Not a good place to work!!! The owner controls everything! The entire building needs restoration. When it rains one of the Stahls in the mens bathroom has a leak right where you sit down. Cant grind your own tools, little or no support materials for repair, cant bring in your own hand tools. Have to spin your own chips with no proper gloves. Forget about raises!!! The wage you get hired in at may not change for the duration of employment. Minimal insurance benefits. DONT GO THERE!!!
I worked at Triumph 15 years, Guy jones. but that was a long time ago I came across this and thought I’d add my thoughts. I was a tool cutter grinder and many other things at triumph on my way to cutter grinding my last years there. Ewag conventional and CNC Tool grinder. The owner, Chris Mueller was very good to me. Often better than I deserved, gave me opportunities but I was young and, well... I wish I had knew then what I know now. I was paid very well. Great benefits. Triumph always insisted on producing the best quality. The employees were treated very well. Great benefits. I thank Triumph and Chris Mueller for so much.
I’ve called this company trying to get through to someone multiple times the operator whose job is to transfer you acts like the company gate keeper. She refuses to transfer you to anyone until she knows your whole life story and why you’re calling. If you don’t tell her ( because she is not a decision maker and has no business knowing the reason for my call) she hangs up on you. I am appalled a company would hire such a rude lady to be the voice of the company. Extremely illiterate as well does not speak with proper grammar and raises her voice when she gets frustrated that you won’t go into extreme detail about the reason for your call. Shame on you guys for employing a person who does not have any business dealing with people nor knows how to even speak with proper grammar. If you are an owner or an executive I am requesting a response and would like to speak to a higher up in regards to my experience with this woman on multiple occasions.
Great staff and management. Employees are friendly
Chris mueller was judgementel and predgedist if you didnt look the way he liked you dont have a chance getting a job there. on the other hand nicole swanzy was sweet and charming and made you feel good about being alive and then you had to talk to chris murller again and he was a real downer.after talking with him again i wanted to punch his lights out but you cant do that but then you remember how sweet nicole was and you forget meeting that jerk i wish he would go back to europe and stay there we dont need people like him in our country.love you nicole.
