That alone is worth a lot of star power with these reviews, like half or more. It doesnt get better than this place. This morning an employee named Bridgette (hope I got the spelling right) went over and beyond, WELL OVER and beyond to help me out BIG, and she didnt have to. Shout out to Pharmacist Thanh Le at the Frys on Combs in San Tan Valley! He went out of his way to accommodate a last minute request to ensure we had our Rx filled before we left town for the week. He was kind and understanding and patient even though I know he was crazy busy with all of hisresponsibilities in the pharmacy. We appreciated his professionalism and empathy.

Employees stick a piece of paper with random hours over their actual store hours. I won’t even bother coming here anymore. There’s no way to know when they’ll be open.

I have never been to a Fry’s Food before and it was not a disappointment. They had some great pre-made items that were delicious and decently priced. Overall recommend to check out for yourself

Every worker I talked to tonight was super nice I asked one of the gentleman to show me if they had cooking wine and he had no problem helping me, cashier girl and bag boy that I had they were just awesome and really nice and conversational

I love our neighborhood local Frys Food. It has the best least expensive, what I call Good bread, its less than $2.00, My favorite flavor peanut butter and, other great items marked down, known as Whoo Hoos.

Being here for 15 minutes now doing the “line”. Yes I’m the only one here. They haven’t even ask me “you need any help”Poor service!

Wildam the technician here at the pharmacy is very unprofessional and not being very nice. Saying I have to wait till 5 for my meds when the were sent 2 hours ago. Just because they are behind due to covid tastings. Thats not my fault i need my meds for my asthma attack. I can breath and hes making it more worst by getting me upset. Who does that.

Call to file a complaint about a store, and they were evasive and it was obvious that nothing would be done about it! When there is a stated printed price on the shelf with the item name, and matching SKU they should honor that price. Instead Ana Blackwell of the frys at 48th St. and baseline, chose to return my product from my cart, instead of honoring the posted price. The manager Marco was watching this and did absolutely nothing! Marcos customer service has been nothing but rude, disrespectful, and condescending. He doesn’t care if there’s a problem in the store, he wants nothing to do with talking to a customer. Frys needs to shift him to either another store, or another position where he doesn’t have to deal directly with the public. If Ana is taking her cue from her management, she won’t go far in any industry. Ana refused to honor the posted Price!!!!

Great place to go grocery shopping. It has everything that my family eats on a regular basis and I love that Starbucks is located right inside. The deals Frys on a weekly basis and the fuel points that help our family save money when we fill up our gas tanks. Friendly staff, great fish and produce selections, its the best place to go grocery shopping.

30 years old and couldnt buy alcohol because my sister came with me and she didnt have her ID (32 years old). Rude staff.Typically never go here anyway because there is a much nicer one 2 miles down the road with a meat deli and more fresh food. Would highly advise going there instead.

Cashier on self check was very inconsiderate, I ask for help to my car because I had 4 cases of 32 waters and she ask the oldest worker there instead of doing it herself or asking a young worker. Management needs to set some rules at this location ridiculous

I turned 21 two weeks ago and got denied buying alcohol. According to the state law I have 30 days to get a new horizontal license but this check out lady refused service to me. Easy to say I will not be returning to this place again because they clearly do not know their policies and laws and refused service to me

I was harassed by an female elderly employee whom was quite bitter. I was waiting for my ride outside with the receipt in my hand while not disturbing anyone. She kept inquiring about my waiting outside and ignoring the fact she asked this question repeatedly. The sun was beaming so maybe the heat started to scorch her in the worst way. It seems I am harassed every time I visit. During a prior visit, a stable, deli employee talked about me having a grocery list? Instinctual behaviors are manifested from these empty vessels.

Frys is my favorite grocery store. Always clean and fruits and veggies are always fresh. Also I love that Frys has the fruit cart for kids to eat while we shop. It gives them something healthy to snack on and keeps them happy and content for a little bit so I can buy dinner with out their munchy belly speaking. You know... mom can we have this and Im hungry can we get that?

