When you walk in this store you can feel the positive energy. I love this store, it’s not as expensive as some of the other places I’ve been. Much of their pricing seems to be based on how available and how much they have of each type of crystal or stone. They have a huge incense selection. A large variety of cool gift items as well. . . . . The only .gripe. I have is that it would be easy for them to put identification info 20 times on a sheet of paper, make copies and cut out the squares to place with the crystals/stones that look similar to others or for the ones that are not as well known. I have many that I can’t remember and just don’t know what they are. Which is discouraging me to go back to buy more. I try to remember to take photos when I am shopping but it gets difficult to do because I usually buy so many and it gets too crowded in the store.

This store is so flipping cute 😍 I could spend hours in here and still find new things to look at. The girl working was an absolute doll, super friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. The prices are extremely reasonable and they have every stone you can think of.

Everytime I go into this store I love it! I come in for my stones for the equinoxes and solstices, and I always find just what I need and at a great price!! The owner is so very knowledgeable and has great energy!

I love this store and always have. There are so many interesting things to find, and I love buying rocks to add to my collection. I’ve bought so many gifts for friends from this store over the years, and I’m so happy they survived the pandemic. What makes me even happier is that they enforce their mask policy. Btw, pay no attention to the cranks on here giving 1 star reviews and throwing hissy fits. Also—as a disabled person—having a disability does NOT make you exempt from mask mandates. The ADA doesn’t mean disabled people can ignore health and safety rules, but provide reasonable accommodations. For example, if you don’t want to or can’t wear a mask in the store then you can order what you need and have it shipped to you. THAT is a reasonable accommodation. Don’t abuse a law you barely understand for your own petty selfishness.

I love this store, however the way its ran in regards to its employees is not so spectacular. I worked here for 2 months in 2017, to cover a position for the time being. During my time working here I sold more crystals and stones to customers than any other employee in the store, I organized, kept the store clean, and quite honestly took extreme pride in my job because i love this store. Once the position needing covered returned, I was cast aside and taken off the schedule, whilst the person coming back went back to work. The reason I quote work is because the work he does is hardly work at all. Answers phones, points you where your looking, thats it! No employee in that entire store had more sales or knowledge of stones than I did, except the owner, especially the person I was substituting for. I would think that this business would recognize a hard working passionate employee, instead they only do favoritism and seniority, even to employees who literally know nothing about stones. This upsets me greatly. You should have knowledgeable employees who KNOW what theyre talking about running this store, not keeping around the first person you hired cause thats just how it is..which is what this store does. That tells you right there they are in it for the money and nothing else! Truly dissapointing.

Customer service is pretty good and acvite, but Im pretty sure half of the Crystals here are fake. Went in a few times, but I always leave because the gems they have just dont feel genuine.

Ive been coming here since I was young, its always been a favorite. Wide selection of all sorts of things, and if you love gems and minerals like a rockhound does this is a wonderful and quaint shop to separate yourself from the malls atmosphere.

A large variety of stones, crystals, salt lamps, musical instruments like rain sticks and drums. They have jewelry, clothes and more. Worth the drive. You do need to be careful about glass stones/crystals. Also most things are not labeled with what they are so ask for help. They were friendly and helpful .

I have an ADA exemption from having to wear a mask. No one else in the mall asked me to put one on. Its just sad. I get he was just doing his job.

We tried to shop here and the owner brought security to remove us from shopping because the person I was with was mask exempt. Said it’s private property was within 6 feet of us and refused our purchase. What a horrible place to shop this business is without ethics they don’t deserve to be in business with such inconsiderate practices!! Shop elsewhere!!

They have an amazing selection of crystals at this location, and an amazing staff that is very knowledgeable about every single one of the crystals and the products that are offered.I really do enjoy the various gift options that they have as there are many people in my life that I like to try to bring positive energy to. I had to knock off one star because the prices have gone up tremendously in the last 16 months. I mean I do expect inflation here and there but over $400 per gram is quite a bit.

Adore the staff, unique inventory. I experienced the original location in Gurnee, IL, its great to see this business still thriving years later in AZ.

The store was nice enough, but the girl they had behind the counter made me feel incredibly unwelcome. When bagging my items, she wrapped the first two and then just threw the rest of my breakables in the bag with no protection, she became annoyed when I asked her to wrap them instead. Just an overall bad attitude and energy coming off of her. I doubt ill be back due to her negativity.

