This was my go to place.Ive referred anybody with a Toyota to use Leksfixit.Not anymore.With new manager my experience has changed from great to not great.I drive for a living so need frequent oil changes. They informed me it take a week to get in for an oil change, which forced me to go elsewhere.Then over the course of a month I made multiple calls and left voice messages with no response. I was told the reason was the cell phone was broken for a week. This the number they use for business? And then not to call back when phone is fixed?Then requested a form for share ride which was historically free, and they now want $25.Then last pm I dont believe they checked the tire pressure like has been the norm... the electronic tire Guage went off 3 days after my last periodic maintainance visit.

This place is the absolute best. I have been trusting my hybrid for service here for over a year. Each and every time the closing mechanic is friendly and tells me exactly what they performed with a precise detailed bill. Plus...you can hang out next door in the Classic car showroom and enjoy some Vintage. (premillennial) Real Steel Machines for free while you wait for you car to get done. Great place to get your Prius fix

I bought a used toyota that Leksfixit tempe worked on to get repaired for the sale. Matt was great to answer my questions re the repairs. They did a brake booster package and an ecu. They flushed the brake fluid at the same time and the warranty on parts is for 2 years. I appreciated Matts professionalism. Obviously they know what they are doing!

Wow- hands down the best Lexus/Toyota repair shop in the valley. I cant tell you how impressed I was with Matt, helpful and friendly all while running a repair shop that you would usually only find at the dealer. Prices are beyond fair along with top notch work - do not hesitate to come here for any repair.

I’ve found my new future service shop for my Prius! I was given a tip to come here and you’ll thank me if you give Sasha and his team a try! I was treated respectfully and shown parts that were being used for the repair. The explanation made sense and I was given recommendations but never pushed into accepting any work. They provided options for me. I believe they identified the highest priority repair needed to return my vehicle to safety.

Truthfully I found out about this place about 9 months and I must say Im born and raised in Arizona and its not easy to find a great mechanic. After my first interaction with the owner I decided I will never get service on my hybrid anywhere else. My car is over 10 years old and has needed a few other repairs since then and the owner has always been fair and honest. Never have a had a mechanic be so accommodating and helpful, he has literally saved the day for me twice now and earned my loyalty for life!

Leksfixit was the third shop I went to before I got my car fixed. I took my IS250c to my first mechanic because of a problem with the trunk and convertible top. He told me he didnt know how to fix it because he wasnt familiar with Lexus convertibles. Understandable. Then I brought my car to Lexus of Arrowhead. After wasting a whole day they told me We cant fix it, bring it to a mechanic. No reason given. What kind of dealership cant fix their own car? I literally brought my LEXUS to LEXUS. Never heard of this in my life.Finally I found Matt from Leksfixit after searching reputable Lexus mechanics in Arizona. Matt is the real deal when it comes to Lexus. He was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong and fix it for the same price. Im telling you if you need something done with your Lexus take it here. Some of these dealerships have so called mechanics who might still be in high school so please dont waste your time going elsewhere.

After failed air conditioning diagnosis attempts by other mechanics who wanted to change parts on my Lexus but weren’t sure it was going to fix the problem... I took the car to Matt at Leksfixit and they had the expertise to know that the car wasn’t actually broken, but had a design flaw from the factory that caused poor air conditioning performance. In this case their knowledge of Lexus vehicles saved me $1600 on a repair that wouldn’t have done anything. This is the shop you want

Matt replaced the struts on my Toyota Prius V and performed an oil change. He was recommended by my neighbors in North Scottsdale as a reliable and affordable mechanic that specializes in Toyota and Lexus. My local mechanic quoted me 3 times the price that Leksfixit did plus extra work that Matt deemed unnecessary. I also checked with a lower cost mechanic near me and the price was again way higher than Leksfixit. They also are extremely professional...they greeted me by name before I even walked in the door. I will definitely be back and its certainly worth the 30 minute drive for me!

Sasa came highly recommended by a coworker of mine who also has a Lexus. This place is so reasonable and fair. He’s done a couple oil changes, preventive maintenance plus a repair. The repair was half what the dealership wanted. Their location is a little out of the way but worth it and I only trust them with my car. I have never fell so at ease with a mechanic in my whole life. Every 5 star review is well deserved.

Just started coming here. Did 1uz timing belt, water pump and radiator. No leaks, temp in perfect spot. They wont make you fix anything you dont need to. Had a pleasant experience in the shop with both Sasha and one of his mechanics. Been a while now and I can honestly say the price, customer care, and the work they did was great! Still need to get back in there and see them. Highly Recommended.

I had the most amazing experience today. The dashboard on my 2007 Prius lit up like a Christmas tree on Friday. I thought that I would have to take it to a Toyota dealer. I hate doing that because Ive never felt like Ive gotten a fair deal from one. I decided to look online to see if there was a local repair shop who could help me. I found LEKSFIXIT and read their tremendous user reviews. I decided to call, even though it was almost closing time. Matt answered the phone, patiently answered all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable about having them take a look at my car.I went in Monday morning and Sasa was there. I told him what was going on and he immediately brought out a machine that would tell us what was wrong. I was SURE it would be the hybrid battery (because that was the worst case scenario and thats what ALWAYS happens for me!), but he said that it was a pump and it was about 15% the cost of the battery!. He had the part, there had been a cancellation on the schedule, and he could do it right away. Matt walked me over to the waiting room and 90 minutes later, I was on my way.I have NEVER been treated better by an auto shop than I was today. I cant thank the guys enough for their kindness and their honesty. I know where Ill be taking my car from now on. I highly recommend LEKSFIXIT!

I love my Lexus and always thought that luxury cars were best left to the dealership when it comes time to scheduled maintenance. After realizing that spending $200 - $300 every 5k miles was going to kill my bank account, I broke down and did some extensive online research.