Do not get the sushi here it is absolutely horrific

These guys are great because they seem to be open a little later than some of the other Frys. Downside is this is a much smaller store than most the other Frys grocery stores in the valley, so the selection isnt near as good. The bakery section and produce selection seem to be the areas that lack the most. But in a pinch, its a streamline grocery paradise. I can get what I need and get out quick.

My daughter, a teacher was just harassed about not wearing a face mask when entering this location. The security guard harassed her in front of entering customers and employees alike. My daughter informed the security guard the mask edict goes into effect at 6am on Saturday June 20. Called the Manager to complain and he would talk to the guard who is hired by Fry’s. Out of control and illegal harassment. Reporting to Channel 5 and 10.

I love Frys. It is the equivalent of Kroger back east but, in my opinion, much better. There is a great selection of just about everything and I love the sales. Latest sale that got me was the 25% off counter service for meats. Cant beat the sausages for $0.75 each. I did try the apple wood bacon from the counter as well though. It seems to be good IN other things, but not the greatest on its own..... Cant win em all though.

Dairy and bakery are good. Safeway has way better meat, deli, and produce. Did I mention dont get meat there.

This is a pretty standard Frys Food. The store has had a bit of remodeling done. There is plenty selection for just about everything. Produce is usually fresh and full. We particularly enjoy stopping in when they are having a sale on alcohol. Theyve got a big selection of local beers, tons of liquors and mixers. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes there is a jam up of carts in the parking lot though.

Not the best Frys but its Frys!Store can use a remodel and a transplant to a better neighborhood, but overall it is well stocked and is in desperate need of a remodel. Pretty nasty but they do their best to keep it clean and well-stocked. Friendly helpful folks working here. Frys rocks!- lock your car!

Excellent. Frys is a full-size, full-service supermarket that I would grade A in quality, selection and price. And they have a sit down area and prepared food options that are a better value than any restaurant in the area.

Ive been shopping at this location for nearly a year and have always received excellent service. The only reason its not a five star rating is because the selection is a bit limited as compared to some other locations. Very clean, great prices.

Always very professional and timely. I love how they are also very compassionate. They always remember my name and treat me like family. As a person who often doesnt feel well when I pick up my prescriptions, that extra TLC makes me feel better.

OMG I love this store it is my favorite place to shop. I am a regular there go there at least four to five times a week Pharmacy staff is amazing cashiers are always amazing management is amazing customer service is amazing I love that their produce is always very fresh the meat and the meat department is always fresh and The Butchers are always there willing to help you if you need something sliced if you have any questions or anything. Definitely recommend using this is your grocery store

They have everything Safeway has and what they dont. Fry Food (Sun City)= no sales tax. Great savings! Store is clean and well stocked. Flowers are fresh and emit a nice aroma.

This is the closest Frys to my house. It is pretty clean, and the staff is friendly. The store manager is always working on the floor with the crew and is very helpful. This is a nice place to shop for your household items and foodstuffs. Prices are competitive.

The most recent time that I went I didnt find the shamrock organic milk I was looking for, the time before that I did see it! Some prices I feel are too high, like the toilet bowl brush I got paying $6 for it! The produce is good especially the nectarines taste like nectarines. I felt like the Aquastar salmon I bought was $2 higher than the Frys at Southern and Mill. I will shop there again though!

As a transplant from the midwest with all new grocery store chains and no point of reference Im glad I chose Frys for my first in store shop. The manager on site was really helpful and I called the 800 number about their points program and they were super helpful as well. I literally saved 25% off what were normal prices in the area. Love!

As I read in other reviews this was very good compared to larger Marketplace Frys. Lyft driver had problem locating address at first, maybe because proximity to Frys Electronics store in high traffic area, but selection was good in all departments and workers were friendly, very diverse customers too. Good neighborhood grocery supermarket. May try the pharmacy in near future.

