Easy to locate front desk person was very nice and we shared the same last name Nash I got a kick out of that. Only problem was the driver didnt ring my bell to deliver my package just drove off my wife seen them from the window stopped but no bell ring just that notice paper left on my screen door they sucked other than that front desk customer service was great.

I received a text that my package was due on the 21s so waited diligently, it never arrived. I received no notice that it was going to be delivered on the 22nd or a time there after. The driver made no valid attempt to make the delivery on the 22nd, he rang the doorbell once and when he heard my dogs, turned around and got in his truck before I could get to the door. I tried to make a inquiry with customer service but it was a foreign call center with a script essentially calling me a LIE. said the package was never scheduled for the 21st that it was for the 23rd and they were doing me a favor getting to me a day early . I told them i had the text proof and they told me i didn’t because it wasn’t in their system…so i included the screenshot below. and they wonder why amazon is taking over smh.

I paid FedEx to deliver a package with important, time sensitive court documents in it. The package was delivered 5 days later than the delivery date—causing all kinds of problems on my end. I called FedEx to ask for a refund since they failed to do what they promised. They flatly refused. I will never trust FedEx to deliver a package again or even to make things right. They clearly do not care about their customers.

Staff helpful and friendly. Too bad I could not drop off my AT&T Wifi Router Return which I was informed that any FedEx or UPS shipping location should take. The lady at the desk gave me the list of locations that do. Went to the nearest location which was an UPS location.

Package sent out from Florida on 2/16. Sent from Memphis terminal on 2/21 still no package today 2/26! Understand weather and COVID bs, but the issue is the Fed-X tracking system and can’t talk to anyone. Track update only says “o transit” after more than a week. Amazon is still shipping on time and Great communications. They need to take over Fed-X And UPS! They are the best ever in the world. P.S. a very important and expensive package, now 10+ days late with no update, sorry. No reflection on the Temple/Belton location, they are great.

I dont normally give negative or scathing public reviews, everyone has their day. But the customer service representative, older, very short gray/white hair working the desk on June 4 was one if the rudest customer service reps Ive encountered in some time. It was the most disappointing and impressionable experience that i will not go back there just on the chance i MIGHT have to be served by her again. So disappointing.

I rarely ever write a review, but I just wanted to say the experience I had was wonderful. I had an overnight delivery I wasnt able to sign for, so I drove to the ship center to pick it up. With the holiday surge, the driver was not back by the time I was notified that I could pick it up. Icenia explained to me the situation and told me honestly what happened, and listened to me go on about how super important this package was for me, and took my information down. She informed me of my options and even called me the next day to tell me what time the driver is expecting to come by the house. The customer service experience was way more than Ive become so accustomed to at this day and age. I hope fedex knows what a great employee they have and continue to invest in her to help her grow in her career.

Informative staff! 99% of staff happy, helpful, and friendly. Just one grumpy old geezer that is annoyed at any questions. Not everyone knows everything about shipping and receiving and its confusing in some areas, and asking staff for clear instructions make things easier for everyone. I try my best to be informed but I cant know everything, for you to put a long face on because I ask a few questions is just making it worse. But its just one person. The rest of the staff is so nice even when it is busy. Be ready! Although they are nice, it is small in there, get the weight and dimensions of your package to make it faster, and have both to, and from, address ready.

I do not understand how FedEx can stay in business. They have misdelivered 30% of what they have shipped to me. They are late almost every time. Unlike UPS, they have one drop off location and the office doesnt open until 9am. This works for most. 8am would be much better, that we can drop off or pick up packages after dropping our kids off at school. The hours are not affecting my rating, just my opinion.

I completely understand the fact it’s a pandemic and all but if the post office who suffered budget cuts and blatant sabotage can deliver on time there is no reason you shouldn’t either. My package was supposed to be delivered Friday, then it changed to Saturday, now who knows. It left Dallas Friday and is no where to be found. They can’t tell me anything. I won’t even need it by the time it arrives.

FedEx is terrible. Beware! In the past I’ve paid extra for them to deliver at a certain time & they never do. I’ve had issues getting a refund for that. They deliver packages to the wrong address all the time & couldn’t care less. They delivered my package to the wrong address a few days ago. Today I waited all day for a package & they said they “attempted to make a delivery” but I’ve been here. I checked my house security & ring doorbell & no one has come by. Obviously they went to the wrong house again! Customer service said they can’t come to my house “again” since the already “tried to deliver” BUT TO THE WRONG HOUSE! Customer service said they guarantee me they’ll deliver it to the right house on the next attempt. Yeah right. If that was the case, what haven’t they fixed this issue over the years! Save yourself the hassle. Choose any other shipper than FedEx.

The lady told me next time to have my package fully taped ....only the top flap was open. I still had to tape the label on package so no big deal. I let her know that the UPS store had no problems taping my last package closed. I had 3 people ahead of me shipping letter size packages either overnight or next day and ranged from $40-$104 dollars....i think they would be happy to provide a little tape and courtesy to customers for what they charge.

