Good customer service but don’t always open at posted business hours

Rarely open when it says on front door to drop off pkgs.

Have always had 5 star customer service for mailbox and mailing out letters or packages. Highly recommend.

I was hesitant to use this location due to negative reviews but it was the most convenient place. Im glad I did. I was able to print a couple of pages from a thumb drive and mail my package out FedEx no problem. Prices were reasonable for the computer and printing and the FedEx price was their standard. I would recommend them.

Showed up at 9 AM on a Tuesday as that is when it opens. Waited almost an hour and no one ever showed up to open the store. Very disappointed as this place is right down the street and would have been a great place to do continued business.

I wish it were possible to write reviews with no stars. This place doubles the USPS fee to mail packages. DOUBLE! If you are sending something priority that is extraordinarily excessive. I understand they have to make money - but if my shipment costs $75 to mail and they charge $150, that is robbery as far as I am concerned. And they dont let you know that is why it is so expensive. Charge a flat service fee, or even a percentage - but double! Never again. Go to the post office.

Cost me $146 to overnight a package from Tempe to LA. I could have driven there for that! Then the package didnt arrive until a day and a half later. Called to complain and they said they would file a complaint with USPS. After a week of still waiting for a refund, I am told that USPS agreed to refund $74 back to me. Thats when I found out that USPS only charges $74 to me and that MailBoxes and More DOUBLES the amount to send packages! I highly recommend working only with USPS, or FedEx Directly. This place is Hiway Robbery! Although Eric was very nice, the owner was not at all concerned with my problem. I wish I could post negative stars, because they dont rate the one I just gave them

I had a great experience, shipping is a little pricey but convenient, teller was very nice and quick and P.O. Boxes are at a good price with a physical address also cute stuff to buy inside store ! So happy I found the business

Horrible customer service!!! extremely inflated prices . Will over charge so check and ask ?s.Would be worth 3, 4 more mile drive...not to mention they had to many chances just because of convenience. No more Im done $ elsewhere

Recently relocated from Chicago area to Arizona. This is a GREAT one stop shop for ALL My mail (Im anal about recieving My mail) lol and this way I get EVERYTHING that is sent to Me without extra concern.People here make you feel Welcomed and you know your mail and boxes are safe. Thanks!

Two weeks ago I went to these clowns to mail a package from Arizona to New York for a kids birthday regular mail. The gift could have fit in a flat rate box at USPS but they were closed so I went with Mailbox & More.They packed the gift and sealed the box. When they told me it would cost $20 plus the cost of the box I couldnt believe it. But it was sealed and ready to go and I wanted my niece to receive her gift by Saturday so I paid for the overpriced shipping.TWO WEEKS LATER I call Mailbox & More up and inform them that the package hasnt arrived. The lady on the phone couldnt be less interested. She curtly informed me that it takes 7-10 business days to arrive and it hasnt been 10 business days.I told her, look, the guy said the package would probably arrive by my Nieces birthday and its been a week since then. She informed me again that it hasnt been 10 business days.At this point Im fed up. $25 bucks to make sure a package can get cross country in 6 days and two weeks later its not there??? I dont give a fig about 10 business days...this is not media mail!I told her, maybe next time I should ship USPS. She told me maybe you should, thank you and hung up.You know what? To heck with you, lady, and your rip off mailing service. People like you and your business shouldnt be allowed to operate.Never again will I use someone thats not USPS or UPS or Fed- EX.$25 BUCKS!!! RIP OFF CENTER!!!!!!!!

Genuinely nice teller...was quick and explained everything well.
