Charles has this place running like a Rolex! Nothing ever changes, every single time I come in with my fast pass it’s a seem less experience. In and out service and always get my wheels perfect.

I paid $179 dollars to get my two front carpets removed and vacuumed and for them to oil up my dashboard. When I asked about the pedals, the seats, and the floors between the seats, they stated that all that is extra. When I complained about the services, the man was preoccupied with upselling me. I could have removed the two rugs and oiled up the dashboard for less than I paid for. Horrible service!

If I could give it a zero I would. My car ended up worse then when I came. Nothing was cleaned and grease was left all over my car. I pointed things out and they didn’t care at all. Nothing was touched. My boyfriend brought his in two and the dented his truck, took of his antenna and lost it and broke the door panel on the inside of the truck. Can’t believe this. Never go here. Waste of money

I will be canceling my unlimited plan because of this place. My car was still dirty coming out the first time and didnt think anything of it so the guy at the front agreed and let me go through after a full service wash. At the end of the wash some bugs were still on the hood, grill, and windshield so I discussed my issues to be addressed with the driers. They told me there was nothing they could do and I would need to complete my wash at the self service stalls. I pay for a full service unlimited plan and was told I needed to do it myself. All the bugs came off and my windshield was clean after I cleaned it myself. It wasnt hard and didnt take much time. I was very happy with the service with my previous truck and did not think I would need to find another wash but this made my decision to leave too easy. I used to recommend your plan but from now on I will speak against it. It probably doesnt matter to you but whatever you do DO NOT take it out on the gentleman that gives the claim ticket. He was very respectful and courteous and should probably be your new customer service manager.

This location is my favorite. I had to leave and move to Texas for a year for work and now that I am back in Phoenix, AZ. I had to come and support the business. It was so good to see Justin and he recognized my ring and notice I got engaged. Always professional and remember their clientele. Of course I missed Eric and Charles the manager. This location is the best. They are always busy because they do a great job cleaning your vehicle. Well worth the wait.

This carwash did an average job of getting my truck clean. Im not going to grade their vacuuming because Ive got a husky so nowhere actually does enough, but their actual wash (I had the $24 supreme) left a good amount to be desired. There was still bird poop on my car after they had gone over the whole thing and released the car. The headlights also still had a good amount of dirt on them.

I paid for a platinum wash. My truck was barely wiped out and my windshield was still dirty.

Up till now Ive had good experiences for the most part. This last time (Tuesday afternoon) was horrible. It started out good, from the time I got there, I was checked in and my car washed in about 10 minutes. The left inside of my car was done and then my car sat for 30 minutes with nothing happening? I was one of 4 cars that had the left inside complete and sat for 30 minutes. I finally had to leave I had an appointment to get to. Why cant one persons finish one car at a time? This has to be the most inefficient process Ive ever seen. While the 4 cars sat, you can see in the picture I took the car on the far right had 3 people working on it while she stood there and watched? This held up the other 4 vehicles? Why did your dive supervisor allow this to happen? Not sure if Im coming back and may cancel my Go Unlimited plan!

STAY AWAY!!!! I brought two vehicles here for the most expensive washes. One vehicle was damaged after the wash. The rear window button no longer works and was broken off, they lost my antenna that they removed. They didn’t do anything but run the vehicles through a wash.

Very good detail job. Went through the automatic carwash first. Then they removed leftover spots by hand. Great job.

I drive out of my way to come specifically to this Cobblestone. I drive past two other Cobblestone locations on my way to work, and this one is 10 minutes out of the way. Let me tell you, the extra time is worth it. My truck is literally spotless when I leave here. And they do the little things like unscrew my antenna, blow the water out of the cracks, and wipe out the bottom trim by the tire. My personal favorite thing they do is hit dried water spots with a damp rag and then dry with a clean one. This attention to detail is well worth the monthly subscription. I’ve been to other Carwashes where my car still has dirt spots or is still wet. Justin and crew are awesome at what they do. Come here if you want a spotless ride and a good customer experience. Whenever I go to Cobble Auto Spa, its like I feel welcomed there. The energy is extremely positive and I feel very comfortable with any form of action they do to my car, because their objective is to keep everyones car in great shape 😌👌.

