The service personnel were friendly, knowledge and efficient. They explained the services thoroughly that my vehicle was in need of and also let me know what services my vehicle didnt need. I very much appreciate the excellent service and honesty. Jiffy Lube is a business with integrity.

Gus and Luis took good care of me. I was quoted by a different location (not full service location) that Id need my compressor replaced. I called this location and they gave me a quote over the phone, and ordered the part for me.When I got to this shop for the maintenance, they did their own inspection and got my AC to blow cold instead of hot again. Turns out I didnt actually need my compressor replaced! This extra care saved me over $1300 in the end. There was no charge or issue for them ordering this part and not doing that fix.. They were able to recharge my AC fluids, and recommended I replace my cabin filter after looking at it with me.Nothing was forced on me - they gave me honest, sincere recommendations, and ran everything by me to confirm and show me what was being done. I always had a quote and estimate of the cost before I gave them confirmation to proceed.Prices and time frame were on par with my research. I left with a huge smile on my face, and really felt as though I was in good hands and trusted them from start to finish.

Seemed very rushed, they forgot to put 2 black cap valves back on my tires, didn’t even update my oil life on my dash, had to tell them to. Tried to upswell me on a air filter when it was already spotless. Don’t recommend.

This Jiffy Lube is a really fantastic shop. Perhaps the best shop in the area. I brought my Subaru WRX in for service this morning for an oil change and tire rotation and the workers were professional and efficient. Some reviewers complain about the prices being high, but youre not just paying for oil and parts. You are also getting mechanical expertise and peace of mind. Some reviewers complain about the garage not opening at 8:00am. I found that the shop opened a couple minutes after 8, but it takes time to make sure the bays are safe for cars and the computers are up and running. It is worth the wait to make sure things are done right. As someone who worked for a car dealership, I can tell you that they are much faster at the services that they provide than a typical dealership. Worth waiting a few minutes for the garage doors to open? I think yes!

There were three technicians working and all three worked on my mini-van! They were all incredibly nice, polite, courteous and efficient. They got my vehicle in and out in no time - wonderful!! I wont ever go anywhere else.

Superior service today. I have been loyal to Firestone for the past 5 years and I had an appt with them today but they called last minute to cancel. Because of my schedule, I really only had today to get it done and I Googled the next closest oil change location. This is the location I chose.When I pulled up there were no vehicles in the bay, YAY, which meant a very short wait. The gentlemen cleaned my windows, checked the air and wiper fluid and of course changed the oil and filter. I dont think I was there 30 mins.Of course, the ultimate reason Im writing this is because how friendly and thoughtful each employee was. I would be happy to move my regular maintenance of my vehicle to this location.Thanks so much, guys.

Horrible customer service. Charges almost $100 for 5 quarts full synthetic oil change when Red Devil up the road is only $50? They are more expensive then the dealership that charges $89??? Doesnt even try to match. How are they still in business and never any customers? Take your business elsewhere.

Correctly diagnosed the problem and saved me a lot of money. It wasnt the transmission, it was clearly an engine air intake hose and engine mounts.

I brought my truck here very recently to get a basic tune-up (Oil Change, Spark Plugs and Wires) and expected to have to wait in the lobby for my vehicle to be done, as you would at any other mechanic shop. To my pleasant surprise, and utter disbelief, the supervisor (Name of Luis) gave my brother and I a ride home to wait for our vehicle IN HIS PERSONAL VEHICLE. The man was an absolute gentleman and very pleasant to speak with, and even said that he would call us when our truck was done to let us know he was on his way to pick us up. Not only is this completely unheard of, but this goes to show the outstanding view of customer service this company instills in their employees. I will update once our truck is finished to give my full experience.

Took an hour and a half for an oil change and they couldnt get my lug bolts off to do a tire rotation so yeah 3.9 stars is pretty high for that s***

This location is easily the worst of the hundred or so Ive been to. Im a contractor with 4 trucks. Its closest to my office. I REALLY need these guys to be competent. They usually open late, this morn I gave up after they were 10 minutes past time and I saw no one inside. Im always first in line and they always take about an hour for a simple oil change. Location near my house takes 15 minutes. Ive tried this location at least 10 x over 5 years. Never again.

Get my car oil changed, tires rotated and other minor services done here regularly and I continuously receive friendly customer service. They offer services that may be useful but aren’t aggressive about up-sales. Technicians are fast and efficient, the manager Gustavo is super helpful as well. Would highly recommend.

