Went there today to sell my gold & silver jewelry. Gina (?) was very pleasant and courteous. She examined each piece for authenticity and gave me a price that I was very pleased with. What convinced me to go here was that the store was registered with the BBB. I wanted a business I could trust.

Great customer service. This is not located inside Walmart but is in the parking lot of walmart. I went into walmart to look for this. Google needs to correct this as part of the location. The actual address is 840 E Southern Suite 102

I was tired of looking at my old engagement ring from a previous marriage. The Gold Guy offered far more than the jewelry store in my neighborhood. I am happy to have some extra cash to move on and get something I really want. These guys were totally professional, I highly recommend them.

I received a coupon in the mailer for this place so I decided to check it out. The employees were very nice and they gave me far more money for my old bracelet than I expected. I for sure recommend it!

DO NOT go here if you are looking for DECENT customer service and the amount you deserve for your jewelry. I laid out all of my jewelry pieces and before I could even start opening the jewelry boxes they were in, the first thing the lady said to me and my husband was so are you going to open it? In the most rude condescending way. She continued to talk to us this way during our entire visit. In addition to the HORRIBLE customer service, they gave me the lowest cash offer possible. I had multiple gold and silver necklaces (one of them worth $3,000!), rings and diamonds, and this incredibly rude lady offered me $50 BUCKS. A waste of time and energy. I would suggest going to an actual jewelry buying place that may offer you a much better price for your jewelry.

I went to different store yesterday to compare price, and everyone gave me the same offer, but this store stand out, its wide and open and the best customer service! I felt very welcome while I was there!

I buy and sell gold coins, but when it came to selling jewelry....I was a little lost. Scouted around quite a bit and found that MOST are scamming more than they should. When I sell my gold coins, I get the price of gold, with jewelry I get a deflated price by all. This business came in the best with price and service. Did I get the value of my gold, no, approx. 70% of the value and you have to remember the store (buyer) has to make money too. If was a fair deal, although I never recommend selling unbroken jewelry to anyone....other than a real buyer (i.e.; they want it for the jewelry not the gold). I have been recommend to Forever Diamond on Baseline & Stapley, but their prices were deflated from this guy.

I was looking to get rid of some pre-1965 silver coins. I checked three other places before I went here. One place offered me the bare minimum they could reasonably offer, another place offered face value (!?), and yet another said they only accept pre-1865 (?!!?). This place was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered way more.Go here if you need to sell gold or silver. No reason to travel from place to place and waste your time and gasoline. Nuff said.

Sold a gift card there one day, wasnt gonna make closing time but the manager was super cool and waited for me. Still gave me the benefit of the doubt even when there was a problem. I thought I was gonna cry in there, it didnt matter how hot the manager was! Thx again guys!
