Please keep all the staff trained on all shake recipes. The shake my boyfriend received yesterday was extremely watered down. I saw the gentleman dumping bottles or water into the shake. A consistency in product quality is key. The shake the young lady made me was delicious.

I have been a regular at this location for the past 4 months. I enjoyed coming here and getting my shake before I start my work day. All other times Ive been there Ive been treated with dignity and respect other than today.I usually come in right at 8 a.m. when they open. I came in slightly after 8 a.m. and today and there was a little line. I got in line and patiently waited for them to ask me what I wanted. The guy that was making the shakes looked at me 3 times while I was in line but when it came to taking my order he skipped right over me. I politely interrupted pointing out that he skipped right over me. I got a super condescending oh well what do you want? No sorry, nothing. The customer behind me actually apologized. After I told him exactly what I wanted, while hes making the shake hes asking me again in a condescending tone while holding in laughter.Im really disheartened with the lack of professionalism that I experienced today. I probably wont be back anytime soon. Id rather go to the one by my house that does not make me feel uncomfortable.

I was very disappointed with the service here. Ive been coming to this specific shop for over three months paying the same amount for the same product( the meal replacement shake). Ive noticed in the last two weeks, with the absence of a former employer, my shake price mysteriously went up in price. When I questioned the shifting in pricing, I was told that he knows his job and the increase in pricing came from my use of the credit card. SHADY, please be aware of the nuanced sneaky pricing here. Theyll never get my money again.

Went to get a cookies and creme stacked, and they didnt even put the protein powder in there... It was literally a nutritional with oats, peanut butter, and base; this is coming from someone who worked at another one stop location.

SHADY service. They have no problem working without a smile. I go in often to get the post workout option. Went in today and the guy with the gold chain filled my cup 3/4 the way and then shook it to make it look like it was full. These guys are friendly in a fake way and are often cocky and greedy.

Ive been here a couple of times, but after reading bad reviews regarding no masks. I had to give you guys 5 stars. I dont mind that the employees are not wearing masks nor should anyone else.

Horrible customer service. I bought a pre workout and some vitamins. The preworkout was hardly powder, it was all pebbles and rocks as if it had gotten wet. Went to return or exchange, the kid at the register said it was already opened so theres nothing they can do. His words were I dont know what you want me to do. Wow! The vitamins made me feel horrible so i tried to exchange as well, same issue. Spent over $80 for NOTHING!! big regret. Dont shop here

Great shakes great service. Im not sure about the negative reviews on masks because all the employees I saw today had one. Will definitely be back :)

**SAFETY ISSUE*** I do not post biased reviews. I love one stop, however, today the guy in the red shirt with the mustache (weird how I saw his mustache). Customers are supposed to wear masks before walking in. The employees are standing around talking to each other with no mask on. We had one guy there wearing a mask and I honestly respect his empathy towards customers. When I asked to have someone with a mask make my shake, they laughed at me and made me feel ridiculous. That’s not fair. I come to one stop at least 3 times a week and now I will not be coming in anymore just because of the staff

Oh my goodness! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and one young man came right over to ask is how he could assist us. He took us straight over to the area we were to be searching in and helped us find the enzymes we we were looking for. It is not too often you find help like this, unfortunately.He even let us know other things in the area we may be interested in.When we walked up to check out my husband and I were talking about a ballgame on TV, and the young man was talking with a fellow employee, and quickly apologized for that.Where in the world do you find that kind of help and genuine service.So very pleased. Thank you.

The customer service at this location is ridiculous. If your hours state that you close at 8 pm, you shouldn’t lock your doors at 7:45 pm and refuse to even acknowledge that there’s someone at the door. At least have the common courtesy to open the door and say “Hey, are you here for a product or shake? We shut down our shake machines so I can’t make you a shake”. From what we could see, they were just sitting there on their phones. I gave them a call, and an associate picked up and told me that because they don’t get paid past 8 pm (seriously, this is your excuse?), they lock the door so that a rush of customers don’t cause inconvenience to them.

This service is mediocre, never friendly. I go to many One stops for smoothies! Every time I order something here they act like its too complicated to make. I get a nutritional shake with all the berries.

The customer service is so bad lately... I honestly feel like Im ruining these guys lives by just ordering a simple shake! I work right up the street for a company with more than 200 employees and a handful of them have expressed that they dont go there anymore because of the customer service. It sucks because the shakes are good 80% of the time...

One Stop never disappoints - their meal replacement shakes are my new go to for a quick fix instead of a fast food meal when on the road.

Disappointing to say the least. I got a pineapple, mango, and banana smoothie very unsatisfying. Pretty irritating it only had a hint of banana strongest flavor was the ice😒

I love this location. I Walk to the counter and the employees just stare at me until I ask if I can get some help. Every time.

I really wish the customer service would be as good as the one in Ahwatukee. You order two different shakes here and they give you the same one for both. I hate to drive all the way in Ahwatukee just for better customer service but I guess I would have to.

First visit to this location and I won’t be back. Found 3 hairs in my shake EWWW and my order was incorrect as well.I’ll stick to the Ahwatukee & Gilbert location. The woman at the counter making the shakes clearly needs to wear a hairnet!

Really bad interaction here about 2 months ago. I completely agree with the local guide. I felt like i was doing something wrong by ordering a shake. The guy that made my shake was rude and i have not been back since. If you have the time i would go to the one by LA Fitness on Chandler Rd. It’s not that far and the staff at that location are a lot nicer.

I frequent the one on Ahwatukee. This one however, horrible customer service. Rude & they dont ever get your order right. They simply just dont care.

I just came in to see a customer not wearing a mask, and a person working behind the counter not wearing a mask. I have cancer and Im currently in chemo. They need to be wearing masks. Very disappointed.

The customer service at this location is terrible every other one stop nutrition’s customer service is great besides this one One of the employees mumbled under their breath if they didn’t have this uniform on they would try and fight a customer while I was present And also talk to another customer pretty Rude I will drive to the Chandler one from now on !