I went for oil change and was told i would be able to be serviced because of a leak but the young man was very nice and explained to me that he had topped me of so i would be able to get to my mechanic which was very nice of him and he even suggested a couple of shops in the area that might be able to help.

The doors were open when I arrived in the morning but no one was in the building...I shouted for someone to help and no one came. Managers car from Jiffy lube was there but no one came. Waited 10 more minutes. I ended up going to Hyland autos in same complex.

They were fast! Their pricing is fair/good.

Spent 5 minutes on a filter and oil change i dont think that was enough time for the oil to fully drain also got home and ramped up my car to look at the filter and it looks like the same one i had on or just a used one from another car forsure was not brand new very dirty i asked about it and they said it was from the oil change. I change the oil and filter on my old car every 3 months and the new filters i put on never gets dirty with oil grit or grim... just fishy

I went in for an oil change, fluid check, the normal- in the beginning they offered excellent customer service and were fairly quick about getting me in and out. The only reason Im giving a 3 star review is only for the simple fact that I knew my coolant level was a bit low, I had purchased a brand new gallon from AutoZone specific for my vehicle, I just hadnt gotten around to refilling my reservoir- the technician asked me if I wanted to top it off and I had let him know I had some in my vehicle he could use. When all was said and done, I was escorted to my vehicle (again very professional and courteous) but when I checked to see if the left over coolant was placed in my car, it wasnt- I know it didnt take the entire gallon to fill, I was just above the minimum line. I got out to see if I could get the remaining jug because its always good to have on hand just in case and it was basically brand new that I had spent more than $5 on but it was a ghost town, there was no one in the office or the bays, I waited around for a minute or two and nothing. If I knew I was going to leave without it, I wouldnt have even bothered to have them refill. Next time, Ill make sure to only have the oil changed and nothing more.

I have no idea how to start. Unbelievable service. First, I own a very profitable company, so i completely understand customer service. I know when someone is just having a bad day and when they just suck. Even when you suck at your job, i still dont care. We all need to work. But.... let me tell you about this guy... My goal is to get this guy fired by the way! Im talking about the manager George. I have never in my life been so insulted nor have i ever in my life have i been treated in such a way that angered me. George, would not give me the time of day when i attempted to complain about his employee Melissa C. for her terrible service. I let him know that he sucked at his job and he instantly told me to leave or he was calling the cops! I was not yelling. I was not in any way causing trouble. This man, the manager.....the person that is to solve my issues and maintain satisfaction at all cost, told me he was calling the cops! I have used Jiffy Lube many times and by no means do i hold it against them and the services they provide. Nor do i have an issue with the employee Melissa. She clearly knew her job as she just simply sucked at customer service. My sol issue is with the wrongly promoted manager George. If George is present during your service, either run or wait till hes gone!

Sal was the first to greet me. He was so kind and professional. They got me right in for an oil change. Im glad they are open on Sundays. I like how Sal went over the options and asked what I wanted instead of assuming. Alex was the manager on duty who settled the bill and was very quick and efficient! I will be back!

Terrible. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Customer service is a joke, waiting room is like a closet, the service and employees leave much to be desired. Was greeted by a girl that appeared to be half asleep, the guy that “discussed” with me what he was doing to my car seemed like he was just going through motions with a bunch of “canned” answers to my questions. These people are forgetful, and LIARS! I left and within 20 minutes my entire skid plate fell off!!! I called to complain and they told me to drive to another jiffy lube... I stopped at one that was closer, zero help, and the third one I ended up at was not much help either- they screwed it back on but I heard the manager speaking with the jiffy lube that did not secure it properly and overheard him saying they lost my screws to put it back on. The paperwork says there is a quality control which they sign off on and check to make sure it’s secure— this is fraud!!!! I am in the midst of a credit card dispute because apparently they do not offer refunds even for shoddy workmanship! I never write reviews except I feel obligated to let people know to go elsewhere. Stay away from this place and in my opinion all jiffy lubes- they do not care about their customers and take zero pride in their work.

I had a damage drain plug on my company truck. They called in everyone to get it fix now.

Stop in on a road trip. They treated me great and really seemed to be a good crew. I think when a team reflects this kind of attitude, you have to begin the credit with good management and trickle it to the whole store. Great job!

