I have been looking for a new stylist and Haley took great care of me today. She gave great color suggestions and was just very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend the salon.

Beware if you want to pay for faster shipping. The company has no intention of delivering anywhere near when they estimate. Even with the understanding that there is variability in shipping, the Website give an estimate that is a bold face lie. When we asked for a refund for the additional money we paid for rush shipping, we were told “no”. Bad form!

I love this place because Im a girl. This place is a Mecca to all things girl. That may be sacrilegious but it smells good, has good music and everything is pretty!. I also went to have my hair done and Hailey is the BEST! She and I always have a great time.If I have questions about a product I think I want to try someone there will have tried it. They will tell me what they thought and if its right for me. They wont sell it to me if it wont work for my skin or how I wear make up. Its better than YouTube because they are not getting a piece if u buy it.Ulta is the place I go for all my new items. I may buy it cheaper somewhere else later but for new items where I need an opinion. This is ut.

Was disappointed I still had to wear a mask in their store, governed removed the mandate 4 days ago. That being said customer service was great and despite the fact the store was SO busy, I had help getting what I needed and was out of the store quickly.

Didn’t purchase anything, but was just browsing. Seemed well stocked and clean. Staff said hello as I came in, but nobody I passed offered to help while I was looking around. Several staff was near me and watched me, but never offered to help at all.

Its ok but i stood around for 10 min and could not find anyone to help me so i left and the sad part its the only place to get bareMinerals makeup so looks like Ill have to buy online

I’m putting one star because I was not allowed to go in the store without a mask; which I understand, but if you want customers to wear a mask I feel like they should be available to purchase. Everywhere else that requires masks has them available to purchase. 1) you lost good business and 2) you wasted my time and gas to drive there and go inside.

I love Ulta. Its difficult to buy cosmetics without testing them but their selection of skincare is top notch; so during the pandemic Ive focused on my care routine.

I personally have no idea how good the cosmetics are, but according to the receipts from my wifes purchases shes happy with Ulta.

I booked a last-minute appointment with Bekah for a cut and color and am SO happy with the results! I wanted a big change and she took the time to explain everything she was doing with the color and even the cut (which she took the time to tweak so that it was exactly what I had in mind). She had great product recommendations and was VERY knowledgeable about the whole process. If you book online, all prices will be quoted for you. Id definitely recommend her!

They usually always have coupons that you can use to save money. They have a great selection of mini sized products, so you can try the mini one first to see if you like it, which saves you money. The variety of affordable and high end makeup is a wide range, and accommodates everyones budget.

$37 for a basic cut and wash. Stylist was nice, didnt really make any recommendations or offer any ideas. Also didnt use any product other than shampoo and conditioner. Basically she did exactly what I asked, and the cut took about an hour. If you know what you want, this is a decent salon with great flexibility / availability / hours. If not, you might be happier elsewhere. Also: contrary to google, they DO NOT open at 9:00 on Mondays. 10am with the rest of the mall.

As a male shopper, I feel slightly overwhelmed. I was buying make up. I think its a very clean store, I just wish that there were like personnel that helped on a 1 on 1 level, for newbies like me.

Dont get me wrong the store itself is awesome. Its a great place to get products and the staff is okay. However, the salon is a complete joke. Went there to get hair and makeup done for a special occasion and came out looking like someone in a really bad 80s music video. When I wanted something changed they wouldnt listen to me and still charged me full price when I didnt like the way they did it. Had to go home and get in the shower again only to start all over again on my own. Total waste of time and money.

I will make sure that there is a minority working in this store before I go in again. I was waiting in life on the 2 cashiers so that I could pay for my purchase. One cashier was Black, the other white. I find it funny that as soon as it was my turn to check out, the white cashier pretended to be busy & just fiddled around with her walkie talkie until the Black cashier was done helping a customer & could help me. As soon as I walked towards the Black cashier, the white cashier was magically no longer busy & called the next (white) people in line to help. Its 2016. & for that, this store gets a measly one star for me. Thank God I do not live in that town & can shop at an Ulta in Texas where they treat people equally.

Usually out of products or very slim pickings. I love the one in plainfield though, very professional and have plenty to choose from. Terre Haute Ulta, not so much.

Store itself is ok. However I drove 45 mins to get my eye brows done. I got there and the lady was like well I have to finish her hair, I tried to call ans text you. My phone was dead. Ended up going to get mine threaded at a kiosk in the mall. Pretty disappointed, because I was excited about getting tgem waxed for my vacation the next day.

I think Ulta, as a store, is usually fantastic. There is so much diversity in the things you can buy there, and normally they arent completely outrageous. I had a formal event to go to and I wanted to get my makeup done for it, so I thought why not Ulta since all the things I had heard about the salons were awful. I got there 10 minutes late since my hairstylist previously had been running late. On the phone I asked how long this normally takes and they said 30-45 minutes, which is very reasonable. However, when we started the appointment she jumped right into wanting to clean my face, which makes sense; however she did not tell me that it would take an extra half hour and another $20 to do so, then she asked if she could wax my eyebrows because it helps her do her job better, also not telling me that that also was another $20 on top of this makeup application. So all in all, the appointment that was supposed to last me 45 minutes at the most and cost me $30, ran and hour and 15 minutes and cost me an extra $40. When driving to this event, I noticed my foundation was much darker than when in the store so I was slightly orange, and my eye makeup had these weird and random lines that were not blended at all, so I ended up fixing my makeup before going to this event, and was late to it.