Great place ! Luv the Managers here ( they seem to he here almost every day ) Someone is always cleaning, disinfecting, inside and out. They are having a special on their wash books. From the moment I drove up to the line, I was greeted with a smile and great service. I even signed up for a 30 day trial of unlimited for the price I was going to pay for just the one car wash! My car was messy inside and out, looked great after it was finished, no complaints!

All of the cobblestone Auto spa technicians from vacuuming to drying polishing do such a thorough job. And when you ask for them to concentrate on something it gets done thoroughly. Employees are all friendly managers are very friendly and knowledgeable which is awesome. I finally found a cobblestone Auto spa that does a thorough incomplete job. The other ones were okay but this one Ill travel off the way to go to this one

Left streaks of some chalky material all over my exterior plastic, exterior stripes and dash. Reported issue on next visit. Employee insisted this was sun fade and that they use no chemicals that can cause this, even though its clearly swirled on and can be wiped off. Even if they didnt cause it (which they did), the car was still allowed to leave with this material all over the dash and rear exterior.

I took my car to get road debris removed. They didnt get it all off, but when I called to see what happened, they got me right in and fixed the issue. They handled the whole situation very professional, and I understand sometimes things happen, but the way companies handle issues or complaints go way further with me than anything else. I will definitely come back, thank you for fixing the problem so kindly and efficiently.

Only wanted to get an oil change and wash, but they were super easy going and I ended up getting a few more services because they didnt sell me, they just let me know what I needed. I am a full service member, I signed up at the North Scottsdale location. This Tempe location is so understaffed that I have been here for almost 45 minutes waiting for my car wash to be complete. Just look at this photo and compare the number of cars to the number of employees helping to get them finished. 😳

Ive been going to cobblestone since they opened on pima and Frank Lloyd Wright over ten years ago. Used to be awesome but the last few times Ive been very disappointed. Against my better judgement (because vacuuming has been an issue lately) I bought a supreme wash.It was nice to sit and wait while they were supposedly cleaning my vehicle. With no other vehicles in the line I thought there was no way theyd mess up...I tipped $5 and left without checking because I was certain they do a good job because they werent rushed. Wrong!$28 later and I have to vacuum and dust myself...never going back. Too many times now and its not saving me any time when I have to go over everything...whats the use of the guy in the maroon shirt? Hes supposed to ensure a good job is done before handing over the vehicle but no...I pulled over at the home depot down the street to take pictures. I couldve gone back but Im tired of them because Ive had to do that the last few times. They simply will not receive my business again. There are other options.The outside had dirt and bugs and the wheels were not completely wiped down. The inside was not vacuumed properly, mats werent put back correctly, dirty everywhere...hard to believe I paid people to do this...it wasnt much better than when I brought it in.

Great car wash place with decent unlimited plans ! But sometimes they are out of drying towels, would really help if the staff re-stocks it on time. This happened couple of times to me.But I keep coming here since its closer to me and I am a member.Also, i think they should provide free air, at least for the members.

I would have given this a 0 star but the General Manager provided great customer service. The problem is the end result. Dirty rims, dust all over the dash and dirt in the cup holders my chrome tail pipes are full of spots and dirty and dog hair left in the cab. Not what I expected. Its clean or its not. My wife and I both have monthly passes and this is what I should expect? Silly me for tipping the guy before I got in my truck. I really wanted to like the service because I felt like the GM made an effort to satisfy is on a misunderstanding we had from a different Cobblestone where my wife purchased her monthly service. But when you invest time and money into a service that you not happy with it leaves you with a bad feeling if disappointment.Update.See pics

Dustin is the best. He always greets me (by my name, which I think is awesome) and is always smiling and happy....makes me feel good about going there to see someone actually loving what they do and who knows how to give great customer service. Me and my wife always are pleased to see him because we know were going to get that great cobblestone customer service that we are now familiar with. Dustin also remembers how I dont like the little plastic cover on my SUV (which I currently have with another car wash membership, needless to say, not for very long) Dustin is the kinda guy who you want leading and managing others, as hes a great example. I also love your air pressure and suction of the vacuums...and of course those handy dandy towels....thats why I have a membership for my baby (Candy Cane White VW). Keep up the great work cobblestone...you will continue to have a loyal customer.

