I went to the copy and print center and checked in at 12:09pm on Thursday, September 2nd. The computer said they would be ready for me in 5 minutes. I waited 25 minutes before they called me up at 12:34pm. They also wanted to add an extra $5 on my order because the lady at the front misunderstood what $5 minimum means. Had to call manager over to sort it out, the manager did not really seem to care how long it was taking and did not express any concern at all. After paying it took another 15 minutes to make 25 black and white copies. It is very slow in the copy center right now.

Great friendly staff and a very clean store. The staff was very attentive. The associate that helped me, Robert, was very kind and very informative. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner with kindness. I love this store!

I posted a review earlier and was very incorrect. This store gives excellent service. I used their shipping services and accused this store of not shipping out my package in a timely manner. I must truly apologize!!! I was all wrong!!!!

They have a plethora of desks marked for sale, but if you ask about purchasing any, they are all out of stock. Why advertise and try to sell a product without any stock? The only store that has stock is in flagstaff if you want to go pick it up I wouldnt even be bothered if theyd order it then and told me when it would be ready to pick up, but they just dont care.

Yep, very happy with the service and product that I received here. Went here to buy a chair. I liked how no one really hounded me as I was looking around the chairs. When I did reach out for help, the employee was very quick to come and was helpful in answering my questions.The place was pretty empty, also clean and well kept. Checkout line was quick too. I love how that employee also went well above and beyond and let the checkout guy know my chair actually had a sale going on it. I wasnt even aware of that and it was an awesome last minute surprise. I got my chair for about $80 and it was a decent comfy one. They even helped me to load the chair onto a shopping cart and offered assistant with it on the way out.Amazing from start to finish!

Missing 21 out of 25 envelopes in my package that I just bought here 22Feb2019. It was like $6 so I’m not driving back to complain and get a refund, but pretty annoying that a 25-pack somehow was missing so many. See picture for what I ended up with when I opened the plastic up. Other than that, this OfficeMax is clean and the staff are cool.

I went to 5 stores before I found what I needed! Sean was amazing! I first called in, and a nice young lady pulled the product for me and had it waiting up front for me. It wasn’t the right item which was my fault, but Sean swooped in and saved me. He placed an order and had it delivered to my house. He definitely made my day because I found the cord finally.

A young man with long brown hair who work there followed me down every aisle to make sure my mask didn’t slip down below my nose basically harassing me

I had a custom print job that was pretty difficult but Pedro helped me through it all and was willing to do what it took to get the project done right. I really appreciate the kindness, patience, and time Pedro gave towards this project and it turned out really nice! Very happy with my experience here, went beyond my expectations. Also the people over in the main part of the store were always very helpful too whenever I went over there for paper, they always asked if I needed help, so that was much appreciated too. Great experience. The staff is super friendly and competent. Chris in the print shop helped me print an unusually large poster on site, whole we waited. Will come here again for sure. Prices are very reasonable

Came in to make copies. They sent me to Chris who was kind,patient and very understanding that I was an old guy not knowing what to do. Excellent experience.

Someone knocked over the table where my printer was and the printer hit the wall. When I came in the next day the printer door was open and it was hard to put in the new cartridges I didnt want to force them in and so I went to my Office Depot on Broadway in Tempe preparing to buy a new printer. The young that helped me not only got the cartridges in, he checked to see that the print heads were aligned. Thank you for all your help, so I didnt need to get a new printer. I have been going to the store since it first opened in the 70s or 80s and will continue to shop there. Everyone is very help!!!

Nicole was amazing Im not computer savvy and being a senior is hard for me to understand all this technology. I do want to recognize Nicole for her patience with me and being a phenomenal employee she stayed with me and helped me throughout my entire process. Office Max on Broadway is extremely helpful, friendly and goes the extra mile. A number of years ago Staples maintenance my laptop and it took over 2 1/2weeks to get it back and it performed worse than when I took it in. I paid $65 hr for a tech to come straighten it out. I complained to that Staples on Broadway and they told me to bring it back in instead of a refund.I will never use Staples again! Office Max is much better w their service and product.

OfficeMax is a clean, quiet store. The staff is helpful, but not intrusive. However the sale that persuaded me to visit today was somewhat misleading, since there was a limit of three items per householder business at the sale price. Otherwise this is a great store!

