Highly recommend! The management and employees here are very friendly. Atmosphere has a mom & pop feel to it. One of the owners recognized me, realized one of my go-to donuts was out, and replaced the empty tray with a fresh full tray before I could even order. It was awesome. The donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and drinks all taste like they’re made with love. Good vibes all around.

I usually order from here pretty often if i have a sweet tooth this would be my go to. I don’t know what happened tonight but this is what i got these donuts look so sad. One of my chocolate donuts was originally a glazed donut that they redipped in chocolate. These donuts were stale on not tasty i took two bites of that donut and was done. Mind you i ordered these from door dash so i didn’t know how they would look but i wasn’t expecting this at all.

Great food and friendly staff! Also nobody messes with nun chucks! The breakfast sandwich was killer. And the baked goods are what makes this place a staple for late nights and early morning bites! Get your food in person or with grub hub or post mates.

Dont go here for a sandwich. I had one instruction for my sandwich which was no mayo. I get home and the thing is literally dripping with it. 🤢.The donuts are fine, theyre nothing special. Just regular donuts.

We went hog wild here and ordered drinks and a dozen. Here are our comments...Watermelon smoothie boba: This drink is heaven, I want my whole house to smell like the taste of this, I want to order one of those tooMatcha Tea Boba: I hate matcha but this is good, Matcha flavored boba too, yum!Taro Smoothie Boba: wow go tell them good job! Obvious why this won an award omg delicious! I want to order one of those for myself tooSour Apple Boba: look at those adorable star bobas let me take a picture of that! The boba is sour apple flavored yum****Our favorite donuts: Toasted coconut creme, raspberry, pink frosting sprinkle, devils food with cinnamon topping... I would give a one star but their food is good. I thought they had great customer service until I experienced a wrong order yesterday. Ive been going there for awhile on baseline and always order the same things. One time about a month ago I ordered a turkey instead of tuna by accident. The next time I came in (2 days later), I laughed with the girl who usually makes my tuna croissant with just lettuce and tomato, about making the Turkey sandwich instead of the tuna. Moving forward to present day, I actually made sure I asked for two number 8s, which is tuna, the same girl asked if I wanted 1 or 2 donuts. Why. Because she knew if I order 1 tuna, then 1 donut, 2... when I order for my coworker as well. Bottom line, this was the first I had to call and complain because my two number 8s turned out to be number 7s (turkey). If I didnt spend $600 over the last 6 months, then I would probably leave it alone, as well as recommending people to go there. Not anymore and i work in an industry that has brought tons of biz to Bosa. Anyway after complaining nicely with saying everybody makes mistakes, the girl may have got confused since I made the error, myself, over a month ago....I understand but can you fix my order... The MANAGER WANTED ME TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE between the two sandwiches because they would have to make the correct order. Then to top it off, the Manager was not willing to satisfy me as the customer. Instead he made a point to tell me the next time make sure i speak clearly!I told him I would be writing a review and would not refer anyone else. PAY the difference on their mistake and I NEED TO MAKE SURE I SPEAK CLEARLY NEXT TIME 🤔. I hung up after that disrespectful comment. And BTW I even tip! Bosa will not get another dime of my money nor my friends, family and associates.Oh did I mention it was $2 total difference! They couldnt eat that charge, I actually tipped $2.43 (approximately). Soooooo??

Went in getting donuts for my family - we like Bosa by our home so we gave this location a chance. Got everything we wanted including a bottle of whole milk which was $2.99.My daughter said the milk smelt and tasted funny. We all smelled it and it smelt bad and tasted worse. Tasted like someone forgot to put the milks in the fridge and remembered when they got warm. Either that or their fridge isnt working.We went back in to try and get our money back, but the lady there was insistent that there were no refunds. She tried to give us another milk but it smelt the EXACT same way. She stated something must be wrong with or senses, but she refused to smell it. We just wanted our money back. Instead she gave us 2 donuts, which we already had plenty of.The donut quality there isnt the greatest either and we didnt even finish the donuts we purchased.

The robot welcoming when you open the door is neat. Shutting down your restrooms and your Wi-Fi to OUR students, then hiding behind your glass thinking you have ownership privileges of that property has got to go bye.

I was really excited to find this place because the food is delicious.Unfortunately i was served burnt food and when i asked them to remake it for me they just scraped off the black part and and gave it back to me.

Sooo yummy! There were so many selections of donuts to choose from, along with breakfast sandwiches and tasty teas (Thai tea with Boba for me, frozen blended mocha coffee with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle for him). The Boston cream donut was right on the mark--creamy-custardy goodness enveloped in a fluffy pastry dough outer layer. Yum!

We have been waiting since last December to come back to Bosa! Much better donuts than we can get in S.C. Considering how many of these we plan to eat while we are here....it will take me the next year to get ready again. We love Bosa Donuts!

Great donuts. Not fancy, gourmet donuts, with funky combinations. But absolutely amazing donuts. Would love it if they would do a real jelly donut. Not the fake raspberry filled junk. Still gets a 5 star, despite that disappointment.