I have multiple cars on their unlimited full service wash plan and they have done nothing but impress me. One gentleman there, L, always goes above and beyond for us. I cant recommend Cobblestone enough.

Usually I love coming to this particular chevron due to the great customer service and whole environment of the store. But tonight the was a new guy behind the register and his customer service was absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and uncalled for. I wanted to get $15 in gas and some cash back. I know you can’t get cash back on gas so I picked up a couple things to buy for a separate transaction from my gas. I let the man behind the counter know my desires. While I’m talking I notice there’s a sign saying “no cash back” so I ask about it. He informs me they’re low in cash and that’s understandable but I let him know I just wanted $10 and ask him if I can get that. He bring up another employee off duty and she says they’re short on 5’s and it’s a no go. I turn to the guy and he yells “look lady we just don’t have it! Alright, bottom line is we don’t have it!” This definitely threw me off guard. I’ve never been yelled at by an employee at this chevron before. But I just put my items back and leave the store to go put some gas in my car. I get to my car and notice I was never even charged for the gas. I understand they were short on cash but my gas was a totally separate transaction so I go back in the store to notify the man I was never charged for the gas. When I get back in the store the guy tells me “I’m not serving you! I don’t like your attitude. People with attitude makes me nervous so I’m not serving you and If you have a problem with it call corporate.”I’ve never been treating with such poor customer service at this chevron.

Go to superstar these guys are twice the price cuz they want to be millionaires but they dont even put soap in the machine when they wash the wash rags and they stink so bad the smell stays on your hands and in your car and the vacuums are alway weak and falling apart.... just go to superstar and youll get clean car for half the price

I came here often and it’s so expensive for my car to still be dirty at the end. I kept using them because they were close. They tried to up sale me and did not explain any details information, they workers sit there on the phone and barely know any details of the packages they are promoting. They charged my card twice for something I didn’t even ask for. I’ll drive to Chicago for a car wash before I go here again. Disrespectfully❤️

Ive been going to this location for many years and Im always treated kindly by everyone who works there. Even so, Im taking time out to write this review because I feel Justin deserves recognition for his great customer service skills. Hes very polite, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He definitely went above and beyond and Im so grateful.And an honorable mention goes to Dustin for a brief & pleasant interaction that Im also compelled to note!Thank you Justin & Dustin for helping to make my day even better.

I gave 2 stars because the guy at the front was willing to take a wet rag out and rewipe. Most of the interior was barely vacuumed. Loose dirt and food. I didn’t pay for a detail, but take a wet rag to the surfaces you lazy bums. I just came from a place where I can get the exterior done for $5, free dust towel & vacuum.

For the most part it was a good experience however I have an issue with dirty windows after paying $35 for a car wash. That should be the one thing that is emphasized the most because you can look out of the windows and see the streaks. Most annoying.

I got a full service wash yesterday on 4/21/21. When I got home, I realized your people scratched my tint up on the passenger front window! My car is brand new!!! And now the tint is damaged! I want someone to contact me to fix this problem! I left 2 messages....1 by the feedback link on the receipt and 1 on the website.UPDATE- I did as instructed by the person that responded to my review. Still NOTHING! 😡

Living equidistant to three different Cobblestones I prefer this location. They always do a good job and seem to get it done faster than other locations.

I took my Jeep in for a full detail, costing almost $300. Upon picking it up the carpet still had dirt, the doors weren’t even wiped, and the dashboard had excessive shiner they sprayed on to make it look cleaner than it was. This is honestly the worst detail I have ever seen in my life. The worse of them all, the manger was extremely rude and I felt humiliated when I pointed out the misses. His name was Charles.Very poor management and poor extremely quality. I recommend you do NOT take in your car for any of their services, especially a detail.After they commented below they didn’t even respond to my email.

