I initially had my reservations about my purchase after finding out that my order was going to be delayed by more time than an acceptable time. The board ordered was hung up in customs. I spoke with an employee of SE and they helped me find my board through another vendor/warehouse. They were extremely helpful and responsive.

Love the speed with no wobbles and to run on unsmooth surfaces without getting ejected for running over a rock also I weigh 230lbs and love climbing up grade about 25% at 25 mph pluss. The only problem is I rode so much my back tire split in half and I need to know if I am under warranty to get a replacement.

Is a great board! The wheels are bigger than I expected them to be. My son loves it, good board smooth ride, shipping was the only problem, it took 2 months to get here.

Right from the start it seemed my order was doomed! first board i ordered ended up getting discontinued by the manufacturer and my order was never shipped. usually when i spend almost 1000$ online, im a total nervous wreck about my item arriving. After hearing that my board had not shipped and would not be shipping,i started to freak! But....skateboardelectric.com has a secret weapon and it totally gave me ease of mind and confidence in my order being taken care off. their secret weapon.................TOM. he is either the owner of site or in charge or all commiunications. But tom, is my hero. he anwsered EVERY SINGLE CALL i made to check on progress and i called daily for about two weeks. Having been burnt online for thousands of dollars before i am meticulous in my oerdering and nervous in my waiting. Tom gave me ease tho. He calmly explained where my order was every time i called, even when he just had to repeat himself from then day before. I remember his words one time i called i just want to do whatever i can to make you feel confident in our company. He absolutely lived up to this. long story short i ended up choosing another board(even one a little more expensive) and that board arrived about 2 weeks later. All in all i would definitely recomend this site for all your electric skateboard needs. their website is easy to navigate and their communication is top notch. Quality depends on where u order as they are more a reseller of popular names,brands. But i cant imagine then carrying anything less than good quality.

Purchased and received these excellent crash/padded pants from SKATEBOARD “E“, because I am a 57 Year Old DISABLED VET, who has returned to roller skating. However, because I have previously had back surgery, I felt that I needed some extra protection so I ordered these awesome pants...and without fail, they definitely protected my hips, tailbone and back as described!

I ordered from this sight in 10/23/20 I still have not received my product. They sent me a fake check for the refund that I cashed at my bank and was told I would have to pay the money back because they check had no account.. now they are telling me the money was sent directly to my account.. which I have checked 3 days in a row now and found NOTHING... if I were you I would not order from this sight!!!!!!!!! Paid $300 for a skate board I never received now Im paying $300 back to the bank for a fake check... so yeah I lost $600 for this sight.... on Christmas at that...

I had a problem with one of their skateboards, but I reached out to them, and they took care of it in a timely and courteous manner - a bit of a rarity these days, but its clearly a company that cares about doing the right thing and making their customers happy, rather than just wringing dollars out of them. Very refreshing.
