Came here because the grip screws on a recently acquired pistol of mine simply refused to budge when I was trying to switch out the grip panels and was hoping a professional could help, even if it meant they had to destroy the screws in the process. Luckily, they didnt have to go that far and were able to get them out no problem. They were also generous enough to not charge me for the service, even after I offered to compensate them for their help... quite generous!Later that evening, however, I realized they forgot to give me my magazine back. So I returned the next day and they immediately recognized me and knew why I was back. I appreciate the help once again, guys! And the pistol looks a lot nicer with the new grip panels in! Ill definitely consider you again next time I have a gun in need of professional servicing!

Great customer service! Josh is friendly, competent, and willing to go the extra mile. Brought my pistol in to install new iron sights only to get home and find out they had a manufacturing defect. Brought the pistol back in and Josh took time out of his lunch break to swap the sights out again for no additional cost so that I could return them. Few weeks later, back again and Josh hooked me up installing the new sights and we are good to go. This whole process was frustrating for me but Valley Forge helped make it a lot smoother. The store is located at C2 Tactical, and my wife and I scheduled range time. The week before, I had an issue with my Walther 9mm, so I brought it into shop to drop off, expecting to hear about the problem and the cost of the fix later in the week. Josh from Valley Forge, inspected my weapon and took my information. A half-hour later, during our scheduled range time, Josh was able to clear the problem. He returned the weapon, demonstrated its functionality, and given the brevity of time, did not charge me. The responsiveness, professionalism, competence, and willingness to earn business is second to none. Highly, highly recommended.

I stopped by today, without an appointment to see if they had time to work on an optic that needed a battery replacement/mounting. I received a warm welcome from the guys as I came in, and described what I was looking for. They were already busy working away, but made time right then and there to take care of my optic. In less than 3 minutes, they had me squared away. Pricing was beyond reasonable, service was friendly and fast, and they have great taste in music. What more could you ask for? Just got my gun cleaned with with their Ultrasonic Cleaning. So much more thorough and FASTER instead of cleaning it myself. Was never able to get it this clean and smooth running. Awesome people and knowledgeable and willing to pass that knowledge on.

I went in to valley forge after hearing about them since a previous gunsmith had caused issues with my rifle. Leaving me frustrated I was able to drop in without setting up and appointment and they were able to attach a new gas black and to correctly time flash hider and pinned my gas block for me. I was amazed in how quick it was completed and will gladly return to them and highly recommend them.

Don’t go! Had a trigger job done. Wouldn’t consistently pull at 3 lbs. he said it was apex. Also didn’t decrease the length of travel. Then proceeded to file something down? Well Covid hit so just got to go shoot- shot about 12 rounds then double loaded and then quit firing all together. 😳. Took to a friend of a friend who said we were lucky that’s all that happened. He had to put back in original trigger so now I’m at square one. Wasted money and time but I guess thankful I’m here to talk about it.

I wish I could give Valley Forge Weaponry more than a 5 star rating! Stephen and Matt were so incredibly helpful. I had ordered a custom AR-15 online and came into C2 Tactical Tempe to shoot it for the first time. My husband and I could tell something was a little off. After going through one mag, my safety and trigger would no longer engage. I walked it over to Valley Forge Weaponry and explained the issue I was having. They started working with my gun right away. As Matt looked at the lower piece, Stephen looked at the upper piece and discovered an additional issue, which he explained to me in detail. I cannot recommend these guys enough! They are really knowledgeable, super friendly (even to new gun owners which is not always the case, in my experience), and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back for any issues or upgrades needed for my firearms in the future.

Probably the absolute best place to get your guns cleaned. The ultrasonic cleaning they offer is excellent for the price and quality. Saves me a ton of time cleaning my guns by hand and their ultrasonic cleaner does way a better job than I can anyways. Cant beat it.

Fast turnaround times and great communication regarding what your firearm needs to function perfectly. His quality workmanship will definitely resulted in repeat business from me. I dropped off my 9mm and my 45 (semi-auto handguns) both with some really annoying malfunctions, caused my day at the range to be cut short so I stopped by the inshore gunsmith. While we were there he pointed out some issues, made recommendations and made an incredibly fair offer to fix and clean both. I was able to pick up and shoot them both the very next day right there at the range on site. Both fired flawlessly all day 100+ rounds each. Highly recommended!I have dealt with 3 other gun shops and gunsmiths in Phoenix. None helped but still took my money. Prices were all over the place. NOT HERE, I can honestly say Valley Forge Weaponry@Tempe has the best customer service out of them all. What I liked most about this experience is that you can tell the great work comes from his passion for firearms and not just making an extra dollar. As long as he is there, I will not take my guns anywhere else and when he leaves I’m going with him.

I won’t give my business to anyone else for gun smithing. This shop provides straight forward- outstanding service. Stipling, cerekote, cleanings....There’s no other way to say it. I cannot give them enough high praises. Stephen is always extremely kind, helpful, and very meticulous. He’s always willing to help me with whatever I need, and always goes above and beyond to fix whatever issue I’m having and even explain it to me along the way while I’m trying to learn. There are multiple gun smiths and gun shops close to where I live, but I frequently and happily sit in rush hour traffic for 30 minutes on my way there because I know the service provided will be outstanding. Once again I can not recommend them enough, I will be a returning customer for a very long time.

Took my gun in to get the frame a purple cerakote, changed my mind at last minute to teal. Staff stated they had not done that color before, turned out perfect. I absolutely love it. Everyone that has seen the gun loves it. I would definitely recommend them and return for any other projects.

Awesome to have some new guys in there. Karl was totally fine, but the guys at Valley Forge seem like they are really nice and helpful. I think they are still finishing there move in, so there hours were a little inconsistent when I was there, but they told me there normal schedule would be starting in a week or two. Looking forward to them being there on a consistent basis.

Brought my AR in to have the barrel tightened, and other specs checked after recent purchase. While working on it, the guy dropped my ENTIRE upper off the vice, and I watched it clang on the floor. Brand new gun. Didnt offer to comp the service, or even a discount. wasnt pleased. at least the barrel is tight now I guess

Awesome!! I had the OEM Springfield XDm OSP – 9mm trigger replaced with a PRP “Ultimate Math Trigger kit” and the OEM sites replaed with fiber-optics. The job was completed in a couple of days and for a very reasonable price. Excellent quality!! Very friendly and knowledgeable!! I will use Valley Forge Weaponry again.

Nice to see they have another location opening up soon. I live more on the west side, so I probably wont be in here that often, cause I normally go to the C2 in Scottsdale, but its nice to have the option when I am out there. Definitely recommended them! Took my FNH FN15 to install a free float hand guard after being turned away by two gun smith in the Avondale/Goodyear area. They stated trying to remove the front A2 post wasn’t worth it and would charge $400 if they did it. Contacted a Central Valley gun smith and didn’t really want to mess with the removal of the front A2 post either. Called Valley Forge in Tempe Saturday afternoon dropped off and got a call Tuesday morning it was ready for pickup. I will definitely be repeat customer. Before and after pictures attached
