The cookies are usually pretty good. The staff varies. There was a girl at the counter a couple of weeks ago who not frost a cookie for my 3 year old nephew. No one was in the mall. She was fully stocked and couldnt be bothered. She said it was mgmt that indicates nothing after 6 will be frosted. However - there is a really rocking staff member who takes the time to make my nephews day special and frost a cookie. I always tip for her. Would give the place a full five but they would seriously have to get rid of the rude girl and hire more like the great girl.

Just left the counter today and they did not have the two flavors I wanted. Lady said she is not going to make any all day. She was to busy. The rest of the product looked good. About a month ago they had a will be back sign in 15 minutes. I walked the mall for an hour and nobody ever showed up. Very disappointing location.

Love this place, cookies are always amazing! I seriously could eat here every single day if I wasn’t so worried about my weight, lol!

The cookie cakes are always good -but 3rd year in a row that my order was either messed up or NOT EVEN READY... An hour before my sons party and they dont have it ready - they have a new person working by herself and the manager is out of town... SMH - So I will use the Killeen store from now on
