From start to finish a wonderful experience. We started with Tom taking the measurements and then asking what we wanted. Our description of what we were wanting he was to order for us. We felt very comfortable with the quote given and ordered two doors and a security door.The two gentlemen who installed the doors were very professional. They reviewed the entries and got right to work. They made sure things inside were covered to lessen the mess created while they worked. I was especially impressed by the trim work they did. The whole process did not take long. I was so impressed by the clean up. You would have not thought they had been there.Doors installed and we were so excited of the look and just how much more quiet it was in the house. No more hearing street traffic!There was a small issue with the security door. They had to rework the entry fitting and that required a return trip. Not a problem for us. We were willing to wait so it would be done right. They were back the following Monday and had it installed in no time.Please check them out. Red Rock windows provided the same exact windows of other companies for $2000 less. Because the windows must be custom made, you cannot expect to place an order today and have them installed tomorrow. As soon as the windows were in, delivery and installation were scheduled. We were impressed with the installation contractor Red Rock used. If we ever have another window or door to be replaced, we will be using this company again.

We absolutely love our new window! The installation was perfect. The new window fit right in like with a shoehorn, and it was an arched window too. Noise level cut considerably. We would recommend this very professional company!

The owner, Thomas, came out for my initial consultation. He was not very friendly and was late as he didnt listen to my directions and went to the wrong complex. Maybe he didnt really care about my purchase because I only got two windows and one door done? He also did not bring a mask during COVID, and when I gave him one to wear, he wouldnt wear it over his nose.I got many quotes and ended up going with Red Rock though because of all the good reviews on the product and their pricing. Nate and Cody completed the install today and it went great. They were very professional and hard working. My windows and doors look great, so far!

This window company is the least sales-ie, gimmickie and reasonably priced. We were having issues with getting HOA approval, solely because of window frame size from American Vision so I started researching other companies and found Red Rock. Im so glad I did. We got an in-home quote within a week of calling, a few thousand less than American Vision. The windows were built and installed on time. The installers were friendly, cleanly and FAST. We noticed some inconsistencies with the caulking around the windows a few days later after install, while painting, and I called Red Rock about and the came right out and fixed it. Were extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend Red Rock.

About a year ago I had the windows on the west side of my home replaced. They were over 25 years old and I thought it was about time. The replacements looked great and really cooled the west facing rooms down.Last month I had the Owner, Thomas come out and quote on replacing the other 11 windows in my home. The pricing was fantastic and again the professionalism was incredible.Last week the installer came out and installed the windows. Red Rock Windows and Doors are a professional company in hands of very good and direct people. The best thing for me is that I had a minor issue with a screen they didnt install, it didnt matter if it was small they were ready to hear me out and find a solution for me, excellent post-sale service.

The entire process with Red Rock window and door was top notch. He stuck to his estimate and got the door and frame installed in the time agreed. Thomass recommendations were spoken like a true professional who knows the business, and we went with everything he suggested. We originally wanted to replace the wood door with another wood door, but he explained why a composite door and frame would be a better choice because of the durability of the composite material. The door and Fram are no installed and painted, and we couldnt be happier. Red Rock should be your first call for any window or door work

I got several estimates and they where all over the place. I found that his windows were the best quality for the price. The install crew was very professional. When I got to work we discovered that a window had been damaged. I called Red Rock Windows and Doors to come to my office building. I requested for someone to give me an estimate for the window that needed to be replaced. Thomas answered my call and was very polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns about replacing the window.I told him about another issue that we had, there was dirt entering a suite from under a window. Thomas checked the other windows in question and immediately told me that my seals on the bottom of the windows were not there. He was able to come up with a solution to fix it . He was able to provide a quote, ordered the window, and scheduled an appointment with no hassle. I did not feel pressure to use Red Rock Windows and Doors and the price quote was very acceptable. I saw the effort and respect that was given to the office staff and other tenants that are sharing the building. I hired this company not just for the customer service that I was receiving, but the quality of product that was offered. The window installer was prompt, polite, introduced himself and his assistant. They were able to complete the install and re-sealing 20 windows in the time frame that was given. After the work was completed the gentlemen came into my suite and stated that the job had been completed. This was a very pleasant experience.