THE BEST local donut chain in the whole valley! I say this because they have a bigger selection than Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreme combined, I have never been to a donut shop anywhere in the valley that has a bigger selection of donuts, cake donuts, long johns, apple fritters, cinnamon rolls, you name it, can you tell Im a fan? Lol. The stores are not fancy like Dunkin Donuts or Krispy Kreme, but the humongous selection makes up for the simplistic layout of the restaurants, Ive been going to Bosa for over 10 years, keep the doughnuts coming, baby!

Pretty expensive, but their donuts are premium. Also their sausage egg and cheese crussaint sandwich is double the price and quality of McDonalds imo.

I never thought i would leave a bad review here but it has to be done i received a donut with a bite on it i thought it was a bad joke my girlfriend was playing on me but she was as shocked as i was when i returned it the guy told me a piece had fallen off and he proceeded to rip a piece off another donut to give to me. Are you serious?? Wow worst experience ever!

I got a six dollar large smoothie Strawberry and bananas I get all the way home taste it and it literally taste like nothing but syrup no strawberries no bananas and they tell me it’s a powder it’s not even real strawberries or fruit or anything and that to get my money back I have to turn around and go back on their time and if I don’t make it there on their time then I don’t get a refund this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life nonetheless the smoothie

Our first experience with BoSa doughnuts, and it was incredible! They had my favorite type of doughnut made any way I could dream of! It made for a great dessert. Also ordered the Green Tea Smoothie, which was refreshing. We will definitely be getting BoSa next time were craving doughnuts, which doesnt happen so that often, usually when you crave it, it never tastes as good as the craving, BoSa however does!

Bosa is fine overall but the cinnamon rolls are not great, theyre just donuts with a tiny bit of cinnamon roll stuff. They have these good looking croissant things but I havent tried them because they are called specials and you cant get them when you buy the donut pack. All the donuts taste the same.

Decent donuts but important to note that this has consistently been my least favorite location in the chain. I have frequented the locations in Ahwatukee and Southern Ave and they blow this location out of the water. Donuts are lower quality and customer service is terse at best. (Im lucky if I get a hello before placing my order.)

Delicious donuts and excellently stocked at 5:45am on a business day. Only thing I would note is that in some of the pictures it shows a dozen donuts at $8.99 but the actual price was $11.90 (11/19/2019). Not sure if thats a normal thing or not? I dont remember paying that much at other BoSa locations? Still, they have good donuts.

The location is nice and quiet. The inside is well kept and very organized. Staff is not as friendly. Price is decent. Donuts were ok.

I came here and bought a taro Smoothie I asked if I was able to get extra taro and she said “I did” rudely When I receive my drink it tasted like water and it wasn’t blended correctly it was disgusting. When I asked her if she was able to remake it for me she told me to look at the sign “no refunds” Considering the fact had I told her to put extra taro when she was making it and she didn’t . I will never ever come to this place again and yes it cost like 7+tax for the large I was so disappointed I ended up throwing it away there and then it tasted like water and sugar I drove all the way to the one on southern and McClintock . . . I highly recommend that location they always make it delicious. And cost $6 for the large 😋 . . With no hesitation I’m never one to complain but this place is zero*

The doughnuts are always so fluffy and delicious. The iced coffee drinks and boba teas are delicious as well! Its nice to eat in the establishment or out front, quiet setting. I always see the same woman working here and she is always so kind and works so quickly.

Bosa Donuts is a small donut shop, but has various doughnuts to offer you with! Their shop is very clean. The donuts they make are very delicious.They also have coffee, smoothies, milkshakes, and sandwiches! The staff are very polite and their English is alright. One problem is that there is usually one worker each shift. For one person, progress seems to be very slow around the shop. Other than that, definitely recommend trying the donuts and drinks they have to offer you!

Their sprinkle donuts are cake not glazed like the other Bosas.. good service though...would go back.

The donuts are good and I enjoy the breakfast sandwiches. Now I have had an empty donut missing the filling a time or two. I also noticed the quality of the donuts can differ depending upon who makes them as it seems. What kind of day they are having most of the time its good tho. The service is decent and the people who work there are ok for the most part especially if you frequently go here.

The best place to get some late-night sweets and coffee. The cream filled donuts are delicious and the boba is on point. The lady there is pretty nice too. Im blessed to have this place just down the road from me.

Friendly Staff and great selection, however they seem to always been understaffed. The wait times can be fairly long, but the staff definitely works hard to satisfy the customer. Unfortunately the staff can only do so much, and with what always seems to be just 1 person up front to not only man the cash register, but also fill orders, make drinks, and serve customers - it tends to slow down the process and extend wait times.

I just recently started to go here . They are always so cheerful. The tuna sandwich is suoer duper delicious but my favorite is the conconut smoothie with boba.

After several visits Im confident in saying the quality of donuts being a served out of this location is significantly less than other Bosa locations.Bosa makes the best donuts, just not this store. Avoid this one.

Everyone ranges about Bosa donuts. Dont know why... Back when they first came out they were at least big donuts, now they are small. They always look great but dont add up to the hype.

I love BoSa! Ive been going for several months now and the quality has always stayed consistent and excellent. Their breakfast sandwiches and smoothies in particular are my favorites. The woman who most often is working is absolutely sweet and though she may take a bit to finish your order she makes it really well and pays attention to detail.I would suggest leaving a few extra minutes for her to prepare everything, and its worth it!