Yay, new oil for the truck

Arrived right when they opened. There was only one car in front of me. When I arrived, they quoted a 15 min wait time and then 15 min service time. It was over an hour and 15 min before my car was completed. The price was outrageous for an oil change even with a coupon. They told me my engine air filter was old and would need to be replaced soon even though I replaced it myself two weeks ago. My dealer oil change costs less. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Really wish these guys would have showed up and opened on time. I waited for 15 minutes for them to open and they never did, as I was pulling out they showed up but Im never going to go back. open your doors on time.

I always make a point to come in as soon as this location opens in the morning. The team that opens has always been so nice, quick, and helpful. As a young female, I get skeptical of auto shops since most of them try to overcharge or scam me into buying more than I need. The guys here are so kind and never give me a hard time. I feel that they have always been very honest and sincere. The manager is SOOOOO kind. I definitely recommend this place if youre free in the morning.

Not a good experience

Terrible service called and they told me one price and once I got there it was more because they assumed I had an older model when I specifically told them my car year make and model! They took my car back and started before they told me about the price difference so there wasn’t even an opportunity to go somewhere else at that point. Oh my gosh they try to up sell like crazy, it is so uncomfortable they tried to add on hundreds of dollars and basically peer pressured me into buying things I didn’t need leave long spending $50 more in “upgrades” and $40 more than my original quote! This place is awful!! Never will I goto a jiffy lube again!!

Ok, I always have had bad experiences in Tucson at Jiffy Lube. My husband and I were in Phoenix and our air condition system went out. So I called Jiffy Lube at 250 W. Guadalupe and the gentleman there by the name of Gustavo said the store Will be closing soon but to come in, he took a look at the system. Him and another employee stayed after hours to make sure the road trip home was safe and comfortable.

Overpriced assholes!! Don’t go because they will tell you one price and charge you more. Seriously you have a better chance at fixing your car then going to them.

Came in for new tires which probably wasnt a good idea on my end but they came through with some tires that I agreed too. The service is nice which is why i didnt rate 1 star but I came in at 1pm after my work to get them changed the guy said it would be 45 minutes I said ok and waited, an hour later they finnally got my truck in which was understandable because they were busy but another hour passes and my trucks still sitting there with no tires. I had asked them to do my oil too. Another hour passes, Im of course angry I had plans today, the guy finnally calls for me and says we got your tires done, would you still like us to do the oil? They took 3 hours to change the tires and couldnt manage an oil change in that time frame?! They also forgot to put the air caps back on the back two tires so thats cool.

They didnt secure the skid plate under the car after an oil change. I made it all the way home before I saw and had to drive all the way back.

Very expensive this place is way over priced. Also I run green antifreeze in my vehicle and even after I told him I dont care what the manufacturer reccomends he still lectured me on not using dexcool. I did not appreciate being treated like a child. I am here on vacation I usually do my own work I am a mechanic myself. I would recommend going someplace else. I did watch the manager. He did a good job and was thorough but not worth the price and being lectured like a child.

Although the staff was friendly, they gave me a 45 minute estimated wait time for an oil change. There were 3 cars ahead of me so this seemed reasonable.My car wasnt even docked until about 1 hour and 40 minutes later. The tech tried to tell me that they HAD to use high mileage oil (lol). He then tried to upsell an air filter replacement after showing me how obviously clean my current one is.Friendliness is why they get 2 stars but the nickel-and-diming, dishonesty, and absurd wait times are just...unacceptable.

Very expensive, and I had extremely high pressure sales. After I told the representative that I did not want a new air filter he tried for more times to sell me on it. It was very uncomfortable when I complain to the corporate office they did not care at all!

This place doesn’t even deserve half a star! The marketing gimmick should be illegal! Gave me one price up front then doubled it all for an extra quart of oil!!! They treated me as if i were stupid and don’t know what type of oil I need... needeless to say the wait was ridiculous having 4 guys work on your vehicle !!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! They are thieves !!!

This place is ridiculous. First of all, I’ve never had to pay $50 for an oil change with a 3000 mile change interval (google jiffy lube coupons before you do that). They try to upsell you all these unnecessary things and when I finally got my car back they had the wrong mileage written on the sticker.. they didn’t reset the oil maintenance light and didn’t “complimentary vacuum” my car like the paper say they would... surely won’t be going here again

Update: they did not change my oil filter! It was marked over a year ago.Did a quick oil change on me Corvette. However, they didnt check the tire pressure.

Absolutely awful they wanted to charge me $124 for an oil change. I do not tolerate being taken for a fool, I ended up going elsewhere and paying $40! Never using any Jiffy Lube again! Lost quite a few customers on this one Ive been very public about it!