I was upstairs when the doorbell rang, by the time I opened the door, the courier was gone. I’m assuming that the “we missed you” label was pre- filled and left at the door because of how fast he left. Thanks for the lack of effort.

Despite the reviews, my experience here was amazing; extremely quick, professional, and simple. The lady (Mrs. Booth(?) I believe ) was quick to help me, had me email my tracking label on my phone to the stores email to be printed off, and she even found a used box for my items so I didnt have to buy one, then she placed the items in the box, secured the label, gave me A receipt, and out the door I went. Really friendly and easy, 10/10!

Delivery driver did not make ANY effort to make delivery despite being home. Claims to have honked a few times and would NOT make a second attempt to deliver due to dogs growling - but was able to leave paper notice on my car ? In 15 yrs have not had this problem with ANY delivery service - including UPS & FedEx. Driver should be disciplined and FedEx fees refunded to whomever sent the still undelivered package.

Paid 1 day shipping to an address in moody Texas, with email and text updates so Id known when the delivery would be made. I was updated that the shipment left Austin at 0830ish in the morning, and I was constantly checking in to see where it was. I left work at 230 and checked my delivery status to see that they went to my house but I was not there so they said I could pick it up after 530pm. In temple. I called their customer service and after 10 minutes of talking to a machine I finally got to a rep that told me, yeah wait til after 530 or well bring it tomorrow. Never got any delivery status updates via email, text or at all. So wasted one day shipping because of them. First and hopefully only time Ill use FedEx.UPDATE: Showed up at the shipment center and presented the ticket. Mind you this is at 530 and I drove 20 miles back into town during rush hour traffic. I was told the driver wont be back until 600-630 and that I could either come back tomorrow or just put the note on my door with signature for them to drop off tomorrow. They dont close until 730. He didnt apologize or act like he cared at all. It was take it or leave it. Laughable customer service that has done nothing but reaffirm the 1 star rating. I will never choose to use or refer this company to anyone.

I love using FedEx! I send all of my Christmas packages through them and never have to worry about them getting there late. The courier that delivers to my house always hides my packages in the same place so they arent out in the open but I can easily find them. I use FedEx express for anything I need to ship!

Ridiculously incompetent service. Have new house in subdivision and they can’t seem to find it. First delivery they just didn’t deliver and returned to company without any notice. Didn’t call to ask for directions and didn’t call to allow me to come pick it up. Now have been called still can’t find house on map -one year later- after fighting their automated system I get an Indian person whose English is dismal but give her directions. I ask for number to local place to give them directions but am told they can not give out the centers local number. Mind you I’ve ordered tons of items since living her via UPS and they’ve never had s problem. FedEx is the stupidest business out there. We should be able to pick our shipping carrier when placing orders. So Temple TX shipping center- maybe have your drivers take some tips from UPS on how to do your job.

If I could rate this place less than a star I would. FedEx is a joke. I wanted to have a FedEx Package held here because its the nearest to my house, but they only handle FedEx express packages. Because my package shipped FedEx Ground the nearest facility is 20 miles away. And the lady at the counter was very rude. Very little respect at all. If I had had a choice I would have shipped UPS. Heck even USPS is better than FedEx. Definitely wont be back to this place!

David Whiteman delivered my package to the wrong house. The police were called to mediate the situation at which point he was forced to admit he misappropriated my property yet FEDEX has refused to honor my claim. I am currently in the process of composing a loquaciously verbose grievance with the BBB and will also inform the president of Fedex by way of certified mail of the disgraceful conduct exhibited by his company. Im sure he wont be pleased.

Performance lackingFirst off, this package WAS delivered to Brenham, TX and God only knows what house on March 10th. I called the company from who I ordered the item. They stated they labeled it correctly, yet FedEx label number was for someone else? So, today March 14th, FedEx delivered the package...TO THE WRONG HOUSE ON THE WRONG STREET!! WAY TO GO FEDEX!! Your driver needs to know where he/she is!!! I have pictures to prove it. My package is sitting on their front porch and after calling the other company...they called FedEx and now FedEx says they will call me?! and tell me whats going to happen???

If I could give less stars I would! My fedex driver does not handel my packages with care even when package says FRAGILE. My driver also decides that her 2 attempts to deliver my packages that day that require a signature will be done 10 min. appart so she doesnt have to come back later. I do not live in Temple and Im not about to drive 20+ min to go get a package that can be broght to me like it was paid for to be done with OVER NIGHT shipping! Called the number for assistance and was told to go to the stupid web site to change things because they couldnt help me with my problem, or contact the store/driver..... are you kidding me. When you pay over a hundred dollars extra for over night shipping and it becomes a problem for fedex to do their dang job right ticks me off. Please feel free to contact me asap I have pleanty to say about your driver and how she lies on the door tags and treats my packages.
