Jen was amazing at first contact. I had my car at another shop and they were taking their time. I needed my BMW i8 back quickly so I called Babbitt. Jen rushed in the parts and got my car repaired in record time. She beat out the quote from the BMW dealership on maintenance as well. Jen knows her stuff and she does what she says shes going to do. If she says shell call right back or send an email...she does. I highly recommend this shop for all your BMW needs.

I am very impressed with Babbitt Motor Werks, their attention to detail and knowledge made me feel confident in their work. After first taking my BMW Z4 to the dealership, I ended up coming to Babbitt Motor Werks (I found them through a Google search) for some maintenance and repairs. The turn around time from drop off to pick up was very fast and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get every item that the dealership pointed out AND several other services completed for LESS than what the dealership was going to charge me. The reason I would recommend Babbitt Motor Werks to other BMW owners is simple, they did their own thorough inspection, explained what they found, and why they recommended doing the repair/maintenance all while NOT being pushy. This is what great, fair, and quality work looks like. They have earned my trust and business.

My 2004 BMW had a overheating problem. Had the car towed to Babbitt @ McKellips and Scottsdale. Between Cameron and Jen they came up with a detailed work order..Prompt, knowledgeable, professional service.

I came in with a list of repair I thought my 2010 Mini needed. After their inspection they suggested that some of the work was not really needed at this time. The work that they did perform was excellent and done on time

Babbit Motor Werks was recommended by a family member. Initially I went there a few months ago to get my radiator replaced, but now I go there for all my car service needs. They are always super friendly and dont try selling you on anything that you do not need. Went on today after my air conditioning went out, they had me in and out in less than an hour. Although it may be a little bit of a drive from the house, its the only shops that Ill trust with my BMW.Hands downs one of the best BMW service centers in Phoenix.

I drove in from California to have Babbitt service my X5 3.5d and Im glad I did. They saved me thousands over what my independent Cali BMW service center wanted to charge me and they accurately diagnosed the problem and corrected it. While I was here I also had them replace my brakes, also at a substantial savings. I cannot recommend these folks enough.

Babbitt Motor Werks has done a great job on my car. Both of the times they worked on my car they were accurate in their diagnosis, and were able to quickly finish the job. The first time they worked on my car they repaired major damage caused by my previous mechanic. They were able to bring the car back to tip top condition within two days. They even caught other issues and fixed them before they became a problem at no additional cost. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to be fair with me on price and they have all been respectful and professional in all of their interactions with me. I will continue to recommend their services to my friends and family.

I bring my 4 series here every time for an oil change and whatever else it needs. They have always treated me well and are straight shooters. Not once have I felt that they recommended anything that didn’t actually need to be done. If you own a BMW and don’t want to pay dealership prices, this shop is a must. They are professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. Initial repair didn’t fully fix the problem, but that’s expected when dealing with multiple component systems. They kept me updated at each step of the way and explained what they had to do. End result? My car is fixed! Three other shops didn’t or couldn’t fix the issue over 8 months. These guys made sure the problem was found and fixed. Speak with Kameron. He will square you away. Over the last 2 years I’ve been into the shop about 3-4 times and completely impressed every time. I went in last week to have a fuel injector replaced and besides the price being far superior to any dealership, they treat you like one of their own. They have the car washed, will explain any and all details to you, and Cameron has been the best person I’ve dealt with when it comes to car mechanics.Shout out to Babbit for always being on point!

Been going to Babbitt since 2005, first with a 7 series now with my 5 series. Jen, Kameron (Eric when he was there) have always given a fair and honest price and been very professional. Would highly recommend this company to anyone owning a BMW when their warranties run out. Dealer’s with their overhead costs are just too high and at times suggest items that are not absolutely needed but must do so due the arraignments they have with BMW Corporate. They do it all with techs and the proper equipment to service your BMW right.

Had some sensor lights evaluated. It was not cheap, but they did a full review of my car and told me everything that needed attention. No pressure to get them fixed and were super honest about how to approach it. If you have a BMW it’s worth having these guys and gals on your phone contacts list.BMW’s are special vehicles, but the attention needed to keep them top notch can be challenging. Babbitt will help you keep it in top shape.

I‘ve been taking my cars to the South Scottsdale location since 2013. They are consistent and have never let me down. Their prices are much cheaper than the dealers, and the work is superior. They do a great job of explaining everything, and with only doing what needs to be done at the time. I’ve dealt with Cameron or Jen for the past several years, and they are both great to deal with. Only positives to say about this company. Just wish they’d open a location in East Mesa or Gilbert.

My experience was great. Jen was really the only contact I had but she followed up and went above and beyond to make my service a great experience. I live in Buckeye and Babbitt determined I needed new tires, Babbitt made a good recommendation of a local tire shop, actually drove my 2004 M3 to the tire place, coordinated my car service with the installation of new tires. It would have taken hours for me to go back and forth to move the car from shop to shop.

