Buyer Beware, this company changed hands and the new owner did not assume any of the liabilities of the previous owner. That includes any warranty work. Customer service is at best horrible. Installers did do a good job and were professional.

Best Company I have worked with in 20 years! Brad Leich goes beyond the normal salesman window to ensure you get the best product properly fitted. We requested a quote for 5 sun screens for a very difficult mounting arrangement. Brad took a dozen pictures and had his chief installer survey the site before they would write a quote. What an outstanding fit with an awesome product we received. Brad knocked it out of the ball park! Then the installation team Kyle, Rudy and Skylar showed up early, set up and installed these five 12ft X 10ft sun screens.These well seasoned installers worked liked a super oiled machine while installing our sun shades. They were courteous, focused and left no traces that they had been there. Wow! What a professional and customer-responsive group! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We had a pair of retractable sun shades installed a couple of weeks ago and they did a great and quick job in doing so. A few days afterward, however, I realized the shades did not drop down sufficiently low for my preference (something I realized only after a few days of use) and they came back to re-install them so they would lower to the desired level. To do so they had to change out the steel guide cables and re-configure the turnbuckle screws to allow for the extra length needed to reach the desired level. They did so without any problems or questions. I appreciated the help I received over the phone in setting up the re-installation since it was done in a very friendly and quick manner. Terrific and outstanding job all the way around! Recommend them highly!

We were convinced that the awning we eventually purchased from them was of much higher quality than others wed seen. The awning was installed with remote control capability and no wires showing. Superior Sun Solutions & Rolling Shutters are Awesome,This is the second time weve used Superior Sun Solutions to install more rolling shutters. The first time we used your company we were delighted with the difference it made in those two rooms covering two large glass doors.