I love this place. We always buy incense from here. They are 10 for $1! They have a great selection of crystals, minerals, and other treasures you can’t find just anywhere! I have a salt lamp, rain sound maker, tons of bracelets, large amethyst, and other smaller pieces from here. My daughter got a little singing bowl competitively priced a couple weeks ago. The owner is such a sweet lady. The employees are all very helpful and you can tell they are working hard. Also love that its right across from the kids play area!

This place was great. It was well organized and had my attention for almost an hour. Its filled with not just precious stones, but a feeling and environment not often found in the mall. Great place to get lost and ask questions. The employees there are knowledgeable, respectful, kind and above all NOT PUSHY. I did not feel pressured at all while visiting. Everything is clearly marked price wise its reasonable and affordable. Two thumbs up from me for sure. Cant wait to go back.

I literally make sure every time I visit this mall that I HAVE TO MAKE A STOP into this store! I could spend hours looks at all the gorgeous gems and stones! I have hand made bracelets for my step daughters from stones I’ve selected from here and they loved them!! Please keep bringing gorgeous items into the store so I can discover new things!

I found the crystals I wanted but some of the reviews spoke on how they didnt get any energy from the crystals. I concur. Luckily I bought mine on the night of the full moon so I was able to charge them. So far, so good. I dont like that this shop is located in a mall. There were so many people in the store that it definitely took away from the energies the crystal may have.

I am not a fan of Arizona Mills shopping center but I go just for black market minerals. If youre into crystals stones and very odd and unique gifts this is a great place to shop. The staff is extremely knowledgeable in the minerals and stones they sell. If they dont know they will look it up. The prices are amazing and they have a little bit of a lot of different things

I visited this place passing through Arizona around 2004. The prices were surprisingly tempting. I noticed that pendulums were priced around $7 and my friends in Ohio and California requested I make purchases for them. I met the owner and he is a kind rock hound. The manager has been here for all the years I have shopped here. Need a stone to heart or hlep your heart or improve circulation? Just ask staff. Very resourceful. Any age from 4 up will find something fascinating to take home. Jewelry, bag of stones, Himalayan Salt Lamps, clothing, do it yourself necklaces and gifts starting at $3.00. There are masks from other nations, wind chimes, even worry stones! Worth the trip!

Used to really enjoy shopping at this store, but this year I bought a few gifts here and when I went to wrap them, 2 of them were broken. One had even been fixed with masking tape. When trying to exchange them I was greeted with a they didnt leave the store that way so no. After some back and forth they agreed to refund one item, but said the other was too expensive to exchange and I should be more careful with my items.I will never be returning the this store and have already started the charge back process with my bank. Absolutely horrible customer experience, especially during the holidays.

This is honestly a one of a kind store. Its full of beautiful, and unique finds. The pieces of art are amazing, and their incense are by far the best Ive ever smelled. I visited this store for the first time and LOVED it! Charles was a big help in answering questions about the Himalayan salt lamps. They had very large selection of salt lamps to choose from. I purchased 3 of them for a great price. The kids enjoyed picking out marbles and stones. Will definitely visit again!

I’ve been going to Black Market Minerals for years, since 2001. I love the rocks and can’t help but spend no less than 10 minutes at their polished loose stones bin. The bead selection seems to have become smaller or maybe my memory is lacking but seems I remember there being 2 large cabinets towards the front of the store with string after string of semi precious stones. All the same my last visit was not a lost cause and I came home with no less than 10 different kinds of beads. I always seem to find something I had no clue I was looking for as well as a few things I had in mind. The employees are always helpful and upbeat.I cant wait till my next visit!

Ive been going here for over ten years. Ive always loved the shop. The prices are fair, and the staff is kind and helpful... You can really find some hidden gems amongst the stones on the tables, too. Found a record keeper clear quartz for 3 dollars.

If you like, want or use Crystals whether loose, jewelry, pendulums, wands, natural or polished, large or small. They have it all. The location in the Orlando Florida area is much larger space. The employees were knowledgeable. Though they needed more employees working on the Saturday I was there. Super busy. Everything was displayed well.

The goods always seem authentic, real, and of good quality, not cheap, synthetic knock-offs. And likewise the staff are authentic, genuine, and down-to-earth, not corporate or salesy at all. I LOVE THIS STORE. The people who work here are usually really knowledgeable about the stones they carry and they have tools as well as jewelry. I do wish they would carry nice chains since they sell pendants but it is so well organized, whether you are making your own jewelry, using them for grids or healing purposes, or just looking for that statement piece, this place is a must see.