For those who only read the first sentence of these things, even if you are not located in the Phoenix area, CONSULT WITH BABBITT (I would rather pay to ship my car out for them to fix, (depending on the situation of course) would probably save money and get better service), and if you are in the phoenix area, NEVER TAKE YOUR BMW ANYWHERE THAN BABBITT (unless you have a warranty of course, when it runs out, go to Babbitt). I have been going to them for 5 years, I have a B7 Alpina, essentially a 7 series which is known for its issues, but they only made around 200 my year, so as you see the problems and parts really require expert knowledge.Aside from their knowledge and expertise of all BMWs, what really makes them standout is their creative way to solve the array of problems that come with all BMWs. For example, my car had issues in California, where I took it to the dealership, and they quoted me $20,000 to replace the supercharger. After sending back and forth videos to Cameron, who runs the North Tempe shop, we were able to figure out the exact issue, which they instructed a local European car repair shop where to buy the car and how to fix it, costing me only around $700 (with Babbitt not even getting paid). That is how well they treat there customers. I cant tell you how many countless times I thought I was going to break the bank taking it to shops local to where my car had issues for a quote, then toughing it out and driving all the way to Babbitt, for them to creatively solve the problem while telling me some of what others quoted was unnecessary to fix at that time or in general.In todays day and age, especially in the car industry, honesty is a rarity. Not just honest about pricing, but honesty about what really doesnt need to be done, or what can wait a few months before being done. There isnt a worse feeling than being unsure about whether you are being ripped off or not, especially when someone is pushy or says it is your only option. With Babbitt, I literally am happy to pay because I know my money is well spent and went to all the right places.Even the little things with Babbitt are awesome. They give repeat customers breaks on certain services, and will not even brag to you about it, I had to find out for myself comparing old bills. They will squeeze me in last minute for an oil change even though they are completely swamped, sometimes having to stay late just to let me get to my car after work or to finish up repairs.I could go on, but I think anyone reading this far gets the picture. I recommend Babbitt to everyone I know, and now you who reads this; Frankly this review is long overdo. Cameron really is an all-star there and has gone above and beyond to help me throughout the years. Also, everyone else who I have dealt with and who has worked on my car has been amazing. I took a 2004 BMW 645 ci in for a presale inspection to make sure the car was in good shape. I was there for over an hour. I received excellent service and they did an amazing job. They provided me with a very detailed post inspection report. I was all set to purchase this vehicle but after receiving the detailed report decided not to buy. I would like to thank the mechanics and the receptionist for their attention to detail and full report. Roman

Babbitt continues to be miles ahead of anyone, including the dealer, for BMW repair. I took my out-of-production Z3 to the dealer to replace an interior part that wore out. The dealer told me I was out of luck and needed to start sifting through junk yards or going to after-market parts dealers that mark up everything at least 100%. I went to Babbitt and they did the repair on the broken part. It is as good as new. My car was ready ahead of schedule and below the expected cost.

My first visit here... wont be my last. After getting a set of new tires of course its time for an alignment, so a quick Yelp search and phone call later I was sold. Great responsive customer service and a sense of trust in handling whatever may come along with servicing my 435i. Dropped off the vehicle for the alignment and received an email with photos of the readings a short time later... perfect1 They gave it a wash too! Exclusively BMW at this shop which bodes well.Ill be back for sure!

Excellent experience with Kameron and the team at Babbitt Motor Werks in North Tempe. I brought my 2009 E90 335i in for an alignment after having installed M3 front suspension arms. Unlike most shops that want to shoot for a range within spec, Kameron and Jeff took the specs I was looking for, called me to confirm a change to the camber spec, and made it happen. I have already encouraged both of my sons to take their E90s in, and will not hesitate to refer friends and associates, as well. Keep up the great work and you will have a customer for life.

Great place! If they’re is a mechanic shop that could make make me want to stick with one luxury brand for future cars, this is it. They are trustworthy and willing to take time to answer questions. Unlike some dealership experiences I have had, they don’t try to intimidate you or make you feel cheap when the BMW repair bill sticker shock takes hold. They saved us a lot of money in the past by trying some simple things first instead of automatically changing out multiple parts that didn’t need doing (which easily could have been done). I would recommend to anyone with a BMW who wants dealership-level expertise plus a more friendly (and cost-saving) experience.

I just moved from Florida to Phoenix and had shipped my car over. When I received it, it was making a horrible noise and rocking uncontrollably. I was already stressed as I moved to be a frontline worker and this was a nightmare. I decided to go with Babbitt because of the 5 star reviews, and they truly live up to them! Kameron quickly found the problem and was open and honest about what needed to be done and how urgent each issue was. He was very professional and kind and made my experience an amazing one. Cameron and his team do a very good & thorough job over there. As subject matter experts, they’re my go-to mechanic for my BMW. I have had several fixes: radiator, overflow tank, check ups, and Unfortunately most recently I had to have a new engine installed, which included several moving parts such as a new water pump. They were able receive the engine and have my car ready 24-25 hours after reception. My car was ready upon my return from a family trip. I feel that they’re an honest, hard working team over there. All of my work has 1-2 year warrantees.

This is the second time i have used Babbit for my Bmw428i. They provide a good service, they seem to know what they are doing and they are friendly enough. Also most importantly they are reasonably priced compared to the insane pricing at BMW.

We always take our BMW to this shop for repairs, oil changes etc. They have always been honest with us on the work and pricing. A plus is the courteous staff... Always a happy greeting hello when i walk in.