I would not normally post a review for a “big box” type store, but I was so impressed with a couple of the staff I dealt with recently! They were extremely friendly and helpful. I ended up not needing to buy something because they gave me a better idea how to solve a simple computer problem, but I also got an awesome new office chair at a great discounted price at the same time. I’ve gone here numerous times before in the past and they usually had what I needed, but after moving back to the area recently I was glad they were still there and impressed by their current operation. Did an in Store pick up and the cashier wasnt too well versed in the check out process. My thought is, check the persons ID and let them be in their way. Deal with your check out process on your own time. Its not supposed to be that difficult if youve already paid online. I probably wont use this service again when Im pressed for time.

I ordered and paid online off-hours. In-store pickup was ready an hour before opening the next day. Checkout was easy and fast, and the employee was very friendly.

Josh, the office supervisor, is a life saver! After realizing I made a mistake on my final poster for my graduate program when I sent my order in online, I called first thing the next morning and Josh was able to make the changes on my order without a problem! Not only was he accommodating, but he was also professional and helpful as well! I am impressed with the level of customer service I received and will return to this location for my printing needs!

Excellent customer service. Was in to have new business cards made, and after a few emails back and forth with staff I got the card I wanted. I realized after picking them up that the phone number from my original card had been bumped off. I returned today and Josh offered to fix the issue and reprint them all at no charge.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by Sheila Shaw. She was very friendly and very informative. Although I went there to have copies made, it was Sheila who took the time to explain everything to me; in a friendly way she explained the general services of the store while informing me on what to do for the copies I needed off my smartphone. 5 STARS for Sheila Shaws customer service.

I wish I could get the print I need printed the way I asked for it. You ask for an 18x24, you get a 17.35x23.1 or something and a big white border that sticks out from the frame. Its really not that difficult to print on a larger sheet to account for the bleed and cut the margin. Just charge the customer for the wasted extra paper. I dont care if it costs more money if its done correctly. That is standard practice everywhere except here. It definitely doesnt look like I spent nearly $90 and four hours getting these printed. I gave up and left. Last time I print anything here.

This store has come so far in the last few months. I used to HATE this store and the lack of knowledge on just basic things and was frankly a huge mess.There is a new Store Manager and Assistant Manager who are making me excited to shop in Tempe again.Store is always stocked well, very clean and would you believe it, workers who know what they are talking about.

Standard office max store. You can find most everything that you need. The pricing is reasonable. The staff is a little sparse sometimes.

Store is fine. Cashiers? Not so much with the one encountered this a.m. Please school your cashiers on the difference between running a check/debit card (with a Visa or MC logo on it) as a credit transaction and forcing (overriding) an approval. Didnt appreciate the hassle from someone who doesnt understand.

Incredibly fast; everything I email over is usually done in less than 2 hours. You rarely find service this friendly and helpful with a print center.

I use these guys all the time when Im in a pinch, they get stuff out for me right away which is very helpful when Im in a rush to get to a sales meeting. Their equipment is excellent and the prints and posters I have them make are always beautiful. In fact, im here now to place another order and thought id drop in a quick review.

This place has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced! I needed one (1) god damn copy of a request page so I could go do a drug test for a new job. Thats it super simple could of taken 30 seconds however John the closer on Friday April 27th 2018 decided to close the store early as I arrived at the fron doors at 8:57pm 3 minutes before the scheduled closing time of 9am I found the doors locked and John sitting at the counter on his phone he walked up and told me that they were closed and that he was sorry as I pointed to the hours sign on the door and showed john my phone with the time on it john proceeded to say sorry we are close with no regard for his customer which is upsetting as I am a office max and copy max VIP club memeber and use their services frequently. I am very upset with john and and the company as a whole. If I could give zero stars I would.If however a rep reaches out to apologize for the events which have taken place I will be more than happy to update this review and change the star rating however until that happens Ill proceed to leave bad reviews on yelp google bing and whatever other portals I can find leading to this companys business pages. I will also be taking my business too Staples until this is rectified Staples may be a bit more pricey but being treated with respect and having the doors open to guests during scheduled business hours is well worth it.

Self service computer in the print center is not really so. All I wanted to do was log on to a business account and print a pdf.Im able to do this at every other office max/depot so I wasnt sure why I couldnt do so here. Its company policy. You have to email us first is the only response I recieved to my question of why cant I use the self service computer?.Being that this was business related and I was on a time crunch it was very inconvenient. Ill make sure not to come here to use the print center again.
