Ive been a Temp at Advics since the beginning of October 2018. I have volunteered overtime to help with their warranty project. I have missed 3 minutes of work in all of this time. A lovely young woman, whom had also been a Temp through Labor Link, was converged to Full-time after just 4 months because she had perfect attendance.I am toughing it out. I like my job and the people I work with. Also, insurance cost and vacation pay are amazing. I just cant stand the inhumane way upper management and the HR department treat their human resources. They clearly dont care to connect with their main source of income...the people sweating it out before they even wake up.

2 hours wait to get a dock to unload empty bins. Busy place though. People was good tooY/n

I work their so I hate it lol just kidding. It not that bad of a job especially when your fresh out of highschool and need a good paying job with insurance.

A great place to work if you have the time to file an EEOC charge that will be swept under the rug and buried in a deep dark hole. If you have no conscience to be forced by supervisor s and team leaders to pass bad parts that could possibly mame or fatally hurt someone or lose your job, it is the only place that I know of where youre not treated with respect or given any type of consideration to be human.

It is a good job with great benefits

People are unfriendly, supervisors are lazy and gossip all day. Too much drama, supervisors arent trained right and dont understand their job and talk down to others. Horrific place to work.
