Good helpful people they able to order all my equipment

Very nice to do business with. Kent (sales manager) was very knowledgeable and kept me informed all through the order process. It took a little time getting the order completed with the covid shut down. I am well pleased with the whole process, beginning to delivery. Give them a shot. Youll like them too.

Called in to order parts for a New Holland Baler. No one could figure out what parts to order even though I had part numbers. Wanted overnight shipping. Lady asked for credit card info, but couldnt tell me how much for the parts or for the shipping. Went the next day to pick them up and the store manager couldnt locate the parts. They had paperwork and parts everywhere. Very unorganized. Very rude. Took an hour for him to find some of my parts. Got home and they were wrong. Not pleased at all.

Very knowledgeable and friendly folks....great prices too.
