I called ahead and set up a time to go to their warehouse since I only live an hour away and wanted to select my Bo staffs in person and save the shipping costs (which were actually very reasonable considering the weight and the length of the 6 ft long oak staffs).I was greeted by the owner who was very kind and even went so far as to offer me some of the amazing smelling dish she was preparing at work.She gave me a quick tour of the warehouse and directed me to the Bo Staffs I was interested in. She gave me enough info then allowed me to shop without hovering but the perfect amount of checking in with me every so often to see if I needed anything.I purchased 6 Bo Staffs and left a very happy customer.I had sent them an email through their site form a few days prior to which I hadnt received a reply yet as one of the other reviewers mentioned so that may be an area for improvement but the owner answered the phone every time I called within seconds.You definitely wont find a better price though. I searched all over and oak Bo staffs in the $20s arent found on other sites. Also the phone and in person service was friendly and knowledgeable.

I have bought a number of products from them in the past. Their customer service is good and my concerns about a delayed shipment was promptly addressed. However not so long ago I purchased a red oak staff from them and it snapped in half while performing a form. wle fails to mention on their website that their staffs are not meant for sparring. this warning is only indicated on the package after receiving the product.

I ordered the king fu boots advertised on the wing lam site. When I got the shipment what I got was a cheaply made substitute off what was shown in the picture. This was very deceptive and predatory buyers beware. Ive asked this seller questions through email but never got any response other than to collect money and to ship package.

So I purchased $234 worth of equipment and they only had 2 things in stock. Not only did they leave those items as in stock they waited an entire week before they even notified me. So next time you wanna get anything from this website actually find out if they are in stock or if it’s just falsely advertised as in stock. Recommend you go somewhere else to get equipment.

WLE has a huge warehouse of martial arts supplies for Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Karate, Tai Kwan Do and other disciplines. Training materials including books and videos, weapons including swords, spears, staff and other, apparel and even lion heads for lion dancing. Owner, Lynn Lam is very knowledgeable and and helpful. This is a warehouse but walk in customers are welcome by appointment.
