The company does a great job of cultivating that family atmosphere in the workplace and those same company principles trickle down into the communities that True North and their family of companies strive to improve. Creating that sense of community, for not only employees but the customers we serve, is not an easy task but True North does an excellent job.

How dare this company confiscate and tear down the Chinese Cultural center. Thats been one of the only cultural aspects of this Valley for years. If I could rate this company minus 5 stars, I would.

They arent looking to better anyone, this is all about the bottom line. Bought COFCO land for 10.5 mil and wanted to sell it back to the Chinese community, weeks later, for 30 mil. Really? Guess the value of the dollar really went down by 200% during that time frame. I understand some mark-up, after a few weeks, guess maybe 5 -10% tops. Thats still an incredible rate of return when annualized. Asking three times the cost, that is greed, plain and simple. And look what they did with the place: absolutely nothing six months later, it still looks like an abandoned Wal-Mart. Clearly, this companys supposed ethical standards have sunk to the bottom of Marianas Trench, never to be heard of or tangibly experienced again. Shame doesnt begin to explain or describe it.

True North is an excellent company to work for and takes care of its employees. The company not only looks to better its family of companies and their employees, but it also looks to better the communities that those companies are a part of.

Worst company in dealing culture diversity. Money is only good in The CEOs value. Shamed to be a cyclone alumina and ASU graduate. True North killed our pets in the garden. True Killer

True North should be ashamed of their behavior. The Chinese Cultural Center will remain. True North do the right thing.
