE ARE MANY AFTERMARKET PART COMPANIES WITH BETTER PARTS. THESE ARE THE WORST AFTERMARKET PARTS EVER MADE. I WORK FOR A BODY SHOP AND RECENTLY ORDERED HEADLAMPS FOR A CUSTOMER THAT DESPERATELY NEEDED HEADLAMPS AND HAD VERY LITTLE MONEY TO SPEND ON THEM. ILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN; 1 OF THEM FELL APART BARELY A YEAR IN AND BROCK WOULD NOT EXCHANGE IT. WE WERENT EVEN ASKING TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE REINSTALLATION WHICH MOST AFTERMARKET COMPANIES WILL DO.
Ive bought products from this company for over 15yrs and always have got a great deal and great product ( fuel pumps come complete with the harness to hook right up to your vehicle try that with Rock on auto know comparison)!!

So I represent a glass company that orders parts from brock, in their system there are two addresses, I speak to a sales rep, order a part like I have done many times and shipped to my tucson location, but is this incident they didnt ask on location and sent a part to a old address that we are no longer there, and yet i am being charged with no refund, cant get a refund cause I do not have the part, and the manager Anthony stated to me, so i said if this is how this is to be handled, I get charged and no refund, then I cannot do business here forward, Anthony response was ok, I understand, so apparently they can take any responsibility from their end to ask questions, Ive been in logistics before and you always double question its to be shipped to, guess I have to severe ties from Brock Supply, guess Anthony feels and speaks for the entire Brock Supply that they do not need our business.
Ordered Prius tail lamp electronically through CCC 11/23. Brock Supply confirmed order and sent us a draft invoice. Good to go right? WRONG. Called 12/29 to ask where my order was. Spoke to Naomi. She stated the order had not been shipped because they needed credit card information. Was anyone from Brock going to call us and ask us for payment? Apparently not. Every other vendor I deal with that needs a prepayment, calls the shop within an hour of the order being placed to secure payment. After I got over my initial anger, I remembered that Brock did the same thing to me a couple of years ago. This is not the way to do business. I am done buying from this company.
Will never use again.Charges $9 return fee for a damaged part they sent to me. Would not override company policy.
They didnt ship my order because it got lost, then they shipped me the wrong part. I needed the part that was posted. After countless emails they agreed to refund my money after I shipped the part back. See the problem? How am I supposed to drive to the UPS store when my car isnt running. They told me not to reorder because they will probably ship the wrong part anyway. If you want the wrong part for your car or truck after 2 weeks and countless emails, try everyday auto!
Me. Brock, the owner, and his kids who work with him as part of the family business are some of the most honest, trustworthy business owners I ever met. No other website beats their prices. And all his staff are trained extremely well and will answer any questions you might have and are very helpful.I wish more parts in my car would break down so I can visit them more often. I wish I could give 10 out of five stars, this family business deserves it. I hope this family business stays in business for ever! Brock supply is great. Have dealt with them since the early eighties. Best prices out there on aftermarket auto parts. Great selection of supplies that our company uses on a daily basis as well. They have 3 warehouses so your merchandise arrives super fast too. Disregard the one star reviews. They simply dont know what they are talking about, or just like to complain. As far as quality, dont ever expect OEM quality from an aftermarket auto part. That being said, their parts have always performed as expected and I have yet to have a problem with a warranty replacement or refund.
Horrible customer service, or lack thereof. Apparently my package got damaged in shipping, and was being held at the shipping companys warehouse. I didnt find that out until I called the shipping company. Then Brock requested the package back and refunded my money. Thats all fine and dandy, but I ordered the parts because I needed them, and nobody from Brock has contacted me at all through the whole ordeal. Guess thats the first and last time I order from those people.

This is the worst example of a business I have ever experienced. They are rip offs and liars and dishonest service workers. I ordered a part in October 2015 returned it a week later because it did not work. I packaged the item in the same box I recieved it in.Thinking if I return the item with their return label I would get reimbursed. Sadly a month past I called the customer service and the lady says the part was recieved cracked in the mail and of no use to them? No one emailed or called me as to why I was not refunded or why I did not get the part back but they kept my money and the part. I was told to file a claim with the shipper, so that this lowsy company could keep the part and my money. I was told if I wanted the part returned to pay more shipping and handling on my Ebay account. I did just that, two weeks later i called them again and the orignal service worker is no longer working there. Each month I call and there is different lie or story and someone will be contacting me. Lastly their claim is that they dont keep damage parts and someone is looking into it, but apparently they like lying and keeping customers money and not providing a service. Be aware, its now February 2016 and no rep from this chop shop greedy scammers has contacted me. If you do not live local I would shop them, as I will never again anyway. Ordering parts from China has been a better experience..
Ordered a part through someone who uses Brock as a supplier and they got it taken care of and filled the order and had it sent out in only one business day and i would like to thank everyone who took part in making this happen......

Absolute worst customer service and absolute poorest quality parts I have ever experienced.
BUYER BEWARE, I have been in the Auto Repair busines 40 years, we take care of our customers. I ordered a part from these people got the wrong part reordered installed the correct one, I sent the incorrect part back, lady calls me up and says the part was scratched on the way back, in transit. She denies credit and basically just said sorry. When will these people get it, This is not the way you take care of your customers.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
