Purchased a new used car from this dealership. The entire buying process was painless and quick. I was in and out in two in a half hours with financing secured and a payment that was within my budget. Staff experience was great from sales to financing. Really liked how I wasn’t bombarded by staff when I got to the dealership and was given time and space to look at what was available. Will make future purchases from this dealership again when I am in the market for a new car.

Really loved our experience with Kourtney, our sales person. The fact that they were trying to raise the price of the vehicle 4K higher than what the sales price online was (for the exact vehicle- vin listed) really left a bad taste in our mouth so to speak. It was false advertisement and felt like a bait and switch. I will have a hard time recommending Coulter because of this. We did not care for our interaction with the manager. The person that did our financing was awesome and efficient.

BUYER BEWARE! From the minute you make an inquiry to Coulter they will email you, call you and do whatever they have to do to sell you a car. Trust me, the emails will never stop. HOWEVER, here is a cautionary tale...My wife and I bought a 2018 GMC Acadia Denali from here, brand new in May 2018. The car has run great for the past few years and we have had no problems. But fast forward to 2021 come to find out we have a defective and leaking battery in the car. I call Coulter to find out if it is still warranty as it should be based on the dates (AC Delco - 42 Month Warranty) however Coulter refuses to warranty the battery itself, regardless of the manufacturer warranty BECAUSE OUR BUMPER TO BUMPER has expired. So I ask, is it Coulter who wont honor the factory warranty for the battery or AC Delco? Well sir, theres no way we can warranty that battery for you.Also, my wife and I just had twins, so we now have 3 children and we have outgrown the Acadia. WE NEED A BIGGER CAR, and were looking to purchase a Yukon XL. But guess who were NOT going to buy it from.Coulter, this is a BAD business practice and whether you care or not, we will never purchase another car from you again.

The service center was supposed to replace timing tensioner... instead they changed the serpentine belt tensioner and they broke my AC. After paying $4,000, they said you should just buy a new engine after paying them $4k. Refused to work with me afterwards. Never sent anybody here! Not even your worst enemy!

The A/C on my four-month old 2020 Buick Encore GX started blowing hot air (during the summer in Phoenix). I called around the Valley looking for a Buick dealership that had service appointments available. I struck out everywhere except Coulter Tempe Buick GMC where Mark Turner recognized the importance of a working A/C and was able to squeeze me into their schedule.The replacement part was not readily available, so Mark arranged for a rental car (with a working A/C!) while waiting for the ordered part to arrive. The part arrived a day later, and I was back in business.I want to thank Mark personally for not treating me like just another request for service, and for recognizing that here in AZ, a working A/C is not a luxury, it is a necessity.I will definitely be using Coulter Tempe Buick GMC for all my service needs in the future.

I used the online chat to try and set up an appointment with Coulter Buick Tempe. Twice. I was told the service dept would contact me to set everything up. First time I waited 3 days with no contact so I tried again. It has now been over a week with no contact. In the mean time I finally took it to Caspian Auto Group in Mesa who had it fixed in a little over an hour, with no appointment.

Since owning my GMC Yukon from 2009. The driver side seat heater on the driver’s back (my back most often) had stopped working MANY times. While under warranty any GMC Dealership I would bring it in to, would fix VERY QUICKLY they always said it was just an easy fix with the push button on the door. I asked over the years. “Since, this had been on ongoing problem when it was out of warranty would they make a note of the problem? The Service Reps all said yeah no problem and we will continue to fix it for free, it’s easy and fast to resolve, do not worry we will continue taking care of this problem in the future at no charge, and we will note in our system it has been an ongoing problem. When I had my Yukon Serviced due to a recall issue, I brought up this seat heater problem with the button not turning on and the Service Rep said I had never had it fixed before it’s not in any of the dealership computers. I have several Good Friends that witnessed this problem over the years and a few even with me when I got it fixed. I asked if they remembered and they all said yeah and also remembered the Service Reps fixing it Very Fast and easily as well as Reps assuring me they would continue taking care of me in future. I have told ALL my Friends about this Horrible Service now & many of us were planning on upgrading to New Diesel GMCs. Now, after this Service we will all be going to your competition for our New Diesel Vehicles!

