I called this company a little over a week ago and asked about getting a new shower door and glass window to be put in the shower. I was told everyone was either busy or out of town, and they would call me back. I asked when I could expect the call back, and if it would be the next day. The lady on the phone did not sound confident that it would be that soon. Still waiting, but I will be done tiling soon, and will call someone else if I havent heard from them by then. If I do get a call back and all goes well, Ill let you know. Otherwise, it didnt happen.**Update**This is an update to the previous post. After seeing my review they reached out to me and admitted that the ball had been dropped. I understand they are very busy right now, and this review is not a negative reflection of that. I just want to be honest that the service was okay, and the prices seemed a little high. I had a very small glass shower door, 22 inches wide, that I needed to have installed, and a 1 foot by 3 foot piece of glass caulked into a window like wall opening in the shower. The total was just under $600. When I asked if I could buy the materials and install it myself, they said I would only save about a hundred dollars. So the cost of install was very reasonable, but the materials seemed very expensive. Unfortunately, you cant just get a 22 inch shower door at the big box stores. All of my dealings with the company were very friendly. The only other suggestion I might add is that they either are more cautious during the install, or clean up better after themselves. My brand new shower floor was covered in scuff marks from their work shoes after they left. Ill post pictures. The work was completed yesterday.

First time I have done business with these good people, but it will not be the last. Very professional and easy to work with. Very pleased with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them. Thank you to the whole staff will definitely use you again.

My husband and I called every glass shop in Killeen and no one could have done what Temple glass did for us. Absolutely great customer service, they really did go over and behond on such short notice without charging me a large amount like every other shop wanted. Aweome.. I originally had another company to replace glass patio door..Took the other company 3weeks so I got fed up and called Temple Glass and in 3 days they had my glass replaced
