I got a turnkey quote to upgrade our Siemens switchgear in 2019, parts and labor included. They delivered the parts in December 2019 but completely dropped the installation. Now they are charging me for the parts and still not even an estimated installation date. I brought the parts back to them as delivered on the original pallet, we didnt even cut the plastic saran wrap off. They refused the return. I have no way of using the parts without the installation, thats why i got the turnkey quote. Now they are legally escalating. What the...?
