Beautiful store full of even more beautiful equipment. Super helpful staff willing to indulge peoples listening wishes (which I imagine is half of their day, if not more). Bought a pair of Focal Elear headphones and will be back once I graduate to speakers!

Ive had wonderful experiences at both LMC locations. Most recently, I was in at their Scottsdale store. The gentleman who helped me spent about 4 hours of his time answering all of my questions, demoing different speakers and assisting me in customizing a system around exactly what Im looking for. I like that they werent just trying to up-sell me. Their passion for audio was evident, and they genuinely cared about what works for me as a customer. Im very appreciative of the time they took. Highly recommended. I will stick with LMC.

Had the opportunity to meet Paul and audition some fabulous audio. The theater room was beautifully built with subtle touches of perfection.

This is an audiophile heaven. Amazing speakers and headphones on display in several listening rooms. I expect a lot of people just come to check out the speakers and dont have any intention of buying... Yet. I didnt really appreciate sound as much as I thought until I heard the equipment here and spoke with Paul. He knew I wasnt going to buy and was just starting but answered every question in as much detail as I desired. Everyone here is very friendly and nice and super knowledgeable. Good luck trying to go home after and trying to suppress the urge to spend a lot of money on speakers. The dream is to own a Macintosh amp one day.

I had the most pleasant experience at LMC Entertainment in Tempe, shopping for a pair of speakers. I agree with the other reviewer - Paul was a pleasure to work with. Hes extremely knowledgeable and patient and he took his time working with us. In a retail world that lacks customer service - Paul is a shining beam of light. Pretty comfortable environment. Knowledgeable people on the floor who will help you with anything that you need. I learned a bit about streaming technology and some subwoofers that might match speakers that I have in my home. I intend to go back and audition some more equipment. More than likely in the Phoenix area its one of the better choices if you are looking to improve the quality of the sound in your home.

I visited this store, to audition Magnepan loudspeakers. The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me a movie demo of the reference home theater room. It was very impressive!

Paul is extremely knowledgeable, customer service is outstanding and their products are top of the line. What more can you ask for just an amazing place!!