Im never going here again. I paid for their ultimate plus package(which cost about $30) and this is what I got.-Still has dirt on the rims-Still has dirt and stuff in the back of the car-passenger side of the car isnt even wiped down-missed a big spot on the back bumper

This is my favorite place to take my car. They can either clean it for you or their is self service. The unlimited plan is totally worth it as well!

Came here for a wash and was talked into a monthly plan for about 40 bucks a month. For 40 dollars I expect a lot more than what they did. Floor mats still dirty, nothing in the inside was wiped down, tires still have visible dirt. Needless to say I will be canceling my monthly plan and taking my business elsewhere. Came back the next day and was told the mats are extra, smh that’s ridiculous. Asked for them to cancel my plan and was told I had to call a number however you can cancel online. Terrible customer service and terrible value.

I wish I could rate it zero stars!!! Just moved to the state and was trying to find a great place to come back to when needed. This place was awful. I payed $30 and apparently that doesnt include the inside of my car being cleaned. I got my car back and they barely touched the inside. Dirt all over the floor, doors werent wiped down at all and there was still dog hair on the seats and floor. I asked politely if he could wipe down the doors for me. Right in front of me he barley touches them. I go inside and speak to a manager. He tells me that cleaning the inside isnt included in my $30 dollar car wash! All I wanted was the carpet vacuumed and the doors wiped down!. Absolutely awful! I have tried this place twice and was disappointed both times.

U I was out of town looking to clean up my car that is was giving to my kiddo. They fast talked me into the deal of a lifetime.. $39 best wash they had. When the service was done, I had bird droppings still on the car. Very dissatisfied with this service and this company. Poor business ethics and practice. Will never be a return customer..

Had a rough experience at my apartment complex with a broken sprinkler spraying dirty water all over my truck all night. Paint, taillight and plastics were damaged with hard water. Brought the truck in and the guys worked on it that day and removed all the hard water damage. Great service from the team!

Ive been a member for many years and have been simply because I ALWAYS receive great customer service when there. Most times when I drive up Im greeted by Justin. He always has a smile for me and promises a thorough job; which I always get. Im a regular and love the fact Justin remembers what kind of air freshener I like. I cant just thank Justin alone, because his coworker Dustin gives me awesome customer service as well. I can always count on a smile and great work from him as well. Got my car washed today because havent had it washed in a long while, so I bought the super wash and anyways got to my vehicle thinking it was cleaning not really my cars windows were still dirty . Some parts of of my vehicle wasnt dried very disappointed and I even tip them 3 dollars thinking they did a good job and no really. Would not return ill go somewhere else and get my vehicle washed.

The managers here are the BEST!P.S. You cant bring in an old junk looking car and expect a brand new looking car for $200-300! Lets be real. If you maintain your vehicles interior as well as the engine then yes you can get your seats and carpet looking much better after a detail. Years of neglect cannot go away in less than one day people! Wheres your common sense?

Absolutely wonderful experience. They greeted me by name, let me know my membership was expiring soon and gave me options to renew if I wanted. They were fast, efficient, and had my truck washed inside and out within 15-20 minutes!! Then we were walked to the truck where the doors were open. My mom was having hard time not falling with the water and her sandals so they laid a towel down for her to get in the truck! Absolutely recommend and I will be back again!

It was great... from the moment I drove up and the attendant helped me select which option I wanted, then to the inside staff, and finally the gentleman who drove my vehicle up the parking spot just in front of the outside seating area. I literally only had to take about 15 steps to my vehicle door (which was great as I have a disability that limits me to no more than 100ft without resting, using my cane).The job they did on my van was great. Over the years, at many full service car washes, I had to always do a walkaround of my vehicle and had to point out areas they missed or did not do well, then the same on the inside. Well... ZERO shortcomings - your staff performed 100% to expectation.Ill be a returning customer, and have recommended this Cobblestone location to my daughter and her husband, and to other family members.Great job, keep up the good work!

