Bell County Flooring is a wonderful company! The associates were helpful and friendly; and the choice selection is amazing… Hugo is knowledgeable and understanding. We had our entire home flooring redone (minus bathrooms). We were able to pick out what we wanted in the first trip, and have the installation set for only a week later! The install techs were very polite and pretty funny. Lyn and his crew are good at what they do and super gracious. BCF was even able to help us out with AC & dryer vent cleaning! We will definitely be going back when its time to do our bathrooms top to bottom!

Their quality of work was awesome! Everything was fixed and looks perfect. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of 5 is because after almost 2 years of trying to get them to fix the issues I had to write a bad review to get their attention and get the problem solved. They were very apologetic and quickly took care of the issues. I am very grateful they stepped up and did a wonderful job. Thank you bell county flooring.

If I could give no stars I would. Ever since we moved in (2 years this July) I have been trying to get them to come out and fix some chips, loose boards and sealing the doorways on my wood floors. They also forgot to seal the grout in my bathroom so now it has holes in it. It has been very hard to keep clean.I have called them more times than I can count they take a message and then never call back. About 9 months ago they sent someone out he took pictures of what needed to be fixed and he said he would be back. After not hearing from them for over a month I called and called and about a month ago they sent another guy out and he did the same thing took pictures of what needs to be fixed and then they never come back. I call again a week ago and they said they would call back. Once again they haven’t called me back. I am extremely frustrated!! It has almost been 2 years people!

Mason and his team gave us a fantastic new vinyl floor in our entry, living room, dining room and kitchen. He walked us through picking out materials and made sure it was installed right. There was a problem with the color, but he made sure it was fixed in a prompt and professional manner. I would definitely use this company again. Reasonable price, quality work, and timely install.

These guys are awesome!! They went above and beyond my expectations in finding flooring that was discontinued. I called approximately 20 companies that handled the same brand of material checking for flooring, this is the only company that returned my call saying they found flooring for me. I recommend this company.

This place is AWESOME! I wanted to give Corey a special shout out! He was such a huge help with everything and he even came on a holiday (memorial day) to measure our house! An amazing father son team did a great job on installing, they were quick and very professional. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful! Yall keep up the good work!

Best flooring company in Central Texas

The technician was on time, polite and did a quality job. I am so pleased that my house doesnt smell like toxic cleaners. They use steam and a solvent that does a good job. Tim was able to get a big spot with printer ink that my puppy chewed up completely off. I am impressed and I will be using this company from now on.

I try to keep my business local, and after looking at the hassle my mother-in-law went through after a shoddy installation, I will not be doing business here; which is a shame, because the owners and staff were very helpful. The installation required multiple visits and it still sucked. That is putting it nicely. It was a nut roll from day one of installation, right up to the customer care visits trying to improve a bad install. Wish these boys the best, as they have a great new location, compared to the older Belton store. What started as a good deal, turned into a huge hassle, and not worth the price.

My wife and I bought our home in Copperas Cove about 5 months ago and BCF installed new carpet in all the bedrooms. We had some issues with both the mat and carpet installed. This organization went out of their way to find a reasonable solution and we agreed on the specifics of replacement of both pad and carpet. Long story short BCF has exceeded all of our expectations. We still have some other flooring work we need to do in the near future and I wouldn’t even think of using anyone else. A huge thank you to Bell County Flooring from the Shaffer’s. You guys are the best.

Highly recommend Bell County Carpet Cleaners. Ask for Ray. He steam cleaned 5 rooms in 1 hour and out of all the different companies weve had out to our home, this company has done the best job. It smells better than the others, he took out stains that Best Way couldnt get out. And they scheduled us the very next day after I called. The total was 99.00 for all 5 rooms. Plus we had 2 extra pet treatments for a total of 128.00 for everything.

Recommended to us and they did not disappoint us. We are extremely happy with the finished product. Installed wood laminate flooring throughout our house and on a tight schedule. They really went above and beyond to make this happen.

Great job cleaning my carpet today!! I called for appointment right before they closed Sat and they came 8am on Monday. House is smelling fresh again and carpets are supper clean. They used enzyme treatment for dog. Thanks Guys!!

I hated dealing with Belton Flooring. I was given one measurement when they came out to measure then a higher one when they sent the quote with a higher per unit price then what they originally quoted me. It all felt very shady to me. No wonder you can’t get an answer to a simple question without being pushed back to what felt like the “used car salesman”. I felt like they were afraid I would be told something different even though I WAS told something different by the same guy. He obviously forgot that he had provided me with the measurements when he came out. I can’t do business with someone I don’t trust. I won’t be using them for sure!

I Needed a fireplace reface, and a tiled entryway. Some1 came in to measure and give me a quote. Unfortunately we never heard from him again, we called and spoke to some1 regarding the matter but again no response. Everything happens 4 a reason. Terrible work ethic!

Bell County flooring has put new flooring in our home and we are very happy with their quality work and communication. They did exactly what they said they would and they are the best in the area for all your flooring needs!

The technician did show up on time. There were only three small EMPTY bedrooms to clean. There was some debris on the carpet. Technician stated he did not know if his machine would pick it up. Ok, so you are being paid to clean the carpet and your machine will not pick up dirt and carpet lint? It was not stains just some dirt. Was outside and only 30 minutes later he said he was done. So basically only 10 minutes in each room. He left before we could check his work. The dirt was still on the carpet, so he basically just moved it around. So we are going to have to go back over and clean what we paid to have cleaned. Would not recommend this company.UPDATE: Thank you for calling to check on the problem. Very impressed. Added a star for that fact. Will update more when technician comes back to reclean on Thursday. Appreciate being acknowledged.

After moving into a new home this weekend, my dog had a difficult time adjusting and had a few accidents on our brand new carpet. They were able to entirely remove the stains and restore the carpet to new condition. They were friendly and professional and did a great job.

Was ready for new floors but this place is too incompetent selling floors to trust them to install them. Went by on a Tuesday to pick one out. They said they would call me and get a sample on Thursday and call us. No call.So following Monday I called to followup. They had no idea who I was or any record of us speaking, said they would call back. Didnt hear from them.So called back Tuesday. They still had no idea, but said they would look into it again, and send someone out Wednesday with the samples and for a quote.So they come out Wednesday, have no samples, and have no idea what tile we even wanted. The level of incompetence is laughable. Apparently you need to get them for a sale and hold their hands through the whole thing. Stay far away from these guys.
