Always helpful staff fully versed in small garden to large scale hydroponic care. Willing to not sell you something you dont need if they can help you solve your problems with knowledge.

These guys are very knowledgeable and helpful in anything you need in gardening. I heard of them from a coworker and glad I went. They gave great ideas on a project I’m working on and they discount things quite a bit. I will always come here to save money on a minimum my potting soil and possibly more depending how well their fertilizer works. They also recommended I check out The Plant Stand of Arizona and so glad they did when it comes to buying plants... awesome suggestion!

Ive only been a few times, but everytime. Its been the same thing. They look at you while you look around. They wont address you unless you address them 1st, then they act like your bothering them. I dont go here and Im closer to them, then I am to Grow Generation in the west side. However, its worth the travel time to go to Grow Generation. Sea of Green is not bad. You just need way more patience there.

Hahaha. All you peeps saying they overcharge. Of course they do... Do any of your actually realize overhead costs etc. Insurance, salaries, having stock on hand. Also basically downtown tempe. So if you dont grasp what they have to do to make money. Go be a cheap skate & waste your time & money else where. Facts! I enjoy every trip I make. Also they do discount most items too.

First time in here and I was blown away! Knowledgeable staff and great product selection! Prices are very reasonable if I have the option to support this business rather than ordering online, I will go to Sea of Green 100%!

This place is terrible! Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Always out of stock of what Im looking for and never once have they tried to help me get the product they just say yeah we get that sometimes. Maybe tell the customer when you expect to get more in or help them order some? Some employees were laughing about how I was wearing a mask Im sorry but any business Ive been into lately Its been mandatory or they freak out so I just wear it. Looking at prices through the store you guys are definitely overcharging for products. Do yourself a favor and take the drive over to any other hydro store in phx where youll find better customer service as well as pricing.

Nice place nice people . Had some dogs running around that were super chill. Was looking for some nutrients and light movers . They dont have light movers and the place that does is not open on the weekend . That was my only hassle of the day . I drove out from maricopa city and can only go on the weekends.

Just left this place an hour ago and I ha e to say they are great people here they not only helped me but cared that I left there with the right material aswell as showing me options for the future, best place in AZ tbh and worth the drive from anywhere

Im a total novice to hydroponics, and had a lot of questions to figure out what system and materials to get. I exchanged countless emails with Adam, and he was pleasant and professional every time. He welcomed my questions, and I never had to hesitate to reach out. Adam also found ways to save me money on my system - by swapping out products for quality lower cost options, by eliminating some things I thought I needed (but didnt), and by applying a bulk purchase discount. Overall, the savings were significant compared to ordering from elsewhere. Everything was delivered to my home in excellent condition. Best of all, I have local experts I can call with questions as I learn to use hydroponics!

DONT SHOP HERE!! Called they said they had the product I needed for $56 plus tax, got there a few hours later for them to tell me they don’t have it, and they proceeded to try to sell me a larger size of that product $40 above market value. The comical part was that he tried to act like he was cutting me a deal. Don’t shop here unless you want to get ripped off or given ignorant growing advice. All of the workers walked around like they were lost in their own store.

Built my snakes terrarium with 80% of the items purchased from Sea Of Green. I purchased live pillow moss, spanish moss, sphagnum moss, tons of air plants(about 15), coconut fiber bricks, hydroton, 2 piping for the water feature and other items. They gave me a great deal for purchasing multiple items. They even put everything in my car for me. I provided a picture for the finished product. Thanks for all your help guys! I highly recommend coming here, so if your thinking about it take my advice and stop by.

I have been here several times and they can always answer all of my questions and point me to the easiest ways of setting things up. If you are planning on growing hydroponics and have questions they are worth visiting.

Never had a question go unanswered.. Nice people with real content knowledge. They have anything a person needs for indoor gardening or a version of it..Prices are par for course with any supplier Ive ever used. Even buying online I often find these guys are only a couple $ different.

Went in this weekend and was very impressed with the selection, with much better choices at hand than many of the big box stores. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to explain a lot of things to me as i am new to the gardening world. Definitely earned my business for everything in the future.
