I was a customer for 15+ years, until today. I had a bad experience last year at renewal which was resolved but yet again this year Pacific Foresight Security has demonstrated their incompetence and total lack of customer service. Their customer “care” supervisor refused to listen, she was so intent on arguing with me, interrupting me and being flat out rude that I was never able to communicate my concern. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused. I asked to have the supervisor call me and no one has bothered to call, no surprise. This company is a dinosaur who has forgotten the current century. Many less expensive higher tech solutions on the market. Go with anyone else besides Pacific Foresight Security.
I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the system, the customer service, and our personal contact Joel! Anytime there is an issue it was fixed within minutes. If someone needed to come out and replace a sensor, Joel was there within 24 hours. System has been fantastic. Seller is taking over our contract on our house that were selling. And we are having another system installed immediately to Pacific. Highly recommend it
Typical scumbag sales tactics. I inherited this service from the sellers of my new (to me) home in Phoenix, and was asked if I wanted to take over their alarm service with no contract. Went to cancel after deciding to switch security providers, come to find out deep in the fine print of the new agreement I was actually taking on a 1 year agreement and that Id have to pay the remainder of the contract to cancel. Complete garbage; I asked multiple times on the phone if I was going to be entering a contract.
Buyer beware. This security company leaves it up to their customers to make sure their security system is working. Read the fine print. Even when they assured me they would check it to make sure it was being properly monitored and then notify me when it went off line they didnt. They knew it was not working but continued to mail me monthly statements showing an outstanding balance. When I asked for a reimbursement for the unmonitored months in question, I was offered to upgrade my system. At this point they had lost my trust. An accounts manager told me that the company Vyanet had acquired several accounts when they bought Foresight Security and that they had no idea if the security systems were working!
Excellent service and followup. Install was quick, and system works great!
Watch out for 30 day cancellation fee even when you sell your home and no consideration for length of service!!!
