September 20th took in a disposable camera to be developed, 12 days later and no call so i drive up there, cashier had an attitude to begin with . paid over $14 and only gor 6 pictures that were decent plus a cd that doesnt work . never again will i develop here and no one should either . poor service and over priced !! they charge per photo THEY print and look at these, over 30 photos on the camera and got back 6 visible and 8 worthless ones . lesson learned .

Had to stop here for some allergy medicine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Noticed that this store was very clean for the exception of their bathrooms needed to be cleaned badly. The pharmacy section was very nice and staff assisted me with the allergy medicine that I needed.

Incredibly rude pharmacy technicians and pharmacist! My son had just been released from the hospital for a severe anaphylactic reaction, I had gotten to the pharmacy 5 mins before they closed and the tech literally tossed the over-counter children’s Benadryl at me and rolled her eyes when I asked what the dosing would be because my son is below the recommended dosing age on the box, the tech then told me to look it up myself, I was blown away because isn’t it their job to inform me how to use medicine?!!? Especially on a baby!!When I had called to inform the manager of what happened he literally said there was “nothing he could do”.True customer service is a dying service.AWFUL pharmacy.

I have came here multiple times and never had an issue. I came with my boyfriend who is African-American it was 9 o’clock at night we were going to look at the Valentine’s Day gifts soon as we walked in I noticed the lady sales associate walked by the aisle looking at us. I immediately got a weird feeling but brushed it off we continue to look at the stuff I noticed someone walking behind us I looked behind and saw it was the same sales associate casually fixing something watching us clearly she thought we were going to steal something she literally kept following behind us we paid for what we needed and left extremely uncomfortable. I was going to question her but I didn’t instead we laughed at her and how ignorant and clearly judgements she is.

This location needs to inform their employees on current information about currencyI went in to purchase something for some cash back and the cashier told me due to the shortage she couldn’t give me cash. I work at a bank and there is no shortage in cash, it’s the coin!!!!! Please train your employees with the right information

The manager there is rude and needs to learn how to speak to people. Not just customers but her employees. She was very disrespectful when i was in there today. I needed water and wanted to get 1 gallon and 1 6 pack. My intention was not to be greedy. I am told that I can only get one. This information on limits is not posted in the store, but the manner in which I was told was not in a respectful way. Truly disappointed.

Theres a lot of bad reviews lately, obviously management doesnt look at these. I was going to complain about Janis in the pharmacy but obviously theres no point after seeing all the other bad reviews. However, It does make you feel better reading all the negative feedback after they are rude to you. Just go to the Target CVS theyre great.

I was using another drug store before I tried CVS. The prices on prescriptions are so much cheaper. I will be staying with CVS.

They really need some type of training in the pharmacy. I think they are over worked. I received a text indicating that my medication was ready. Went to pickip andwas told one of them was on backorder until February or March. Didnt offer to assist in helping me find them anywhere else. Just looked at me with a blank look. Keep in mind this was my blood pressure medication...i asked why wasnt i contacted concerning this again a blank look. IM DONE WITH CVS!!! The customers wellbeingmeans nothing...

Pack a lunch if youre going through the drive-thru. Waited for 30 minutes on one person. Management here needs to be checked and get a hold on their staff!!! Or shut this location down and make a new one with more competent employees...

Its always something. Maybe 1 time out of 10 can I get my prescription filled without some kind of hassle. Just wasted my entire morning only to be told, after 3 hours of waiting, on my 3rd trip there, that they couldnt fill my prescription because they couldnt get in the safe. Would have been nice if they could at least call and let me know instead of wasting my time.

I drove from Belton to temple because the google website and the cvs app told me this store was opened until 11. As soon as walked the gentlemen informed me that it closed in ten minutes I apologized and told him both the app and website had stated. I walked out feeling bad but then two customers proceed to walk in

Dont go to this pharmacy its terrible on timing. I needed a prescription on ibuprofen and they told be it would be about 10-15 minutes and to sit and wait at a seat. 30 minutes go by and I ask about it and they told me they were going to move the fill order to the front and that it would take 10 minutes to be done. Terrible service. This CVS is like that one fast food joint we all know that takes 20 minutes to serve an order of fries

I called to check on a prescription and they didnt even answer the phone they just picked it up and hung up. Never calling them again. Service is poor.