Paid $33.00 for a full service car wash, not a great job at all. Smudges & drips left on windshield. Terrible vacuum job. My key got locked in the car. Worker had a bad attitude.... it could have just been an off day, but they left a terrible first impression. I would have done a far better self-car wash if I could.... but I have serious back and neck issues. Will not return to this venue.

Save yourself the $30+ and just go get a $5 automatic car wash and let your kids vaccuum the car. I assure you the quality will be better. First and LAST visit here.

I spent 25$ and got the mid grade wash. Vaccum wipe down wheel cleaning and tire dressing. Tire dressing on my wheels not the actual tire, wheels weren’t even wiped down well, still dirty. The wipe down wasn’t bad and the glass is good and clean. Interior wipe down and vacuum was mediocre. I was told my wash would take 20/30 mins. It took them 10 at best. I’m completely un satisfied and would like to have things made right or my money back.

Im an unlimited member. Sometimes the machines don’t read my window sticker well. Usually some employee comes over and helps me. No problem.Today someone came to help. Then another employee (Eric) began yelling at him. After the helpful employee got the machine to read my sticker, Eric came storming over to my car and stuck his head in the car window. He proceeded to berate me for not doing it correctly. I told him I didn’t appreciate what he was saying. I eventually told him I’d be cancelling my subscription. When I asked him a question, he told me “it wasn’t any of my business and walked away.”I reported this concern to the general manager who said he’d “talk to him,” but justified his behavior by stating the vacuums are loud.I wish I could say this is the first problem I’ve had with Eric.... but it isn’t.

Pulled through for a quick wash and Justin gave me a deal I couldnt refuse! Now I can come in every day of the month for a few dollars more than what one wash could have cost me. Thanks Justin!

I took my car to Cobblestone today and was upsold a $45.00 car wash. They took almost an hour then when they finally brought my car back out, my passenger side window was down and now will not roll up due to the glass being off track. The last time I saw my car, when I gave the employee my key, the drivers side window was partially down but the passenger side was completely rolled up and I have had absolutely no trouble with this window prior to Cobblestone taking my key. When I asked the employee (Patrick) about helping me get my window back on track I was told its not my fault, your car is old, there are 3 or 4 signs posted (I saw no signs, no signs were ever pointed out to me and signs saying what? Not to use their car wash unless youve just purchased a brand new car??), We broke it when my guy rolled up the other window and I can give you the name of my guy that will fix it (setup/scam! Im not paying your guy to fix something you broke!!) I paid over $50.00(with tip!) for a wash and to have the inside cleaned and now I have to either fix my vehicle myself, which I dont know how to do or find a place, take it in and pay someone to do it. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be posting reviews everywhere, contacting BBB and my Credit Card company and calling cobblestones corporate office until this is resolved. Oh, and I have signs posted in my vehicle now explaining that Cobblestone Auto Spa broke my window, just in case anyone wonders what happened.UPDATE: Peter, I DID email and have yet to receive any response!

This is the only place I take my car to get washed. I have a dog who sheds a lot, it is impossible to get all of the hair but they always do a great job trying.

Dont come here if your vehicle is dirty, the manager wants to try and charge extra if it has mud on it because he does not think the regular wash will do it. Guess what, it does get it off jackass. Find a different car wash and avoid this one.

Just went through the express wash here and I have to say for $3 it gives you the most bang for your buck! That’s less than a cup of coffee at some places. While here I was helped out by two awesome dudes Jo and Justin. I especially liked that I wasn’t hassled about getting the cheapest wash. And of course the free vacuums is a huge sale point.

Charles has gone above, and beyond, to always make sure that I am happy before I leave.I will continue to frequent this location because of the consistently great service.

I would like to thank Eric, Patrick and Charles for exemplary service and customer support. Not so long ago, I had a terrible food spill on the floor of the front passenger side within the carpet. The smell came back and when I called to get it cleaned again, I was told that they would clean it again but did not charge me. These people definitely put customers first to also make them happy. Best customer service Ive had in awhile. Even though I live in Chandler I will drive from anywhere to give them in Tempe my business. Thank you