Worst car buying service ever! Beware..... dont waste your time here!!! Called about a used vehicle that was newly listed and was told its going through inspections before its approved for sale. Was told they will update me once it was ready. Waited 1 week and decided to give them a call since I didnt get any updates on it. Was told someone had already put a deposit on it.... then they informed me that the buyer didnt buy the vehicle and that it was available. I asked for pictures and was told they will get them to me asap via text. Waited another 2 hours still didnt get any pictures. Called back and another sales representative was able to send me pictures. That deserved 1 star. I told them I want to purchase the vehicle and they told me they will get me the numbers to make sure Im okay with the numbers. This dealer does not sell vehicle at the advertised price. They put nearly $3k in fees on top of the listed price. After reviewing the final purchase price I saw they charged twice for Coulter Prep which cost $699. I complained about the added fees and they edited it to remove one of the Coulter Prep but instead added a different fee for Tint for life which was $399. I didnt understand that fee was being added so I once again asked why am I being billed for unnecessary items? They said it was a mistake so they finally changed bill once again. After the correction it was still $2200 over the sucker price of the vehicle. I thought it was still an okay deal so I asked to put a deposit on it just to find out they said someone else took the vehicle for a test drive and that I would need to wait to see if they wanted the vehicle or not before I was able to buy it. I waited and they got back to me and said the vehicle is still available. The sales representative called me back to ask if I wanted to put a deposit on it. I said yes! Just to find out the deposit was non refundable and would hold the vehicle for 3 days. Buying a car from out of state with a nonrefundable deposit good for only 3 days is not fair as I need to figure out the flight schedule and my work schedule. They then offered 1 week which was reasonable so I asked to put a deposit on the vehicle. I was then told the vehicle is not available because someone is trying to go through the financing department to purchase the vehicle. They said they will contact me later in the afternoon if they qualifed or not, which they never did. What a waste of time. 1 Saturday wasted.

I had an outside mirror on my 2019 Cadillac XTS that stopped folding Service manager Mark Turner did an excellent job negotiating with Cadillac to replace the entire mirror. Additionally he was able to advise me on correcting an issue on my CUE system. He suggested a few general maintenance items I may want to have completed in the future without a high pressure sales pitch. I will continue to use Coulter based on this experience

Pulled up, waited at least 10 minutes for someone from service to even ask if I need help. This kid and that’s exactly what he looked like said do you I have a reservation, and since when do need one to have your vehicle looked at! I replied no, than he tells me nobody is available to speak with you and says it’s about a 2.5hr wait time! I understand people get busy, but you don’t have anyone to even ask me why I’m here, how may we help you?Absolutely worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I would recommend definitely not getting your car looked at here!

Kourtney Hunter helped me get out of my 2018 Chevy Colorado ZR2, she showed us some vehicles that fit our budget and plan for possible trade for my ZR2. I decided not to get another vehicle and just sell the truck, I wasn’t asked 1,000,000 questions about my decision. Kourtney was amazing throughout the entire process, not demanding or pushy, and respected our plan. She is hands down the best person that we have ever dealt with at any dealership. She is a perfect representative for Coulter and she exemplified what they stand for. Everyone there was welcoming and friendly, the lady at the front desk gave our son a toy car to play with and let him keep it. Marc Landry made the car buying process very easy. He had a great team that helped get him the price point that I was comfortable with . He took the time to get all of our questions answered and made the process very easy. I generally hate buying cars however, Marc was honest and genuine person. His finance manager was awesome and made sure that I was getting all of my Costco discounts which was most appreciative as you dont find very many honest people looking out for your best interested. We took our 2016 Buick enclave vehicle because we realized that it was wasting a lot of oil, and they only said that this wear is normal, I do not agree with them how it is possible that a vehicle with only 60,000 miles has oil wear of a liter every 670 miles, for them this is normal but for us not and we will seek a second opinion regarding this problem, that is why we are very upset with this answer that the mechanic gave us. Brought my Buick Encore to get looked at this past Friday, they indicated there was around $2,000 worth of work that had to be done, I declined most of it because they overcharge so much here($60 for wiper blades?). But when I went to pick it up, the check engine light came on so they took it back to the technician who said they didn’t put something back right. It got “fixed”, only the next day the check engine light came back on. I took it to AutoZone for a code read which said that my engine intake air duct was the issue, i.e. the thing the technician didn’t put back properly. Not super happy with the experience.

My companies other fleet vehicles are Chevrolet. We recently purchased two BMC Sierra crew cab trucks and a GMC Yukan Denali Diesel Douly. I have to say that not only are the vehicles superior to the Chevy product but the service is much better aswell. I typically have to wait an entire day for the Chevy dealership to turn around the vehicle. In addition the Chevrolet dealership never cleans the vehicle and it PISSES me off big time. It seams that since the vehicles are wrapped and used for construction, that its not important. We do not market heavily and our vehicles are used as a marketing tool and need to look good. Thats why the 2020 and 2021 vehicles we purchased will be our vehicles of choice in the future.oh by the way, my service representative was very pleasant, realistic as to the duration of the service time and also communicated very well via text and email.

Oil change with an appointment took an entire day, like 7 hours to complete (was told 2-3 hours).Edit: I did go with another issue about sluggish acceleration which I thought wasn’t looked at all since I was told they may need the car until the next day to check it out. I was disappointed that service didn’t have accurate information regarding my protection and care plans. I arrived on time for my appointment for service, however start was delayed more than an hour because of the mixup. My “liason” didn’t inform me of lounge options, and was less than helpful in getting the correct information. I had to walk to finance to get proof of paperwork, walk back to service, all with my sleeping 3 year old in tow. I also was quoted 45 min- an hour for service, but once maintenance started I still waited 2 hours. The service manager stepped in in the end and facilitated a wash and apologized. He was awesome, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