Christi was extremely rude after I asked about specifics for a deal they had. Based on her rude behavior Im guessing shes the manager and has been getting away with it for awhile since I see some other reviews also mention her. I will be going to Walgreens down the road for my pharmacy needs. Disgusting. Fire her.

The pharmacist here is terrible. I called ahead to get a vaccination and they told me it would be available here. When I came they had me sit down and wait 20 minutes, and then told me to leave and come back another day because the pharmacist was busy. It’s only 4:30 and they offer these until 8:00 pm. Very poor service.

Friendly staff at front desk. Very clean and well maintained store at convenient location near Scott and White medical center, most lodging locations and laso not far from another major medical center belongs to Veterans affairs, located at junction of 31st street and Loop road.

I’m done. I have tried twice to use my health savings card at CVS, but their system declined my purchases. The employees even say the items were showing eligible to purchase with flex spending. I’ve tried to buy sudafed and a donut cushion. Both were denied. Both times, I left the store and immediately bought what I needed at other pharmacies with my card without issue. I only went to CVS because it was conveniently located, but there’s really no point if I can’t use my benefits card as intended.

The staff is always friendly and they always go the extra mile to make your shopping trip a positive experience, in my opinion so refreshing! I am in here often and it is always easy navigate, and shelves are always tidy!

Slowest most ridiculous pharmacy on the face of the Earth. Incompetent employees and female Asian pharmacist. Too simple to verify insurance and then have to wait an hour and a half for a flu shot with not a single other soul waiting. The pharmacist is too busy answering calls than to wait on the customers in the store. Huge joke of an establishment.

Dont visit this location, go to walgreens. 3 employees stared me down as I entered the store looking to buy allergy medicine. Shortly after going to the register Christi told me that I looked like someone who just crawled off the street.Of all the places one can be judged based on appearance, I would expect Cvs to be at the bottom of that list considering that they sell medicine, and 9/10 times in reality no one has a perfect appearance when sick. Where does Cvs draw a line or distinction between sick person, LP risk, and threat?This was absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at a Cvs or walgreens bar none because of how direct and non-chalant the disrespect was in addition to there being no apology or at minimum remorse when I told her that was rude. She simply shrugged it off like most hateful people do.The other associates name was Lauren and there was also a tall black guy working a register slightly further down the row, all associates looked, however Lauren and the guy quickly assessed I was sick, realized it was rude to stare and attempted not to make me uncomfortable, Lauren even let me skip her in line, but it was Christi who brought disrespect into the equation, and selectively displays Customer service skills to whom she chooses. Im currently waiting for the district manager to call me back or this location will be included in a future report from a major consumer watchdog. Recently, I had an urgent situation regarding prescriptions for my daughter, who had left for a trip abroad without having time to pick up her meds from pharmacies near her university. Janis was extremely helpful in contacting the other pharmacies to have my daughters scipts sent here, so that I could mail them to her abroad. A few days later, I learned that the meds never made it to my daughter because they were held up in customs. This time we needed to contact the doctors to see if they would refill the prescriptions. Again, Janis was very helpful and understanding. Now my daughter will at least have her meds waiting for her when she returns from her tip! The other staff members were also helpful Thank you!

CVS has everything you could need, however it comes at a price, very over priced items. The only thing worth stopping here is for medication.

Very dissatisfied!! Was at this store (31st Street) at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec 19th and it was closed....WHY??? Signs say store hours open at 7; no one inside and no police or activity around, except upset people leaving. Is it a permanent closure? it is for us!!!

Waited over 3 hours for a script. The girl at the register said Corporate told me to screw myself we are 300 scripts behind. Terrible service....