Great location, lots of stores in a little area. The Goodwill is top notch, find just about anything you need for reasonable prices. Got a ninja blender for $17! The Frys Food is also good. Great selection and really helpful employees, would recommend

This store is located in a bad neighborhood despite the fact that it is located at the base of a mountain where homes are very nice, high in price, and in a gated community. The store is old and is in serious need of renovation and remodeling. I do not feel safe in this store at all. In fact one time I had just arrived and saw the manager escorting a customer out and the customer screaming he was going to return with a gun and shoot him. The police are called upon in this parking lot quite a bit. The staff at the store is kinda friendly but kinda not. I came in one day to find an elderly man sitting in a motorized cart who had obviously had an accident as 2 employees were mopping up the are and mumbling very mean and rude things about this elderly man under their breath. When I was leaving the store about 10 minutes later, this man was still there and had his head down. I stopped and asked him if he was okay. He said he had been waiting for 2 hours for his cab to arrive. I asked if the store personnel had asked if they could assist him in any way and he said no one had even approached him. I made some calls for him and got a cab to arrive within 15 minutes. It upset me because the staff had seen this elderly man sitting there for 2 hours and never once asked if they could help him. Parking lot is in bad condition; lots of potholes. It is also somewhat small. Would not recommend.

A grocery store in the Kroger supermarket chain, it has a fantastic selection of groceries, fresh meat and produce, and nice selection of organic foods, also toiletries. If you have a Kroger card, you can use it here to get all of your discounts/use coupons any coupons.

Stopped for a quick snack 😋 to take home. Thin sliced Roast Beef and Pepper jack cheese slices from the deli and it was wonderful 😊 This store is pleasantly stocked, very clean and the employees are courteous.

Not my usual location. Stopped by this location because it was on my way home. The store and parking lot were clean. But the store needs updating. Apparently the Frys corporate office chooses to update stores in more affluent areas more often. Tatum and Shea is on their 2nd remodel in 10 years.They didnt have a lot of what I needed, no Boars Head deli meat, no Kings Hawaiian bread. But the employees were friendly and helpful and the store was clean.

What can one say? It is a quite popular one in every neighborhood store market. Prices are average and depending on which store you visit it could be a very well stocked with items beyond your common food staples such as kitchen devices such as high dollar blenders, cookware, even mp3 players OR you could wind up in a not so well stocked Frys w much less than than one would expect. Great butcher meat.

Lincoln for a few breakfast items found everything quickly store was in very neat and clean condition. The employees were very helpful and kind, check out was very quick I was very happy with my experience.

I had never used frys due to past years bad experience. Well unfortunately my insurance doesnt take Walgreens anymore. So Frys calls to say meds are ready. When they arent ready. This has happen more then 3 times already. Itsfrustrating. Come on Frys better your service.

I cant say enough about MY Frys. That is truly how I feel about this location. The staff is great, the store is clean and almost always has what Im looking for, (except Distilled Water, I dont know why but its very rarely got that). I drive past 2 other locations just to go here. Again they always go out of there way to make sure you have a good experiance.

I was at Frys unknowingly on senior day. Even tho I got most everything I wanted, a few items were sold out. The store itself was in a little disarray. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. As a senior, it was great to get the extra 10% discount.

Each Aisle has a Recording in progress to enhance your shopping experience with a camera icon sign about every 3 feet on both sides and LCD screens amd cameras on both sides showing you shopping. I understand the need for this but it is a turn off to shop in place where this is needed

This is a great Frys. It has a Starbucks and everything I need without being too large. Every staff member from the guys at the seafood counter to the cashiers are friendly.

Ive been shopping and filling my prescriptions at this location for four years . The store has the best customer service, theyre always courteous at the checkout and very friendly.The pharmacy is the reason why I have given a one star. 4 years I have been filling my prescriptions and since day one the pharmacist and staff has always seemed unhappy they arent friendly and its very unpleasant . They just look at everyone like theyre bothered by all customers . I have never seen any of them smile .

The store was quite No loud music. The visit was a good one. The staff was great. The lines went fast.

I really enjoy going to Frys. I utilize the digital coupons and in-store coupons to help me save (although sometimes you really arent going to save anything), I enjoy getting fuel points, each store is uniquely different in build, atmosphere, and clientele, and the carry almost everything that I need.

Parking lot is limited. Selection is not very good. Sushi is not good at this location. Retail markup on food is way above average. But I love the people that work and shop there. And we deserve a better market.

I prefer this one over the 7th street (which is closer) because of the selection. Its also nice thats its in a shopping center, so you can knock out target if you need and then head heard for groceries. Overall clean and laid out well.
